Printer is great. Support not so much!
The printer is supposed to be an ET-3850, and performs exactly like a brand new ET-3850. But it says it is a L-6270. This is the model number it prints out, that it shows up with in Windows, what is says it is on the network, etc. When I asked Epson support about it no one could answer (the obvious) question. Bottom line, the printer is like new, works perfectly, just schizophrenic.
