Setup was a breeze! Everything is working great. Love everything about it! I had an Epson R1800 printer years ago, I should have never switched to an HP. I love my new printer.

Easy Setup

I LOVED my ET-2800 Printer! 
I thought it was the VERY BEST printer I'd ever used.
I RECOMMENDED it to EVERYONE!
And then I had a paper jam. 

I use this printer for personal use, as a volunteer who feeds food insecure people. It was a gift from my husband to reduce the amount of ink cartridges the OTHER printers seemed to need. This printer never ran out of ink (because it didn't last long enough), but I did have a paper jam 2 months after the 1 year warranty ran out and according to customer support I can drive 1.5 hours to repair it for the cost of a new printer (same model) or I can just buy a new printer. 

I am so disappointed EPSON.

NEVER RAN OUT OF INK...

Bought about 2 months ago. Prints great but won't load paper correctly to print now. Guess I should have spent more money and bought the 1 year protection plan cause it didn't last 3 months without problems. 
Kind of sad.

Buy the extra service plan!

Love the amount of ink it holds and how easy it is to fill. I wish the high-end Epson printers were just as easy.

I wish all Epson printers had Eco-tanks

I am on my second one. I print so many Horse racing forms that I wore the first one out and purchased the same exact one: ET2800. I just love this printer and its large capacity in holding tanks.

My friend suggested this as the best printer she's ever had. I'm not having her experience. This thing sucks! It's only printing the test page and the last page of any document i try to print.

Disappointed

The software is horrible. It is not intuitive at all. Trying to figure out how to scan to a computer is painful! wont look at epson for an all in one again. if i could return, i would.

not happy

Wow!! I love it. Although it took time to set up, the directions the printer came with were excellent. I was worried about wireless connectivity but it automatically connected to both my IPhone and my IPad. The best part is that I no longer have to buy expensive ink cartridges. Print quality is very good.

Compatability

Just finished setting up and printing first documents. Very pleased with the ease of the setup and the quality of the print.

Not great!

The printer lasted barely a year then had a hardware failure. Even when working well it was rather temperamental. Tech support is no help. Oh, but they did give me a 15% coupon for a new printer whooopee. I will not buy another Epson. I would not recommend this printer or brand.

Does not do double sided printer, I thought all printers would have that feature, looks like it is for printing photos not documents

I have had an ET-2760 printer for about 3 years. It has been a good printer, especially for general printing.. Photo printing is good. The only annoying thing is the need to clean the print heads and alignment to get good photo printing. We use the print,copy, scan functions, from Windows 10 and 11 printers, Chromebooks, and iPhone and Android phone.

I just learned the model has been discontinued. I intend to use it until it breaks but I just ordered a laptop that runs Windows 11 on an ARM 64 Snapdragon processor. Not sure I will find a full-featured driver solution.

It has been a great printer.

ET-2760 Sound Performance and Ink Lasts Forever

The EcoTank ET-2800 printer worked great and I was loving it until I started getting error E11 - the ink pad needed replacement. I was not allowed to print after this error occurred. Replacing the ink pad was very simple but to my surprise doing so did not resolve the error. I read the manual which had the error listed but no solution. First, I was told that I had to download this sketchy website (not related to Epson) and PAY to get some sort of license key to make my printer work again (which I didn't feel was safe to do). Then I learned that the printer still doesn't last too long after this. After reaching out to Epson, I learned that the printer was not repairable at this stage (end of life). So now I have all this ink and a dead, useless print and it hasn't even been 2 years.

Waste Ink Pad is Full Means Dead Printer

i had this printer for just 3 months when paper jammed inside. Since it was a replacement for another EcoTank printer that failed, there was no warranty and Epson said I should just buy a new one. These printers are not made for easy service. A simple paper jam may be the end of the printer. When it worked it was a great printer.

NOT MADE TO BE SERVICED

Read all the negative reviews and was a little wary with Epson. However this is my second Epson and I never had one problem with that one, so I took a chance and ordered the ET2800. Set up instructions were pretty good and connecting to my Wifi was a breeze. Epson made some updates to the 2800 and I love it. Glad I stayed with Epson

PRINTS LIKE A CHAMP

had for a year, after the year was up went to change the sponge filter, and the manufacturer locked up my printer over the air, I can no longer print on it unless it gets serviced. the service costs as much as a new printer, this is not eco-friendly or practical. Just know when you need to do any maintenance at all get ready to buy a new printer, its print quality is the same as a 25-30 dollar Walmart printer don't fall into the trap of name-brand

Bought it yesterday and started up well with fairly workable wi-fi set up.
Initially printed well, but after ~30 pages, the paper sensor stopped working.
Went through all trouble shooting, but did not fix the problem. Registered product, but Epson support web support is a circle of pages without help. Disappointed.

Cannot fix paper sensing problem after 1 day of working.

Was a great printer until it needed a new ink pad. I purchased and new one and replaced it only to still get the same error message. The printer is 100% useless now. Apparently there is some sort of software code needed that I am NOT paying $50-$100 to have done. Goodbye Epson!

Buyer BEWARE

I AM BEYOND UNHAPPY!!! This is the second ET 2800 model I had to call about and seems like, again it going to be a loss to me. I have 5 Epson printers and this one is the newest purchased and already giving me clog issues I guess since I don't use it much like the ET 15000 or the other ET 2803 which I had to replace the ink pad on also. However, I emailed support which is not open on weekends and was told to call M-F. I nozzle checked, printhead cleaned, power clean, aligned(then I got all these lines) and now it says ink "pad service contact support" who wants to sell me ink pad repair not a replacement for $45.00. I paid $9.00 for an ink pad replacement for the ET 15000. How does this make sense and I am under warranty? I guess I need to read on what. So now I am down 2 ET-2800 printers- I make journals, cards, notebooks. If the first one didn't take so much ink I would had continued on it. I do not recommend this one. The ET -15000 is better so far to me if you print a lot and the colors are great. I have a feeling this next department is not going to resolve my issue how it should be resolved in assisting the customer in a timely manner and with accurate information to really help me unless I buy this $45.00 repair and then still my printer is not working to resolve the real reason I called before I got that message that I need ink pad service. The only color that was coming out after the printhead cleaning was yellow...GOTTA LAUGH EPSON!!!

I CAN NEVER GET ANYWHERE WITH SUPPORT 2 PRINTERS DOWN NOW

This is my third machine in two years. First one, the screen went black after CNN 10 months. Still under warranty so they sent a replacement. The replacement Wi-Fi went down after 12 months. No warranty so I had to buy a new one. Customer and tech support no help at all.

Not terrible but needs ongoing cartridge maintenance and will randomly not be available on wifi.

Initially I was happy with the printer ET2800 but after only a short time, I have sudden, serious errors with it and am unable to uninstall it from my computer. It is extremely frustrating, freezing-up, wasting my time and support from Epson is non-existent. This was my first - and last - purchase from Epson. Buyer Beware.

Errors! Freezing! No support.

I've had the printer for a couple of years and really like it. However, I have had periodic issues when printing 4 x 8 photos, towards the end of printing the printer makes clicking sound then partially ejects the photo on an angle and prints a rainbow at the end of photo. Not much help in correcting problem from Epson after several contacts. I print lots of 4 x 6 photos.

Love printer but I do have issues.

GREAT PRINTER

After only one month of use the printer will not print any pages and the cartridges are still full. Forget about support for the printer - what a joke.
