Easy to install, a little lengthy but good at the end. The major issue for me is the fact that there is no Smart Panel for Windows... there are 6 or 7 apps in different locations but nothing in one central location, to make the user life easier.

The printer was decent at first, but it has always been extremely slow. If you have a larger document that is over 100 pages, you would be lucky if it printed under 30 minutes. It has wasted me hundreds of pages of paper, because it would print the first half of the document, then freeze up, then restarts printing. For a $500+ printer, this is unacceptable. I ended up buying a Brother Maxify GX4020 for almost half the price, and it is much easier to set up, prints significantly faster and actually prints the whole document, and the ink is much cheaper. Do not waste your money on this garbage. The printer is so bad, now I am just lucky that it can print the first ten pages of a pdf document without freezing or automatically cancelling the job.

Technical support is marginal at best. I have apple operating system Sequoia. Even though the instructions with the product sent me to the download page for my software, none could be found. Contacted the help desk, he had to send an email with a list of downloads. Remote printing was not explained correctly either. He directed me to an app store. No such app, then I discovered I COULD PRINT remotely WITHOUT the app. Minimal help with set up makes this a marginal product from the start ..... a $500 piece of equipment deserves better attention to detail. At least update your instructions and web site please.

Printer quality is poor. Mine has fine missing lines in the prints and this has been since day 1. What is also frustrating is that I have been trying to get EPSON provide a refund for months already and customer support is giving me the run-around. I cleaned the heads many many times and it does not help.

Pure crap! Our "EcoTank Pro ET-5150 Wireless All-in-One Supertank Printer" after 1 Year, just prints BLANK pages. No matter what we tried, it still prints all BLANK pages. I tried every online suggestion, and none worked. We have a $86.00 EPSON Workforce Pro WF-3720 printer that still works and prints beautifully, even after 6 years of use. Truly dissapointing as well as infuriating that the $500.00 "EcoTank Pro ET-5150 Wireless All-in-One Supertank Printer" does not work, especially after a year. It is purely a piece of crap! The inks are expensive. More expensive than our RELIABLE "EPSON Workforce Pro WF-3720" printer. Do NOT, repeat Do NOT, buy this printer.

I bought this printer a month ago and it is working OK. Printing quality is great, low consumption, WiFi print and scan, robust. I does, though, some noise when it position its mechanics.

Easy, straightforward setup in a feature-rich, cost-effective machine. Nice to break-free from the endless cycle of expensive, individual cartridges. Also great to reduce the plastic waste that those individual cartridges entailed.

This printer/scanner is a waste of money! I bought this mainly for the scanning features less than a year ago. I scan papers for work weekly. I put fewer than the recommended number of papers in the feeder. The feeder jams 75% of the time on the first paper. When the feeder doesn't jam, it will randomly scan the first few papers and then stop, thinking that the scanning is done even though there are more papers in the feeder. When it does scan the stack, it will randomly rotate the scanned image, even though all of the papers are in the feeder the same way. Therefore, when I look at the scans, the first 2 are the same way, the third is rotated, the next 3 match the direction of the first 2, then the next one is rotated. Etc. If I had the money I would have replaced this product yesterday. This product is a giant waste of money!

Bought 2 of these printers about a month ago. They were to replace an older Artisan 830 that was starting to show its age after 18 years of use. So far the printing has been great with colours being vibrant and text easy to read. The only issue we had was in the settings by default it is set to print the best printing rather than standard. Once this was changed the speed came up and the quality of text only went down ever so slightly, but not anything you'd notice unless looking for it. Setup was easy and works great from all of our devices!

Resolution is not great... scanner and copier does NOT duplex (my fault for not picking up on this earlier) Screen is very small for touch input.

I bought this ET-5150 printer 5 months ago and have been going around and around with Epson with the ADF-Auto Document Feed. It keeps jamming. Also, when I bought it, it was listed as with fax. Come to find out, I paid $50 more than the ET-5170 and it HAS a FAX.

I struggle with this 3 month old printer. Automatic feeder will take only 3 pieces of paper and with that the roller sticks making the copy steak. The paper in the paper jams everyday and ask that you shut it off in order to fix the jam. I do this daily. Prints okay. Ink..sure.

I loved the idea of replacing my HP with unlimited ink. Now I don't mind half baked ideas... as long as they are still in the oven. I was so excited about two years free ink until I printed with it. It is a cute little printer. Light weight and not as solid as my other ink jets. The problem is that red prints as pink and all the colors are washed out like water colors. I have completed the installation, my printer is set to high quality, and color and have checked all the boxes. I even bought the Epson paper to make sure I would have the best quality. I am printing on a Mac so this could be the problem. I am returning it diassapointed.

Absolutely love the eco tank printers! Our last one saved us so much money by not having to purchase expensive cartridges that we decided to upgrade this go round but definitely stick with eco tank! I would never buy any other printer.

My Epson printer of ten years plus was needing to be let go so purchased the new and improved Eco Tank system. I love this printer and how I can have the cabinet doors closed as it prints. Epson is my brand of choice.

Generally I'm pretty happy with the printer. The print quality of photos is very good but does take a while to print. I had a work force printer previously and miss not having extra trays, etc.

The printer is ok. For the money and small business application I think I would have bought something else. The Automatic Document feed is barely functional. I don't think I've been able to load more than 3 pages without a paper jam yet. It happens everytime. Print quality is a 5 out of 10, and My print settings are set to "best/highest quality. On the plus side, ink levels have not budged since the first fill, and I've printed over 600 pages. So thats good. I would look elsewhere if you want a usable automatic document feed and good quality printing though.

This is a review for the Epson EcoTank Pro ET-5150 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review When I received this printer I was really glad. I like the color quality prints this machine provides my business. The printing rate is phenomenal. I was able to print all of my employees timesheets in record time. I like all the different features this machine offers. The digital input screen is really easy to use. The buttons/instructions are prominently displayed making it easy for beginners to even use this machine. This machine was easy to set up although it?s quite large it actually fits well on my printer desk. The ink cartridges were easy to put in the machine and virtually mess free. Overall this all in one printer is a great buy well worth the price. I couldn?t be happier with this machine.

This is my review for the Epson Eco Tank Pro 5150. The printer came well packaged and was easy to take out of box. The blue tape made it simple to find where and what I needed to remove prior to usage. The set up was easy and to my surprise included a push button display. Filling the ink was simple and did not leave any mess. The touch screen instructions are helpful and allowed me to set up my wireless connection. The Epson printer also includes website help to download drivers or a provided CD. The Epson 5150 provide fast printing that I use for graphics and reports. The color is vivid and the printing fast. I was able to use this printer to scan directly to my email which allows me a copy of all correspondence and the ability to forward to whoever I desire. Two sided printing without taking the paper out allows for less waste and easy of use. Copies were crisp and maintained correct color. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank Photo ET-8550 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
