I LOVE this printer. It's so quiet when printing, super fast and amazing colors. It was very easy to get up and running and you can print from your phone or PC. We have used it quite a bit since printing our tickets for our state fair and still have a ton of ink. I would definitely recommend this for a home office or even personal use. You won't regret it!

I would recommend this printer for small businesses. The speed was great from comparison of my HP. The paper did not get jammed, even with big projects. The print quality was great as far as knowing how long the ink will last I would need longer use. I work from home so I'm printing projects all day long. I am excited to continue to use this printer. I would recommend giving it a try.

I received the EcoTank ET-4950 Wireless All-in-One Color Supertank Printer -white from Epson and Influenster for free in exchange for my honest review. I really like this printer. It has good print quality and prints double sided pages very quickly. My favorite part is the printer is cartridge free and has a large refillable ink tank.

Purchased thru local Staples. Used my android to set up and all went well until print for alignment when it jammed. I actually found paper inside by print head sled. That was corrected and never happened again. I do have an issue though, if I print a multi page job this printer pushes a blank page between each page. Twice I sent a support email to Epson and they do not even read the issue, got a canned response how to print test print then how to clean the print heads. Epson, wake up and read what the problems are before you respond. Poor support makes this a questionable buy. Scan function and copy and fax are fine. I am using this printer on Sequoia Mac is with full drivers installed. Disappointed, may go back to Canon if no fix.

This printer is exactly what my family needed. This is an upgrade to be wireless and allow us to print on demand without fussing with cords. Speed is just fine and was fairly easy to set up as a tech novice. Color comes out smooth as well.

This printer is AMAAZZZINNG!! the ink lasting for 3 years is a huge feat. I am a musician and print a lot of music sheets out and let me tell you this is so easy. Directions are very clear and set up was easy. I have always had issues running out of ink quickly with other printers but not anymore!

Using this printer is really an experience, it is very easy and fast to use, it is a modern product and the print quality is very good. It looks big but it is actually lighter than it seems, easy to carry, I use it for all my university work without any problem, I recommend using original cartridges every time that need to be changed. Epson nailed it with this printer! I absolutely love the refillable cartridges! I was very nervous that the ink would be messy, but I didn't spill a drop. The containers snap into the cartridge very easily and it was completely mess free. The printer comes with instructions or you can use their app which clearly details how to set it up step-by-step. Unboxing and set up took a little bit of time (-30 mins) but I had no issues with it. The print quality is also very good. Documents print clearly and easily. Photographs print pretty well on regular paper and even better on photo paper. Photos don't print as clear as my professional photo printer, but for every day use it definitely gets the job done!

You use the bottles to pour the ink directly into the printer. Each bottle has a unique shape to make sure you put the right color in the right slot. I don't print in color often and I am worried that the ink will dry up and ruin the printer. I have read other reviews that mentioned this. The printer was easy to set up and connected to WiFi easily. It has a touch screen display which is a little finicky. The print quality is not professional, but great for home printing.

This printer prints incredibly fast but maintains print quality. Set up was a bit challenging as there were typos in the app instructions. It took me a couple of times to everything set up so it would work. One other issue is that when you turn it off the tray doesn't automatically go back in. You actually have to push it back in manually. However, when it is turned on and it receives a print job it comes out automatically. When loading the ink I was nervous because I had never refilled ink cartridges for a printer before. But the design of it made it easy and 100% mess free.

I often print things from my phone and the setup for this printer is super easy from your phone (I haven't even connected my computer to the printer yet). There is one cord that you plug in and the setup walks you through each step with pictures and prompts. After completing the initial test page, I did need to refill the ink a bit, but the box came with a little extra to make-up the difference. My only complaint is that it didn't come with any paper. I would have liked a few pages so that I could complete the start up process quicker. I am impressed with both the color and sharpness of the prints as well (the colors seem to match what I see on my phone screen).
