Hoping for better results

We had a scanner that went bad and was readily replaced with a DS-530. I loved that scanner but within a year it also went bad but since it replaced the previous scanner there was no more warranty. The only one available was a step up in quality, DS-770. I spent the extra money in hopes this one would have longevity. We do only a small amount of scanning and I had hoped the previous units would suffice. We will see. I had high hopes for Epson.

Small and fast!

Purchased this for our small business to start scanning 30+ years of job files. It is just what we were hoping for. It is very fast and efficient. It's small and compact and easily moved around the office. I love the duplex scanning option and the ability to adjust documents. I can easily scan 100 files in 3-4 hours. Much faster than our Epson WF-7620 printer was scanning these documents. Only issue we continue to have is connecting it to our Dell desktop. Easily connected it to our Compaq laptop though. Highly recommend for large quantity scanning. We've only used the black and white scanning so I don't know how the color scanning is.
