Epson Expression Premium ET-7750 EcoTank Wide-format All-in-One Supertank Printer, Print, Copy, Scan

Bought my ET-7750 directly from Epson in March 2021. It is my third Epson Eco-tank. First I bought and ET-2760, just to give it a try. Loved it, saved $$$$ on ink for over a year, all my kids friends print at our house, because ink is so cheap. But needed a document feeder for scanning and copies- so gave that printer to my college aged son. Then upgraded to an ET-4750 to get the document feeder. Gave that one to my other son, and "upgraded" to an ET-7750 for the LARGE FORMAT PRINTING. It's now August 2021 and the ET-7750 Large Format printer just died after only 5 months because of a paper jam error that could not be solved. It must be a common problem, because I was offered an immediate replacement from Epson, no questions asked. The options for replacement were absurd I could get a REFURBISHED model sent to me, and THEN send them the broken printer, OR I could send them the broken printer, and wait for a replacement. Of course, I chose to have the REFRBISHED model sent immediately. I was offered free shipping in 5-7 business days. When I mentioned that this was my ONLY business printer and could I get expedited shipping, I was offered FREE 2 business day shipping. Lucky me, I reported this on a Friday morning, and I received my replacement REFURBISHED printer on Sunday morning! So THAT'S THE GOOD NEWS. If you have the same problem or failure with your ET-7750, be sure to ask for FREE 2 day shipping. BUT besides the fatal paper jam error that killed my printer, there were other problems with theET-7750 that were never resolved. I could never get the ET-7750 printer to collate pages, even when I selected that option. AND nearly EVERY print job FAILS until Windows runs a trouble shooter, cancels the first printing attempt, and THEN the printer will connect and print. This is a huge time waster for a small business. The solution from Epson to avoid that problem was to suggest that I TURN OFF THE FIREWALL for my computer. Seriously? Have they never heard of viruses and hackers? Here's some FEEDBACK for Epson on the design of their product (and a warning to buyers)? I wish this LARGE FORMAT printer (the reason I bought it) also had a LARGE FORMAT SCANNER surface. It makes NO sense to me that a LARGE FORMAT printer for 11x17 paper can only scan letter sized or smaller documents! The other issue I have with the ET-7750 (my fault for buying without realizing this...) is that there is NO DOCUMENT FEEDER for scanning multiple pages or making copies. I see that they now have an new ET-15000 model that prints LARGE FORMAT AND HAS A DOCUMENT FEEDER, but the reviews are mixed, so I will wait to replace THIS large format printer until they get their act together. Also, even the ET-15000, which will print up to 13x19, will only scan 8.5 x 14 legal size paper. Why ????? I'm rooting for Epson and their Eco-Tank technology. I just hope they get their act together and improve their products' performance and features.

I bought this printer a few months ago. It originally worked well, and printed pretty good quality. But it only lasted for a few months and now everything I print comes out looking terrible and you can barely read any words. I?ve called Epson and done everything they?ve told me to fix it and nothing worked. I can?t believe I spent so much money for such a terrible product!

Some of the worst instructions I've ever encountered. Still haven't figured out how to use cassette. Or exactly how cassette 2 loads. Very frustrating. Media handling elements seem cheap and flimsy. Not including a USB cord is a cheap move. If I did not have one, I'd have to go out and et one, an unnecessary trip.

I have had this printer for nearly a year now and it still works perfectly. Pros: Can print 11x17, the Eco Tank really does save money. I am a commercial construction estimator and print full plan sets multiple times a week (+/- 300 x 11x17 color sheets per week, and +/- 500 x 8.5 x 11 sheets per week), and this little printer works like a charm. With all this printing, I have only refilled the eco tanks once and they are about half full right now. Also, I was impressed with the speed of this printer. I expected this to be much slower then the laser printer at the office but it really isn't too much slower then that very expensive printer. Cons: The only problems I have with this is the amount of paper you can load into the back sheet feeder (+/- 25 pages, and this is the only place you can load 11x17 paper). Also, the trays are made of very light plastic and I am afraid I'll break something soon. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this printer to anyone needing a high-production printer for the home-office

Nozzles plug quickly, maintenance box needed replaced, Epson did not comply with supplying it, said it was on back order. Printer does not work proper with color since having to wait almost 3 months for product. Customer service horrid, says its our problem cause warranty was up. It worked fine till Epson could not supply the needed part. Epson cannot supply what is needed to keep this printer functioning properly. I have bought Epson for years but am frustrated dealing with offshore customer service who are of no help.

