While the product is still new to us, so far it is performing beautifully and meets or exceeds my expectations. I haven't used all the features yet, but if the balance of what it has to offer matches what I've seen already, I will be very pleased!

I bought my first Epson product a little over a year ago, and I have had to reinstall it 3 times, apparently after my system updates. Not sure what it's all about, but first scanning stops and then printing access. Decreased productivity is very disconcerting and was not a problem with my previous Canon printers.

Initial outlay for the printer and extra ink has been well worth it. I'm an intermittent user. I may not print anything for months, and then I was finding out that my ink had dried up. With this new printer, that never happens.

I had this for about 6 months and am extremely happy with it I love the wirelessness and since it's designed to be refillable you dont have to worry about firmware updates "breaking" thre hacked cartridges that people buy to make non refillable printers refillable so the firmware updates and software updates can be focused on adding and profecting features vs taking.time to kill non OEM cartridges

Love this printer! I was able to setup to both a desk top and for our workers products. Filling the ink wells easy and excited about number of printed sheets before we have to refill. Refill prices are very low. I’d highly recommend. Initial cost is pricier but the savings in ink costs offsets that cost.

After a year of daily use I have replaced the black ink reservoir! This used to be a monthly occurrence with my Canon inkjet printer.

I purchased the Epson ET2650 8 months ago and it is by far the best printer I have ever owned.

I got tired of the high prices for ink cartridges so decided to try this. I've had this for almost a year now and until recently it worked fine. I don't do a lot of printing in color and that could be the problem. A month ago the colors stopped printing correctly and I followed the instructions for cleaning the print heads. After the fifth try (15 cycles) over several days the colors started to work again. I hope this is a one time problem because it is almost out of warrantee.

I thought the Echo Tanks were a great advancement. My problem as been when the life of the printer ends, I have a lot of ink cartridges left over as the new printer takes a different cartridge. Now with the Echo Tanks, you no longer make printers that take the same ink.. I recommend but beware Epson is still changing the ink.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago for my daughter to use to print a large number of pages of text and pictures for her science project without breaking the bank on ink charges. Managed to do that with barely a dip in the ink levels so very pleased so far. I think the sale price I got for the printer will make this a very cost-effective solution for all our printing needs.I would like to see a sheet feeder for the scanner but it's actually rare that we have to scan full documents so it's probably not a big issue and if you want this feature you can always look to a higher model. I would also like the printer to switch on when there's power available rather than needing to press the power button - but that's just my laziness I guess!

I am a computer tech and purchased this for my home as a "test" to see if I could legitimately recommend these ecotank printers to clients. It seemed like a win-win if the ink truly lasted for 2 years. Initially, I was happy with the printing, the speed, and the ease of filling the tanks. Very good directions. However, after a few months, the printing got very light, grainy and had lines running through it. I added ink, no change. I did the cleaning process start to finish - multiple times as they suggested. I did a "flush". and I still have lines running through the prints. Moreover, you can't see the ink levels in the reservoirs any longer as the ink has coated the sides and dried. Did I get 2 years from the initial ink? No way. Am I happy with the print quality? NOPE. I am back using HP printers. Epson, it was a great idea, but back to the drawing board for you. BTW, I also spend about 45 minutes on a support call with Epson.

I bought this over a year ago, and could not be happier. It is easy to program, prints good documents, and copies. Photo colors are less than optimal, but for everyday document use, it is perfect! Ink lasts a long time, and is reasonably priced. Easy to refill.

I've had this printer over one year no issues and have saved over 300 dollars on ink compared to the hp printers I had before I bought this printer.

I like the 2650, but the one I bought in April of 2017 failed with a fatal mechanical error in January 2020 and Epson did nothing. It was very lightly used and was still operating on original ink supply. I replaced it with a copy, because there is nothing offered that is similar and in the same price range. I have seen ads saying that if you register and use Epson ink the warranty to some degree is extended for two years. Hope this one does not fail me.

I have had my printer for almost 2 years without any issues. The only thing I would change is the quality of the printing is not as good as expected on high quality type printing applications.

Purchased because my former Printer was costing a fortune in cartridges. The Epson ET-2650 has been in constant use since purchasing on sale Black Friday Canada. My only comment is that it would be rated 5/5 if it was capable of copying two sided rather than me hand feeding side 2. However this is for private use and I can't believe how many color print copies I have made without any issues. A definite 4.75 rating overall! Note, I did not choose the White models because I preferred the Black exterior.

every thing is great about the eco tank printer, but would like more transparency on the ink tanks. its to hard to see the ink levels.

I bought printer yesterday at Staples (i'm old school:) received outstanding advice and service there. after I got too impatient with setup (I'm a 60 year old lady, who likes to push buttons:) I froze setup. low and behold Epson has a phone number for service department with real ppl to help thank you for talking to me and setup was a snap, even for me.

We've had this printer for two years. The quality of the printing is great and it gets great "gas mileage" from the ink refills.

Bought the unit 3-4 weeks ago, and programmed it the day I brought it home. Worked well. Didn't use it for 7-10 days and when I tried, had to re-install the printer, and re-program it again. Extremely frustrating and one of the reasons I dumped my HP...same issue.

I have been using this printer for 3 weeks now and not having to worry about running out of ink is such a big plus in my opinion.I have tested it by running about 12 different kinds of photo paper and transparencies with no negative surprises. So far it has exceeded my expectations and have already purchased more ink to insure that I won't be caught short down the road.

Je viens de l'installer et la qualité d'impression est vraiment très précise. Vive le système ECOTANK, j'étais fatigué d'avoir à payer plus de $100 par 6 mois pour remplacer des cartouches de votre compétiteur.

Everything is perfect about this product. My only feedback would be to include two more options - 1. automatic flip the pages for 2-side printing. 2. print fast.
Easy Setup, wifi works easy, print from cell easy.
