Hands down biggest piece of junk printer on the market, would have given zero stars if able. I only print in B&W and 
in 1 year of use have had to replace the color cartridges twice already as it won'r print in black if there are any issues with the color cartridges.

Great printer for the home. I do not use the FAX , but use the printer and copier. A little slower than the HP printer I replaced, but adequate for home use. And half the price of the HP printer..

Great printer for the home

Stopped printing after the first ink change... which came way too quickly. The machine shows that the ink levels are full and it will load up a sheet of paper but then nothing, but a blank sheet, comes out the other end. I've tried to trouble shoot any way I can see...

Not worth it

It is the worst printer I have ever used. It has bad printing quality, will not set up with my computer,

I will never buy another EpsonProductWF-2940 less than a year had none but issues w/Allin one! Replaced ink cartridges that last very short time. An so many trouble shoot error messages Still won't operate properly Piece a junk ! Had an HP that lasted me 5 yrs not 1 single issue .

It's astonishing that in 2024, a company of your size and reputation still thinks it's acceptable to scam customers with such blatantly exploitative firmware practices. Your WF-2390 series printer refusing to print in black and white when a single color cartridge is out of ink is nothing short of a deliberate money-grab.

This is not a technical limitation-it's a calculated, greed-driven decision to force customers into buying overpriced color ink they don't need. Spare me the nonsense about "printhead maintenance" or "preserving functionality." If other brands can let users print in black and white with only black ink, so can you. The only reason you don't is because you've chosen to prioritize squeezing more money out of your customers over delivering a functional product.

What's even more insulting is the audacity to market these printers as efficient or reliable. There's nothing efficient about having a printer that refuses to function just because magenta ink is low. It's manipulative, unethical, and downright infuriating.

Your practices are a slap in the face to everyone who has spent hard-earned money on your products. This is the kind of behavior that alienates loyal customers and drives them to your competitors. I hope you're prepared for the consequences of this greed because people aren't going to keep tolerating it.

Here's what you need to do: Release a firmware update that allows black-and-white printing without requiring color ink. Stop hiding behind weak excuses and start treating your customers with the respect they deserve. Until then, I will make it my mission to warn others about your predatory practices.

I expect a response-not more excuses, not corporate jargon, but a clear explanation of how you plan to fix this. Anything less will confirm that Epson simply doesn't care about its customers.

GET SCAMMED BY A COMPANY WORTH 8 BILL

Constant connectivity issue. The biggest hassle everytime I try to print anything. It also goes through ink very quickly.

I have had nothing but trouble with this printer. I get error codes all the time, particularly about the ink, and I use epson ink cartridges.

Terrible printer

bought this epson 2 years ago. worked OK until yesterday when I updated the frimware. Now none of my used to be compatible inks work. I WILL NEVER BUY AN EPSON AGAIN. I'm done. This is total BULL.

I wish I would have read reviews before buying. It printed ok the first week and then had to replace the trial ink cartridges and all are full but the yellow one, I replaced all of them on the same day and haven't been able to print anything since. It also doesn't stay connected. Do not buy!!!

Do not buy!!

A piece of trash from the very first day. I got it all set up then next time I turned the printer on I could never connect to it again. I ended up breaking down and going to buy a usb cord to connect straight to the computer since I really needed to print, but shocker, that also didn't work. I've never been so displeased with a purchase.

This printer can't handle being moved 3 feet. Paper will not go through it anymore. Printed maybe 10 things within a year with it. Now it's a paper weight?

Warning

So not purchase this product?if you do, do not take a firmware update. I have barely used this product and purchased an Epson because my prior hp printer wasn't a good one. The Epson printer was functioning fine and literally printing a second before agreeing to a firmware update. After this it rendered the printer unusable because it wanted Epson ink after the firmware update. Epson refuses to reimburse me for the ink or send me ink because it is third party ink. But again the printer was working fine until the update so it was intentional by them.

Do not purchase!

I bought this all in one printer yesterday, and it took over an hour to set up due to trying to figure out how to update firmware. The cyan never worked. Once I updated the firmware it seemed to work good but the directions were not very good.

So-So

Absolutely frustrated with the firmware update after which the after market ink cartridge I've installed is not being recognized. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRINTER.

Piece of crap, save your money
after printing 50-60 pages ( very few color prints) needed to replace ink cartridge.
while replacing cartlidge, lost connection to my router & when i tried to reconnect, kept saying i wasn't using correct password for router, even though the password worked for my computer, ipad & mobile phone, refused to connect which make using the printer impossible.

SAVE YOUR MONEY

I purchased a new ink cartridge for my WF-2930 printer and started meticulously logging every print and copy. According to my records, I printed 98 pages and made 53 copies, totaling 153 pages. I exclusively used the black and white option and never printed a single color page. Despite this, after just 153 pages, the printer displayed the message "Ink cartridge is not recognized. Please replace cartridge."

How can a new set of cartridges (BK, Y, M, and C) be depleted after only 153 pages? This is completely unacceptable. This issue has happened before, but I didn't track my usage then. I suspected other family members might have used the printer, causing it to run out of ink quickly. That's why I decided to buy a new cartridge and keep a detailed log using an Excel spreadsheet this time.

Now, the printer won't let me print anything. I am extremely disappointed with this printer and its ink cartridges. I strongly advise against buying this product.

Extremely Disappointing Ink Cartridge Performance

I do not recommend this printer in any way. It bothered me from the first day and I updated it last night. It doesn't read the ink anymore. Until now, all the ink I bought works for a while and stops working.

It clogs often, doesn't connect to a computer by bluetooth, take a few minutes to print one paper out !

Too slow !

After having the printer for a few months and replacing the ink for black and white printing, the color ink has expired and now I cannot print. I have a 200.00 printer that cannot be printed from due to in expiration. This really needs to be address as the product is to expensive to not be able to print only in black and white when its full.

Was unable to get printer to work, even with help of Epson support. Returned printer and expect my money back.

Print & Scan works with ease.
Set-up guide and installation instructions are simple.
It supports remote printing which is fantastic.