I have had a few issues but overall I am very happy with the purchase, quality of printing and money it has saved me being able to print 11x17 in house instead of out sourcing. I am not a fan of the rear feed paper tray for the 11x17 paper, its pretty big and tilts back so far it cannot fully extend when sitting at the edge of my 25 1/2" countertop fyi.

I have had this printer for over a year now. I love the huge ink tanks and the extra inks I received when I bought it. However, I get blobs of black ink on my printed photos and papers. I have been instructed to do power clean and then for several days do a regular clean. This uses huge amounts of ink. The problem still persists. Not only does it use a great amount of ink, I must spend $20 each time to change out the ink cartridge where the expended ink goes. It has added up to about $100.00 so far just for those. So I am not impressed. If Epson fixes these problems I would rate a 5...oh btw, there are many posts about the same problems on the internet.

This is my 3rd ET-7750. The first one I bought from Amazon was "Brand New". At least that is what I believe. The warranty replaces with a refurbished model. I understand that to be a reasonable business model; however, that should only apply following a specific time-frame and it should be very clear. I do believe that Epson is a good company and I've had several Epson Printers before that worked exceptionally well. The return policy and customer service are excellent; which is why I decided to go with Epson. That and the 2 years worth of ink. Another great feature. The problem I have with this printer is Build Quality. The first one I sent back was mechanical issues. Same with the second, but while receiving Technical Assistance, I began noticing the Build-Quality; misalignments here and there. This new/refurbished model also has misalignments; which I hope are not going to be a problem. We shall see. Not such a great product. I really like Epson, but I will consider other manufacturers on future purchases.

I have been very pleased with this printer, it was more expensive than many others that cost more for replacing the ink cartridges. I have yet to refill any of the ink but I do keep checking to ensure they are not empty. I would buy it again.

I've only had my Eco Tank printer for a couple of months, but so far I'm really impressed. I'm at artist/illustrator, and unlike my previous printer, this one has no trouble handling my thick print paper and card stock. It also requires minimal color adjustments to make prints look like the originals, and the ink is so much less expensive.

During the unboxing, we noticed a plastic piece in the box but hardly paid any attention to it. The front feed never worked but since I was a small home business owner I was eager to print to get my orders out as long as the rear feed worked. The prints weren't completely satisfying but got the work done. During the first year, I called for servicing and was told we missed it by a month and since we had already paid so much for the printer we didn't want to spend so much more for servicing so we were helped out over the phone but no matter what we were told to do, the front feed didn't work which agitated the customer service guide a little and we were left at that. The print quality slowly deteriorated, the printer head gets clogged very quickly. It's been a waste of money.

We purchased this printer to replace our XP860 as we were doing a lot more printing at home during COVID times. Since our kids were learning from home, a lot of printing black ad colour was necessary. I liked the fact that it was easy to fill and large formats of prints was a bonus. There are several downsides, especially comparing to much less expensive XP860 machine which in my opinion was one of the best printers that I have ever owned and used. The only downside was the cost of cartridges. Here are the downsides of this machine. Small non-touch screen, very archaic feel to themachine, no ADF and no what I call smart features that XP860 has, for example: after scanning it reminds you there is a document on the glass or the ADF, other visual and sound cues that the almost 4 times as expensive machine is lacking. Quality of printing on 4x6 is better on the XP860 as well. So, I am dissapointed from the feataure aaspects but the selling point is the cheap running costs. Kids will print hundreds of pages, colour and black and white and the ink barely moves. But that is it. the rest is very rudimentary and basic. Only if the XP860 style machine was Ecotank and big 11x17 inch format. I would take it in a heart beat. I still use the XP860 at my private office and I cant help but to smile with the ease of use. compare to ET7750. I hope there is a machine in the works that is like this one but with upgraded feel and features as mentioned above.

Have owned this printer for approx. 2-years now. Basically like it--it does do a pretty good job of color printing of photos, which was one of the things I wanted a printer to excel at. However, the print-heads on the printer continually clog up and need cleaning, even though I use the printer at least once a week to print a page or 2; generally I use it about 2 times per week, sometimes more. But no matter how many times I use it, on the first print I run off, the colors will be out-of-whack, indicating one or more print-heads are clogged. Either that, or there will be streaks of one color or another--or black streaks and sometimes even blobs of black ink--on the print, even if it's a black and white print only. So again, I'll have to run it thru it's head-cleaning routine, at least once, but sometimes it takes 2,3, or 4 runs thru it to get all the print heads printing ok again. The kind of paper--nor brand of paper--I use does not seem to matter--same thing happens with plain printer paper, or glossy photo printer paper, etc. If it weren't for this issue, I'd be very happy with this printer and be able to give it a higher rating than I have.

