I bought the printer one year ago, and it has performed very well. The product is easy to set up on both Mac OS and Windows. As well, it is easy on ink, which is a bonus. I'm happy I chose Epson.

2021, September 28 There is nothing as bad as creating a poor first impression. Right out of the box the printer did not install as per the "Start Here" instruction sheet. Several hours were wasted in frustration and anger at the instruction sheet and failure to find support over the weekend. Then, using my own intuition, it installed quite easily by bypassing Epson's instructions and simply adding a new printer in the Windows 10 Control Panel (after first configuring the network on the printer's panel). I was disappointed that it did not have a document feeder for copying and scanning. That was my mistake for assuming "all in one" implied this. The box did not say "individual page copying and scanning" So far i have been unable to find an add-on document feeder. Good design should make such a product possible. Duplex printing (on both sides of the paper) works well. Print quality is excellent and can be fine-tuned to eliminate problems. (Note: This is a preliminary review based on the first few pages printed.)

I bought this printer to print stickers and for general use and it far exceeds my expectations so far. The print quality is amazing, the images are so clear and are just perfect. I could not be happier with my purchase! It is definitely money well spent.

I have bough 2 EcoTank printers and I am pleased to say they do everything I need with ease and done very well. Between the low cost to purchase and the very low cost of ink it would be nearly impossible for me to beat.

My husband was the first to buy the Eco Tank ET-3710 and insisted I should have one. He prints very little but I do a lot of sewing/crafting/needlecrafts and these days all my patterns are e-patterns that need to be printed largely in color. I need a printer that is not always running out of ink and doesn't cost me a fortune to buy more. I keep checking the ink levels because I can't believe I've printed so much and still have half the ink left even in black. Really love that feature. But I do have some constructive criticism. First it doesn't have an auto feed which I would use a lot. I have to do things page by page and that's time consuming. Also, when I put in the amount of paper it says I can, the printer jams so I have to fill the paper tray half full to keep this from happening. And the amount of steps that have to be taken to print or scan needs to be less lengthy and confusing. Without instructions it's not terribly user friendly. I had a hard time figuring out how to adjust the copy size the other day. I'm giving the printer a 5 because the ink amount alone is a good selling point for me as it's saving me hundreds of dollars.

Before this printer I had a large Brother cartridge color printer. (I had and still have a Brother MFC laser printer for black and white print jobs.) Over time the photos from the Brother color printer got muddy and I couldn't do anything to fix it And I liked the idea of an ink printer where I didn't have to buy those awful, expensive cartridges and return cartridges after I used them so as not to waste too much plastic. And the Brother color printer had a paper feed problem that I couldn't fix. It left blotches on the printed paper. I needed a new printer. And fast. I searched the Internet for an inexpensive, reliable color printer and found the ET-3710. I bought it at Office Depot a little over three months ago and it has worked fine ever since, not only for photographs and color print jobs, but as a black and white printer for my legal briefs. I did have problems setting up the communication between my printer and my desktop, but after fiddling around with it for a while I decided just to hard wire it, and it's worked fine. (The cable and plug from the Brother worked fine.) While I probably won't need to buy ink for 9 more months to a year, I look forward to buying ink and not cartridges. I highly recommend this product.

This is my first Epson Ecotank printer and all I can say is WOW!! The Epson ET-3710 is 3 times as fast as the one it replaced?the Canon Pixma TR7020 which is a cartridge-based printer. As for the print quality of the Epson on regular paper it is Fantastic!! I have not had this printer long enough to print photos but I?m sure it will be great too. As for filling the tanks with ink, it could not be any easier and no worries regarding spilled ink so that?s a definite plus right there as well. From what I can see so far, the ink will last a long time. Before purchase, I was debating whether to purchase this model or the ET-4760 which comes with an auto document feeder and 250 page capacity instead of the 150 page capacity in the ET-3710 but that one is more expensive and I realized I did not need an auto document feeder after all so I settled on the ET-3710 instead. Overall, I am very happy with the Epson Ecotank ET-3710 and I Highly recommend it to anyone that?s tired of replacing ink cartridges as I was!!!

So far so good with this printer. Right out of the box it was easy to hook up and install. This printer works well and it does not seem to use a lot of ink like so many computers I have had. I have this printer hooked to my laptop on a wireless setup and on my office computer I have this printer set up on my LAN and everything is working great. This printer is not as noisy as my past printers were so I love that as well.

I purchased this printer yesterday from staples. I am returning it today as soon as they open. It will not stay connected to my network when everything else in my home including my robot vacuum will connect. I have business speed internet for my home with outstanding signal so it should easily pick up and stay connected. It will not print photos to what I would consider "quality" photo printing would be. No onboard quick prints or anything that would make this printer stand out more then any other. It is a chore just to get things to print by the time you mess with the buttons on the screen. I found myself already saying not to bother finishing my printing job last night because I was so frustrated. I hadn't even had it 24 hrs.

I got this printer in May of 2020 since I was working from home. It prints great, scans and copies.. As long as the network can find it. I have to constantly reboot, or scan for it.

We bought this printer about 4 months ago and we love it. It connects well with all of our devices, the scan to cloud option is awesome! We can scan and email from the printer to any of our selected email addresses. The scanning is a bit slower than on a laser printer we used to own, but, I prefer this printer over the laser one! Filling the ink cartridge is very easy and mess free. Also, the cost of owning this printer is much lower than the laser.

I bought this last month, East set up, love the ink instead of cartridges- a little noisy even in quiet mode - it picked up 3 types of papers, regular copy/print paper, light and heavy cardstock w no problems, vibrant color, easy to scan and copy, reduce and regular size.

I bought the Epson EcoTank All in one and I will say this is the best printer I have ever had. You know the adage "you get what you pay for?" How true that saying is. I had an all in one from one of the most reputable computer suppliers, and I was completely dissatisfied with its performance. Not only was it extremely difficult to set up but you had to guess on performing functions and for example trying to scan a document was an adventure in its self, if you did not seat the document correctly, the scan would come out crooked. There was also many more other issues with the performance that I did not like on it. Where it took the better part of 4 hours to figure out how to set up my old printer, My new epson with working in less than 45 minutes and works like a champ. It cost one third what my epson cost and the quality was quite apparent. Oh, did I mention, my old all in one was less that a year old and failed on me.Need I say more? Epson is the best purchase I have ever made.

It is such a relief not to have the expense (and the bother) of putting in color cartridges so often. I love Epson printers. I think this is about my fifth one, this and two old ones still in service. However, this one is a little bit fussy, and I have had to uninstall and reinstall it again, which was a bit of a bother. It is not an easy task to set up the scan function, and I have had to do it twice now.
