NOT WORTH THE MONEY
First you can't buy parts for it. The scanner double feeds ALL the time. You have to scan one photo at a time. This takes FOREVER! After spending $650 on a scanner that's it sole function is to batch scan photo it is NOY WORTH THE MONEY!

Fixed the Problem
I bought this to replace the rollers I had that had been damaged. I had only scanned 12,000 prints, but one had adhesive on it that jammed everything and made a mess. The replacements came quickly and the prints are no longer getting damaged. Word of advice, if you see one photo getting scratched, replace your rollers. Don't try to clean them and end up scratching a few thousand.