Great features including wifi, 5 colour, higher capacity ink storage, USB and media card capabilities. Printer is compact and relatively quiet. Only concern we have is the maintenance box. We have yet to barely use this brand new printer and maintenance box is showing limited remaining capacity, why Epson?? We hope we do not incur high fees for an over abundance need for maintenance box replacement.

So this was overkill for what I needed it for but I said what the heck. Easy install, prints great photos and pictures. Love the cartridge less ink feature and all the ink it comes with. Haven’t been this happy since my first color printer in the 90’s.

I've been using it for a while now with no problems. It was very easy to set up, it's very easy to use, and the prints come out great every time. I've been using it for all sorts of art and craft projects such as greeting cards, fridge magnets, card models, and countless other things. It's really good that I no longer have to mess around with ink cartridges too. The included inks seem to be lasting as long as they claim. It's working out much cheaper in the long run getting this compared to using my previous printer with cartridges.

Still cannot get the install to set up a desktop icon, or give me printer options for which paper feed to use or type and quality of paper. Very expensive for this big a headache. Suggest you use a print service for oversized print needs than spend this much on a large format print setup.

I waited to write a review for a month to get a reasonable perspective on this printer. Since then I've had to uninstall and reinstall the drivers 4 times to fix various finicky issues with connectivity. AirPrint worked for a week, but inconsistently, so I reset it for direct USB which worked great until upgrading my computer's operating system. I've had to manually install ICC profiles in the correct folders, and essentially baby the printer's whims on a day to day basis. Not impressed with the software. The printing quality is good, and I'm happy with the results of the ink and image output. The scanner is also excellent.

I've had this printer for almost a year and a half and I'm still have a little less than half a tank, which is from the first set of ink bottles. I have not been shy when it comes to printing. I use it for business and my children use it for printing their school assignments. I love that the printer has it's own email address, that I can use remotely. And the fact that I can print tabloid size media is a amazing! I have been an Epson customer for over 25 years and will continue for many more years.

I looked for a printer for a long time. Stocking issues were frustrating, for this as well. I decided I wanted an Epson, and I already have an older model ET2650. It is great print quality and I have only replaced ink once in 3 years. Therefore, I wanted another ecotank, but one that produced better quality photos as I am trying to sort through many family photos. This ET 7750 was ranked among the top on every site I checked, only criticism being its high price and flimsy flip out trays. I agree with those criticisms. The cover that goes over the scan bed is large and flimsy. Feels cheap. Feels like it is not heavy enough to hold papers down securely, and feels like it could snap off relatively easily. Those issues seem to be an easy fix for Epson given this price range, so I am disappointed they havent made the effort to improve those. The cost was high. Much higher than I wanted to spend for a home printer, however given ink costs for other printers, I hope I come out ahead within a year or so. I haven't had an opportunity to experiment too much, but basic printing and color 4 x 6 photos are very good quality. Colors are true to original and relatively speedy. I am extremely happy with it so far. I intend to start printing different sizes and utilizing more of its functions, and anticipate being pleased with the results. Oh the other disappointment is that it will not print true A3 sized prints. I almost didn't purchase for that reason, and I really wanted ability to print 12 inch x 12 inch papers. Come on Epson. Why not?? As mentioned earlier, availability was a big concern understandably with school children and so many working from home. My purchase was delayed by 4 weeks. The local places were giving a stock date of mid november, and the few times I checked the Epson website they were out of stock. The day I received the email notification it was available at Epson, I purchased. It was delivered within a few days, in good condition. Set up was easy.

I just bought the ET7750 because it is according to my research, the second best to the ET15000. I wish I could have found the et15000 with the 13x19 printing with lower cost in white but the 7750 with 11x14 prints will do for now. I have upgraded from the ET3760 which I have really enjoyed for the past year.

I had high hopes for this color printer but I never could print from my computer. My husband was able to print to it because he was wired but the wireless feature was intermittent to non working at best. We even have a wifi signal booster in our house. The reason for 3 stars is the quality. My husband bought this make art for his arcades he builds and I just thought the quality was really average at the highest setting. We ended up returning within the 30 days and bought the et-16650 at microcenter. The main reason we gave up was the jamming. After only 3 pages of printing the printer started jamming with every try. The paper is way under the thickness recommendations and just regular matte inkjet paper. Im not sure if we got a bad batch or what. But after so many issues only a few days into owning this just isnt worth it for us.
