I've been happy since I purchased this printer to replace my first work force printer, which I dearly loved & operated for several years, though the WF-3730 didn't have all the features of the previous printer (i.e., paper feeder in the back for special paper). All of a sudden, & after printing many business cards, the printer now smudges the Avery business card 5871 paper stock (it prints the same document fine with standard paper & card stock, & suddenly it takes FOREVER to print documents from the internet! It has been acting up, not following the print setup that I choose. Until I get this rectified, I won't recommend this printer to anyone!

Have been using for one year. I have difficulty transferring from my picture files to print, especially to 8 1/2 X11 no matter what I try. The directions on the printer display pad are complicated. I enjoyed the older model much more. It was less complicated.

Its a very good printer. Cartridges are a little expensive compared to others but still the print quality is good with no issues at all.

Overall, this is a terrible printer and experience. It does print and when it works the quality is pretty good. But, it has networking issues that are very frustrating, firmware updates block using ink that is not by Epson, it does a terrible job pulling paper for scanning from the document feeder, and is also very slow, and it runs through ink faster that you can imagine. ChromeOS can't find this printer, which may be because it sleeps on the network vs it is inaccessable by ChromeOS, but either way, you can't connect to it. We use Window 10, MacOS, and ChromeOS, and none of them print without issues. You will spend more of your time being frustrated by this printer than you will being happy that it printed or scanned for you.

I'm not very pleased with this purchase. Why? Because it jams and feeds multiple pages at one time. Never have had a printer jam up almost every time. Any suggestions?

In the past Epson had been very good, so when I needed a new printer (Brother bit the dust), I decided to go back to Epson. Come to find out after owning this machine for 6 months, ink doesn't last long & because of chip on cartridge can't refill. Not cheap either & have bought my 2nd refill since owning this machine. Ditching it for the ET series.

Sucks up chunks of paper and prints all over them as it's printing. Completely Worthless! This started within weeks of purchasing new and it doesn't matter if it's completely full or running out, it does this repeatedly! I HATE THIS PRINTER and I'm going to buy a new one from a different brand. It also DOES NOT SCAN DOUBLE SIDED although it does have speedy double sided printing when it works but that's been like one every four tries and I'm NOT kidding.

I bought this printer with the intent to use it for a few hobby projects including making stickers and some small business related objectives. Overall, this is a great value printer for all the features that you get. this is fast and reliable wirelessly. I especially love the option that I can print remotely from anywhere in the world and send it to print at my house. My only negative thing that I would have to say about this is the fact that the colors are not truly accurate to the colors with which I am creating sticker labels. Unfortunately, a baby blue color that I use on my iPad is turning out as more a mud green color. I have tried numerous times to find out a way to adapt the color options directly from the printer but it does not seem to give me that option to change the quality of it. Aside from that though, it does exactly what it says it’s going to do and at a good price point

I bought this printer/scanner/fax in March 2020. It worked pretty well, not always wanting to scan, but would eventually, for the first 5 or 6 months then the scanner no longer worked. I have reinstalled 4 times, will work for a short time, then I have to uninstall and reinstall the drivers to keep it going.

I bought this like less than a year ago I don’t print a lot but the ink cartridge don’t seem to last. Tried using my scanner but it won’t allowed me to send through email. They don’t provide a manual to help you set up that. Only thing they help you with is the set up of the printer. If you don’t know a lot of technology I wouldn’t recommend it. This printer is more for office use rather than home.

Due to Covid-19, I had to work from home which require me to purchase an updated 3-in-one printer which offered me more features than my older model. At no fault to the store, there was a prolong delivery because postal services were very slow. Then I had to wait to get an IT person to assist me in connecting to this device wirelessly. Needless to say by the time that I really got a chance to use this device that required me to make multiple copies, this is when the problem showed up. Multiple pages would print at one time and often times one of the pages that I'm attempting to copy would print partially on 2, 3 sometimes 4 different pages. Paper would repeatedly, get jammed in the back of the machine. By the time, these issues were experienced, the store no longer would accept a return but the device has an epson warranty. Long story short, the only option is for epson to replace what they believed was a "defected" model and exchange it for a new one. Having no other choice, epson sends me a new WF-3730 and I had to have a family member assist me into lugging mine to a FEDEX location because it is too heavy for me to carry on my own and send mine to epson. Low and behold, the new gave THE SAME EXACT PROBLEMS AND MORE! Now paper has been getting jammed in the feeder to scan, I am unable to use this device wireless to print from my hard-drive so now here I am trying to run a business from home, sitting next to the printer because I have to remain hooked to this device with a USB cable to scan or print. EPSON refuse to take responsibility for their product that just do not work properly. I complained to the Better Business Buruea as I just wanted a refund or credit to purchase another device.

This is my second printer. The first one dies when i updated it with your firmware updated which killed it. Technical support was worthless. They basically said turn it off and back on which I had already done 10 times. It gave an error code. They had no idea what it was. They sent me a new one which was great. Arrived the next day. Now the new one wont work. Keeps saying its not connected to computer which is wrong it obviously is. Have checked cable multiple times. Brand new cable tried still it wont print test page. No installation instruction included with replacement unit. Just a crappy job all around.

Yes, I am a real person. Just set up my printer at home. So easy! Followed the instructions and had no issues whatsoever. Print quality is great and separate colour cartridges means I don't have to buy a multipack when I run out of just one colour. Love this printer.

This is my third Epson all in one printer and I love everything about this thing including the features, the ease of setup and use but mostly how reliable these are compared to other brands. I worked for 40 years in all aspects of the computer business including one of the largest printer and PC companies in the world for 20 years. I had a host of their InkJet and All In One printers, including large scale flatbed printers and just about all of them, with the exception of the VERY expensive flat bed printers, would work for a while and then develop some sort of problem, usually with their paper feed, but sometimes the print head, network interface, USB interface or power. And man oh man they were both difficult and unintuitive to install and configure. Not so with Epson. These are the polar opposite from the HPs I was used to. They are very easy to install on multiple computers. They work about the way you expect them to work and boy do they last. The longest I ever got any printer from that other company to last was around 3 years. This printer replaced our older Epson which was almost 14 years old. That's a huge amount of time for a printer at this price point. I'm sold on Epson as a brand and will never EVER go back to that other brand unless I'm forced to. Label me happy and loyal.

Have so many problems with the printer that I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Just spent about 2 hrs downloading software & updating everything. FINALLY it will print again, but it's the pits. This started about 3 months ago. Very angry.
