Really happy with the print quality. The ink is inexpensive and lasts. My only beef is that both the Event Manager and GUI on the touch screen are confusing and not intuitive at all. In addition, reaching customer service was comically bad -- with EPSON telling you to leave a message and they'll call you in a day or so. That said, I've figured everything out and don't need to reach customer service at all anymore -- so this is a terrific printer.

In the middle of a project, this printer stopped printing in color--Not good. I can call your customer service number, which I have to do, but the wait is insane. If anyone reads this I need some assistance. I paid a lot of money for this printer and it has failed me for no reason that I know of. You have my phone number since I had to reload this again

I bought this at a friend's recommendation and it worked great for about a year. I print quite a bit for my business and I loved the quality. But now it will not print color properly. The magenta just quit printing. Went through all the troubleshooting steps and nothing. I’m seriously disappointed, especially with what I paid for this.

After a year the scanner keeps loosing the WiFi connection to my computer. I have to keep deleting printer and reinstalling. Not sure what update caused this issue but it is annoying and still no response from Epson. Other than that I love the printer, very durable and pretty fast for my needs. Just wish the scanner would keep connection.... ironic printer itself seems to always stay connected....

I purchased this printer for my business. The ink lasts a long time and not as expensive as the others. I would recommend this printer for any business that must print paperwork!

The ET-4750 print speed is very average. Scanning is extremely slow compared with other cheaper printers I owned. The printer is very noisy when printing and loses WiFi connection from time to time. Would not purchase again..

This printer is great in concept, but fails in two ways. One, it sucks paper up and then jams. Two, the scanner won't suck the paper in, unlike the copy function (which says the hardware is OK). I like all the other features.

I can not get this computer connect to wifi for fax and scanning. When i think I have it connected it fails over and over. I do have a 2 years warrenty.

Bought this printer 2 years ago, we find it excellent, print quality is great, we do a lot of printing, we just purchased inks for the first time. So this is very cost effective for us. So pleased to have gotten this printer. Would and have recommended to others to buy this printer....even at the cost, not having to buy ink every month is a huge savings.

I have purchased many printers over the years but my Epson eco tank 4750 is the absolute best! I have printed thousands of things on it and haven’t had even one problem with it. The ink seems to last forever! I would and have recommended this printer to my family and friends! Very pleased!

We love just way the printer uses the amount of ink and the photos look great. Refilling the tank is 100% better than trying to find the cartridges for our old printer. The best thing that happen to printers.

I’m 100% satisfied with thus printer. It’s quality and features are a step better than the rest. I find everything user friendly. And I am mostly impressed with the small amount of ink I’ve used in the 6 years I’ve owned this model. I purchased a new one. Used it 2 years happily. Gave it to my parents. Then bought the same model, Epson certified refurbished printer for me. I’ve owned this one since 3/2016. I purchased ink one time. It filled both printers tanks with left overs. It prints like new.

This is a good printer when it can print. Unfortunately due to issues with PDF's, drivers, constant updates and issues with Windows it doesn't work most of the time. Great hardware destroyed by bad software compatibility. The support is unclear on how to fix it but is apparently VERY common.

Finally a great idea to use bottles of ink instead of the pesky ink cartridges. The ink bottles are so easy to load and you always know how much ink is in the printer. Before i would be in the middle of printing and an ink cartridge would run out, and then my printer would not work. The ink cartridges are expensive and my local office stores do not carry them any more. I would have to order on line and wait several days to receive my ink and then finish my printing!!

Have been using the ET-4750 for 2 years now. My home printing and scanning are when needed, could be several times a week or several time monthly. So far the ET-4750 is functioning with out a flaw, could say it is Bullet Proof it is so durable. Always ready with no issues, software updates are notified and only take a few minutes. Ink consumption was the selling point of this printer for me. The tank design with no ink cartridges was the key, I had used those before and due to infrequent use the cartridges were always fouled. Not with this Epson tank, it is the best printer I have ever used. Speed is great, better than the black and white HP laser printer I was using. Have not even used all of my first set of ink that came with the printer, and I Epson provided me with 2 sets of ink for my tank. Cannot say anything better than this is the perfect machine for my home use. I love it and made the right decision. Thank you Epson for a great product. Dana Smith
