I've been using the Epson EcoTank ET-2980 for a few weeks now and I'm super impressed! First off, the compact size is perfect for my small home office-it doesn't take up much space at all. The ink quality is amazing; colors are vibrant and sharp, making my prints look so professional. As you can see, I have attached a picture of the image on my phone and compared to the printed image, the color is exactly the same. Setup was a breeze thanks to the Epson app-super intuitive and quick.

The only thing I wish was different is the paper tray. It doesn't auto retract when not in use, which feels a bit clunky compared to how sleek the rest of the printer is. Still, overall, it's a fantastic printer for the price and features!

The setup was super easy, and the refillable ink tanks are such a smart idea-plus, they last forever.It prints fast, looks great, and works from all our devices thanks to the app and Wi-Fi. Honestly, it just makes everyday printing way less stressful. I highly recommend !

Very nice and fast a little time consuming to connect to my phone but super simple the picture quality was nice and it came with a good amount of ink which was very nice overall a good printer!!

The Epson EcoTank ET-2850 is a game-changer for home printing. It arrived very well packaged, ensuring everything was secure and protected. What sets it apart is its cartridge-free design. Instead of cartridges, you fill the printer with ink from bottles, which is way more cost-effective in the long run. It is super easy to refill printer even with one hand and absolutely mess free. The instructions were very clear and super easy to install, just needed to scan the QR code. The software installation takes about 11 minutes.

Print quality is solid for everyday documents and photos. It's not professional-grade, but more than enough for school projects, recipes, and snapshots. The ET-2850 also offers wireless connectivity, so you can print from your phone or tablet. Plus, it supports voice-activated printing, which is super handy.

However, it's not the fastest printer out there, so if you need to print large documents regularly, this might be a drawback. Also, the initial cost is higher than your average inkjet printer, but the savings on ink will eventually make up for it. But it's work perfectly for my needs. A couple of times I had a communication error pop up during my photo print, and the picture came out half printed. I'm not sure what caused it, it was so random.

Great addition to home/office!

The Epson EcoTank ET-2980 Wireless Printer is a high quality wireless device. The set up to install the printer takes about an hour and has a few prompts and installations however once the set up is complete the printer is a speedy copier. It prints quickly and double sided if desired. The printer paper goes in order and stacks neatly on the printer tray. This is an excellent tool, love it!!!

I received the Epson EcoTank ET-2980 in exchange for my honest review, and after using it daily for the past several weeks, I can confidently say it's been a game-changer for my home office.
As someone who works from home and prints documents regularly, I was looking for a reliable, cost effective printer and the ET-2980 delivers. The biggest standout is the ink system. Instead of constantly replacing expensive cartridges, the EcoTank's refillable ink tanks are easy to use and incredibly economical. The printer comes with enough ink to last up to three years, which means I won't be worrying about running out anytime soon. This alone has saved me time and money.
Print quality is sharp and consistent, whether I'm printing reports, invoices, or even color materials. I'm really impressed with my Epson ET-2980 printer! The PrecisionCore technology produces vibrant, high-quality prints, and the EcoTank system has saved me money on ink costs. Setup was a breeze, and the compact design fits perfectly on my desk. Wireless connectivity makes it easy to print from my phone or laptop. I wouldn't touch a non wifi printer in 2025. My only gripe is that the paper tray could be larger, compared to current laser units that can take the whole ream. Overall, highly recommended for cost-effective printing.

Finally a printer that won't cost a fortune in ink

I've already printed 200 colored pages with this printer and barely made a dent in the ink. It's super easy to fill the ink tanks with the ink bottles. No cartridges to worry about replacing and the box says it can print 6,500 colored pages before needing to be replaced. I believe it with how much I've used it and what is still left over of the ink. I love that you can see how much is left easily on the outside with the little windows. It prints pretty quickly and is very efficient with double sided color printing. The user manual was simple to install everything and I love the ability to print from my phone.

This Product is PERFECT and Works Great !

This is probably one of the best Eco tank wireless copier printers all in one I have ever used. It definitely adds a brighter prettier color to your papers. I even used it to print out a iron on transferable image and it actually did an excellent job this printer can actually be used for anything. Any job bigger or small? I definitely recommend it.

Quality

I have been using Epson brand for more than 5 years. And I always love Epson. This is my first time using Wireless printer. It is very easy to set up. It responds very fast. The ink and quality is so good very defined.

Good

This was very easy to set up everything was showing up on my phone which made this more enjoyable then reading through the instruction manual. One thing I don't like about this printer is it seems anytime I want to print from my phone it has to search for the printer to connect instead of remain connected while it's left on and both on the same WiFi. So it isn't a super quick process but it gets the job done. So far I'm disappointed in the photo print quality. Photos are quite grainy and the color isn't vivid like what you would get from printing off elsewhere. All in all it's nice but I think it's over priced. It also seems unnecessarily large and bulky.

Over priced but decent

This is a such a great addition to our household. This printer is great. It is very compact and it has an impressive print quality. Also, it has scanner and copier. Another great feature is that it is cartridge free. So, we have to worry less about the ink refills. We are very happy with it.

Impressive Print Quality

I love that it works with USB and is wireless which allows me to print directly from my phone or iPad. The ink bottles to refuel is also genius and better than buying new cartridges

Pretty cool printer! It came with enough ink to fill it up to the top. I like that you can see the levels of ink from the front of the printer. Adding the ink and setting up the printer were both super easy. Print speeds were fast. Printing from the app made everything so simple! The only thing I would change is where the paper feeder is located. It's at the rear of the printer so you can't back it up all the way to a wall (see pic with paper in the printer). Overall, a great model!

This printer is 10 times better then my old one it's lighter you don't need to keep a subscription the print speed is out of this world fast in doesn't drain ink as fast it was very easy to connect to my WiFi in uses the paper I already have I love this printer

Amazing printer ! I was so glad I got this! Runs smooth and connects easily !! The ink is great doesnt use much at all ! Great print quality perfect for school or work ! It's quick and doesn't take much time ! Easy to load paper and it comes out good.
