I am soooo done buying Epson printers I swore by them for my home offices for 10 years. But when the printer ink got so expensive AND now won't allow you to purchase knock off ink or the printer won't work. I literally threw away the Epson refillable ink printer even though I purchased the Epson ink It stopped working in about 6 mos. Just done! And why would Epson need to know my location when I am registering this new printer?

I purchased ink on Tuesday printed 10 standard pages and now it tells me my brand new black ink cartridge is empty. How does that happen???? This is the feeling of getting ripped off

I have had this WF-2930 printer for a short time and I am through with it. It has limited functions and will immediately make you wish you had bought a better printer. It sucks the ink cartridges dry in no time and immediately you will pay more for the ink than you did on the printer. Do Not Buy...It is total garbage. It is sold to sucker you in.... then make you spend a small fortune on ink. If you just want a printer to print in Black and will use it rarely....it might be ok for you.

Total junk! I bought one and spent 3 hours setting it up and contacting Epson. They said it's defective and will send a new one in 2-4 days. It's day 5.. no printer. Called again and said a new complaint will be made, wait 2-4 days more. Plus, can't understand the person on the phone that doesn't speak English. Never again!!!

I cannot print black and white without full color cartridges?!? I didn't know I needed yellow to print a black and white paper.... Guess I will be waiting another week before I can print what I need. Very unhappy!

This machine has wasted hours of my time. Setup was a pain. I still can't seem to operate it from my computer. After about 4 or 5 cleaning cycles, it is still not printing properly AND it is already showing low ink. The cartridges are so light, they seem empty- I can't imagine there is more than a teaspoon of ink in them. I am returning this asap. The pathetic amount they put in them is a SCAM!!

Easily the worst printer I've owned in the last 20 years. In addition to constant firmware issues and random resets, you'll need to replace your ink cartridges about every 3-5 documents. It's completely unusable if you're doing anything more than printing a couple one-page documents per month.

Absolutely the neediest printer I have ever owned. It is in constant need of a software update, firmware update, or a new cartridge. I should have spent 4 times the money and it would have been worth it to avoid this machine. I don't print things when I have all day to massage this thing's shoulders. I am printing when I am busy and have things to do.

Worst printer ive ever had in my 53 years. Constantly running out of ink. Always lines going through any graphics. To do maintenance/cleaning uses up all the ink. Even after mainetrnance thete are lines through it. I hate this printer.

The ink cartridges do not work when you try to replace them. The machine will not let you print. I paid money for this machine. And apparently the company doesn't care.

I bought this and used it a handful of times and had to replace the ink 2 times. I replaced the ink a few days ago and printed ONE DOCUMENT and already the ink is LOW and I buy the xls to last but they don't. Printer won't work if one of the colored ink is low. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

DO NOT BUY Recent update intentionally broke printer ink cartridges and made it so only EPSON cartridges are accepted. The printer will let you use them for a few days before it decides they are "unrecognized" to try and scam you into buying more ink.

Hands down biggest piece of junk printer on the market, would have given zero stars if able. I only print in B&W and in 1 year of use have had to replace the color cartridges twice already as it won'r print in black if there are any issues with the color cartridges. Pure GARBAGE

Great printer for the home. I do not use the FAX , but use the printer and copier. A little slower than the HP printer I replaced, but adequate for home use. And half the price of the HP printer..

Stopped printing after the first ink change... which came way too quickly. The machine shows that the ink levels are full and it will load up a sheet of paper but then nothing, but a blank sheet, comes out the other end. I've tried to trouble shoot any way I can see...

I will never buy another EpsonProductWF-2940 less than a year had none but issues w/Allin one! Replaced ink cartridges that last very short time. An so many trouble shoot error messages Still won't operate properly Piece a junk ! Had an HP that lasted me 5 yrs not 1 single issue .
