I bought this and used it a handful of times and had to replace the ink 2 times. I replaced the ink a few days ago and printed ONE DOCUMENT and already the ink is LOW and I buy the xls to last but they don't. Printer won't work if one of the colored ink is low. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

Worst printer I have ever used. Every time I try and use a different problem pops up. Ink is only good for about a month and then dried out. Can't keep printer drivers loaded. Can't find them on website, Just a pain.

DO NOT BUY Recent update intentionally broke printer ink cartridges and made it so only EPSON cartridges are accepted. The printer will let you use them for a few days before it decides they are "unrecognized" to try and scam you into buying more ink.

Hands down biggest piece of junk printer on the market, would have given zero stars if able. I only print in B&W and in 1 year of use have had to replace the color cartridges twice already as it won'r print in black if there are any issues with the color cartridges. Pure GARBAGE

Great printer for the home. I do not use the FAX , but use the printer and copier. A little slower than the HP printer I replaced, but adequate for home use. And half the price of the HP printer..

Stopped printing after the first ink change... which came way too quickly. The machine shows that the ink levels are full and it will load up a sheet of paper but then nothing, but a blank sheet, comes out the other end. I've tried to trouble shoot any way I can see...

I will never buy another EpsonProductWF-2940 less than a year had none but issues w/Allin one! Replaced ink cartridges that last very short time. An so many trouble shoot error messages Still won't operate properly Piece a junk ! Had an HP that lasted me 5 yrs not 1 single issue .

I wish I would have read reviews before buying. It printed ok the first week and then had to replace the trial ink cartridges and all are full but the yellow one, I replaced all of them on the same day and haven't been able to print anything since. It also doesn't stay connected. Do not buy!!!

A piece of trash from the very first day. I got it all set up then next time I turned the printer on I could never connect to it again. I ended up breaking down and going to buy a usb cord to connect straight to the computer since I really needed to print, but shocker, that also didn't work. I've never been so displeased with a purchase.

This printer can't handle being moved 3 feet. Paper will not go through it anymore. Printed maybe 10 things within a year with it. Now it's a paper weight?

So not purchase this product?if you do, do not take a firmware update. I have barely used this product and purchased an Epson because my prior hp printer wasn't a good one. The Epson printer was functioning fine and literally printing a second before agreeing to a firmware update. After this it rendered the printer unusable because it wanted Epson ink after the firmware update. Epson refuses to reimburse me for the ink or send me ink because it is third party ink. But again the printer was working fine until the update so it was intentional by them.

I bought this all in one printer yesterday, and it took over an hour to set up due to trying to figure out how to update firmware. The cyan never worked. Once I updated the firmware it seemed to work good but the directions were not very good.

Piece of crap, save your money after printing 50-60 pages ( very few color prints) needed to replace ink cartridge. while replacing cartlidge, lost connection to my router & when i tried to reconnect, kept saying i wasn't using correct password for router, even though the password worked for my computer, ipad & mobile phone, refused to connect which make using the printer impossible. I purchased a new ink cartridge for my WF-2930 printer and started meticulously logging every print and copy. According to my records, I printed 98 pages and made 53 copies, totaling 153 pages. I exclusively used the black and white option and never printed a single color page. Despite this, after just 153 pages, the printer displayed the message "Ink cartridge is not recognized. Please replace cartridge." How can a new set of cartridges (BK, Y, M, and C) be depleted after only 153 pages? This is completely unacceptable. This issue has happened before, but I didn't track my usage then. I suspected other family members might have used the printer, causing it to run out of ink quickly. That's why I decided to buy a new cartridge and keep a detailed log using an Excel spreadsheet this time. Now, the printer won't let me print anything. I am extremely disappointed with this printer and its ink cartridges. I strongly advise against buying this product.

After having the printer for a few months and replacing the ink for black and white printing, the color ink has expired and now I cannot print. I have a 200.00 printer that cannot be printed from due to in expiration.
