AWFUL delivery service. The package is now lost and I'm going to have to decide to replace the entire printer( non epson maintenance box won't work) or prolog this process again.

Do Not Purchase

i wouldn't have bought the epson XP-4200 if I knew I was going to replace this item. Changeing ink is ok but not this. Store doesn't even stock this ink maintenance box.

Well, it does what it is supposed to do - so 'works well'. Thankfully there was a video available online (not Epson's) to show me how to replace it since someone kindly put a label across the directions on the box.

It fit immediately and works well. It took me a while to figure out the right product to order. It was a surprise that I needed this item.

Surprise! But it ended OK.

The price was right but they sent the wrong part. I waited a week for it to show up. Didn't bother to return it. Wasn't worth my time and aggregation. I was able to order an aftermarket part on Amazon and have it delivered the next day. I love my eco tank printer. Epson makes great printers. I'm sure it was just a glitch on the stupid part.

Wrong maintenance box for my ET/350 printer

I ordered two maintenance boxes for an Epson ET-3760, but received the wrong parts. I see this has happened to other users. The printer design is extremely poor and is wasteful. I will not buy another Epson Printer. I had previously bought their printers for home use for many years.

Terrible experience. You shipped the wrong item. I then called the store and the agent said I would have to pay shipping to return it, it went in the garbage. I ordered the 2nd time and now the charge was about $16 higher than the original, plus I had to wait a 2nd week to get the correct product.

Lousy service

I consider this the gallbladder for printers. Kinda useless but necessary and costly to consumers. It DOES render the printer useless if not installed/replaced.

Awfully long shipping

I went on line and ordered the part. When it came time to replace the Maintenance Box, I found out I was sent the wrong part. Now I cannot print until the replacement shows up.

Wrong item sent. I sent a message to Epson reporting the issue and was told a maintenance box would be sent shortly. That was more than a month ago. I still have not received the maintenance box.

This item I did not know existed, and it was a chore to find out the correct number to use when ordering. After that, I discovered buying on this website is dollars less than the more common shopping places. So, shop happy, shop here and be well.

Inexpensive and easy to replace. Use printer a lot and took a few years to fill up the 'ink trash can'.

What Will This Fit

I bought the Epson Expression Home XP-4205 printer printed 12 pages in daft black and white models and it said the maintence box was full and then printed out 2 more pages in draft mode and it said I needed a new black ink cartridge

How you operate

I seem to have purchased the incorrect maintenance box for my Epson ET 4750. I opened the back of the printer and had the new box in hand and saw the original was a taller box so I did not install the box. Will say the Epson eco printer is the best I have ever had and does a perfect job in B/W and color for all my needs. I will return what you sent to me. Certainly, my fault in the order process. Rating for the Epson printer. Regards.
