I was about to buy this printer but after seeing all there negative reviews and the lame written responses from Cannon, I can see Cannon does not value customer service. Cannon sees customer service as a as an expense they want to minumize at the cost of legitimate customer issues. Not going to buy from a company that responds to customer complaints by not actually responsding but giving the appearance of responding.

I had this printer less than 1 yr. I began experiencing problems approximately 6 months ago, and I have been trying to get assistance with my issues. Unfortunately, each individual has not resolved my problem and has given me fly- by- night excuses. I have called several ties and no luck. I have a small business and can't complete my orders. Today, the gentleman told me to hold on and hung up on me. I spent too much money on this printer not to receive help.

Printer sucks. Disconnects from wifi as soon as it goes into sleep mode. Bought this because it looked like the best, and wanted to be able to send prints from wherever, whenever I want from my mobile phone, my laptop, or my wife's laptop, or son's desktop. Doesn't work that way. Gotta turn it off then back on before it'll reconnect to wifi and print remotely. Huge waste of money. Epson needs to figure out how to keep it connected to wifi at all times. If I'm away and need to print, I have to call whoever is at home and ask them to turn off the printer and turn it back on so it'll reconnect and I can print remotely.

I brought this printer two years ago it came with ink in the tank. I called custom service and the solution was troubleshooting and buying a maintenance box and doing a purge print. This is the worse printer I ever purchased. A piece of junk. Call them several times paid 599.00 for something I had never been able to use.

Works quite well, good photo prints. Seems overly complex, so can be complicated to work, and get specific functions. Used for a year, and after careful transport and a 10 month storage, ink tanks were found to be empty. INK TANKS WOULD NOT FILL, NEW INK BOTTLES WOULD NOT GET INK INTO TANKS. There is no troubleshooting for this.

The interface via provided software is not straightforward. Not at all happy with it. You should be able to do simple things with little effort but it is complicated and cantankerous. After owing Epson printers for last 20 years, this is going to be my last one.

I am sure the printer is fine, but the experience buying online direct from Epson should be avoided. The printer did not fit the area, yes I should have measured, but the so called no hassle returns policy meant I had to pay shipping which was around 50% of the printer cost. If buying online buy from Amazon etc

I typically love epson ecotank but this printer has been a problem since I set it up. I have called customer service multiple times and they continue to say the same things and only have canned responses.

We regularly use wax and laser printers but this is our first EcoTank. I have had this printer for more than a year and use it every day for both business and personal things. It is a great printer for an individual who wants versatility. It can print letter, legal and even tabloid. The print quality is more than acceptable and this is the first printer we had had that will print beautiful #10 envelopes. The negatives are that the 502 ink will run if if it gets wet. It is also somewhat slow in printing and hence not suited for high volume office work. But we have had virtually no problems with blocked print heads, paper jams or mechanical problems. We are seriously considering getting another EcoTank printer with permanent pigment ink.

I bought this machine as a 2nd sublimation printer so I can do larger designs. I've only had a few issues with colour not printing, but that is totally my fault for not running it at least once a week to prevent the specialty ink from blocking the jets. I have now been running this machine for 2 years. LOVE it. Don't really use it for anything else, but I have utilized the ADF feeder for scanning multiple pages. Works well. Just glad I was able to get this before they stopped selling them in our area.

Do yourself a favor and don't spend this much on this printer. It stopped working for me out of no where and I bought it 3 years ago. I take great care of it, keep it clean, and I use it maybe twice a month. And all the sudden it won't connect to any wifi. I was on the phone with customer service for 53 minutes and they just told me I had to go and pay for it to be repaired. They said the software is probably out of date but there is nothing they can do to help me. I paid around $700 for this printer, and it lasted 3 years. You're better off with a Canon.

Apparently you cant expect a "budget" printer to print the correct colors. I bout this after seeing so good reviews as an excellent option form making artwork prints. I've been using a <$100 HP printer I got from CostCo and decided it was time for an upgrade as its print heads were wearing out. I was excited. This was super easy to set up and fill the ink. Print head alignment was straightforward with no issues. The I started to print! All the greys and neutrals in my artwork were printing with a pink/purple hue. Even desarurating the greys left me with the same results. After trying every setting under the sun, different computers (Mac and PC) as well as printing from different software to get the same results I called Epson support. The person who help walked me through uninstalling and reinstalling software and drivers, running tests, then we hit a wall when I was told I had to use Epson paper. Well, 1. I don't have any, nor will buy any just to check a box. 2. why should this make a difference unless they tell me that the ink is designed to react with the paper and thats the only way you get the right colors. Then i was handed to a "supervisor" who then tried to school me on why colors on screen wont match the paper, but also that I shouldn't expect the colors to be right from a cheap printer. I'm not sure in who's world $600 is a cheap printer! Well, when my legitimately cheap printer is capable of printing color matches CMYK colors close enough (and not pink) this thing is going back and I'm likely never to buy Epson again.

I was very disappointed in this printer. When it arrives, I set it up and notice that the device seem to be cheaply manufactured, very lightweight plastic and the assembly seemed a little loose and rattly. After everything was set up, I tried to lift up the control panel with the digital screen, which did not lock into place and each Time the screen was pressed, the panel would fall back down and did not seem to be able to be locked in place. Next, I tried to run a copy through the paper feeder and was unsure whether or not the paper was inserted at the proper depth, although there was a beeping sound. Paper was pulled through sliding and gripping often more than one sheet at a time and would jam repeatedly. When I try to run a two sided copy, similar jamming occurred and printing occurred on multiple sheets rather than on both sides of one sheet. There are definitely problems with the Document feed slot. I purchased a warranty and an additional one year warranty and within the 30 day trial. I contacted Epson to see about returning the printer because I did not feel that it was the level of quality that I had anticipated. I have requested a confirmation number to return the item and I'm hoping to be able to get a full refund.

I have a total of 3 Epson Printers including the Epson 15000, however with this printer even though I have taken really good care of it and used it everyday it has still managed to get clogged. Being that I paid a pretty big price for it, I find that it is not worth the money I spent. I am have to buy the tubing to replace the one it came with because they got clogged.

When I first got this printer last year in August it was a replacement from a printer that shook same model. Then recently this printer over and over would not find the router and would just not print at all. After installing the software and contacting epson support 4 times and only being told to send it back to get another model. I said no. I will send it back at my own cost and never buy this model again.

Very impressed with this new Epson printer. HP has been my brand for years, but the last 2 have been crappy. So far the Epson is a very big step up in features and reliability.

This model is an excellent printer due to the in-built Eco Tank that makes it easier to refill inks.

Eco-Tank is a great feature. The printer is much smaller and lighter than my WF-7720. The ET-15000 will not scan double sided documents with the ADF, and has a smaller scanner platen than the WF-7720, and does not have a tray for 11X17 documents - those are minor limitations. What I gained is the ability to print on Tyvek! This is a great feature that makes the minor sacrifices worthwhile.

I absolutely love my new printer all in one, everything work good, easy to install, easy to pour the ink on it.
Easy setup, great output.

Just purchased for sublimation and the color output is amazing! The set up was very easy as usual (I do have another Epson Eco tank for regular printing...this is actually my third.) I have only had it a week but really love it already. It was an upgrade from the ET-2720 and was purchased because I wanted larger prints.
