When I had reported issues with my initial unit, Epson support was very responsive (2 thumbs up) in addressing my concern and they sent me a replacement unit. The replacement unit was fixed and it worked perfectly fine for 6 weeks but last week it stopped working!!! This time power was coming ON, I could hear the sound of Fan and initially the lens shutter was also opened up. But no image! I tried restarting multiple times but no luck. Later I realized that, none of the switches was responding. Remote and manual are not working. Even the shutter was not closing itself! I am lost what to do. Experts please advise and help fix this issue ASAP.

After less than 300 hours of use on this projector, it stopped functioning all together. The projector will not power on or function at all.

This is my second EPSON.. Small Business printer. 1st - 7620 WF.. awesome printer, but the heads kept clogging. Ink became very expensive. But the quality was amazing for color and photo prints. The ET-7750 features are the best and has exceeded expectations. One flaw.. The draws.. Pull out trays are cheap and not durable and low quality paper tray. The paper tray spindle came out off on day one. But overall I am excited to print color graphics and photos.

I bought this printer since I'm an artist and looking to do my own home business. The inks are vibrant and beautiful. The machine is easy to set up albeit a tad heavy but I'm really pleased with the quality of prints even with this being a 5 color machine. I don't know what Epson is doing but they're doing it right.

Super simple to set up and works beautifully! I love this projector! While I have a white screen and the colors and contrast are great, my wall is black and if I'd known the way the projector shows on black I'd have saved some money on the screen. You can't go wrong with this projector!

I purchased mainly for the eco Tank system and the CD/DVD print capability, but it has a lot of other great features along with really good print quality. I have used almost exclusively Epson Printers through out the years with no major issues. This printer is one of the fastest printers I have owned. The software install was really easy and it set up all the printers in my network flawlessly. This is undoubtably one of the best printers out there and with the eco Tank one of the most economical to use photo printer on the market.

I've had to replace this unit 4 times over the course of 2 years. I purchased the new unit in December of 2017. Since then, 2 refurbished units needed to be replaced due to complete loss of power. The 3rd refurbished unit that was just received makes a horrible buzzing sound while powered on. Epson is in the process of shipping out my 4th (another refurbished) unit which I have been assured will work great! Overall, the projector provides a great picture when operational. It is a rather large and heavy unit so if you plan to install this on a ceiling be sure the mount is reinforced. While watching sporting events there is little to no lag and the picture is very sharp. I cannot recommend this unit due to its reliability issues.

Very disappointed after my lamp burnt out after 10 months and only 1700 hrs in eco mode. Will probably not buy and Epson again after this. Picture quality is very good but the lamp life is a big disappointment.

It worked well until after a year, it stopped working that power cannot be turned on. We rarely used the projector (used only about 20 times in a year). It really sucks, when power cannot be turned on, you cannot do anything to it. A lot of reviews of this project has this issue. It is a low quality product, Recommend NOT to purchase.

Got this projector in January 2018. Beautiful picture with clarity and color pop. Easy to setup on 120" screen from 14 feet away. A Denon X2300W AVR provided inputs to Epson via 40 foot HDMI cable. This would have originally been a 5 star review but the lamp died last night while watching a movie. No noise or lamp pop just the screen went black and the fan was running loudly. Blue power light and flashing orange on the projector. Called support this morning and after going through elimination process was told it was indeed a lamp issue which are only warranted for 90 days. So my decision is to either buy a new lamp or a new non-Epson projector.

It was time to upgrade to 4K and prices had finally come down. Looked at all of the options and this one looked like the best quality for the best price. My last projector was Epson 3020 which I was quite satisfied with, it was also a great projector for the price. I wasn't sure about the upscaling capabilities but it is amazing. For years I have been reading about black levels but couldn't really see differences, this projector has real black and you can see it. Another nice thing is that the 3D glasses from the 3020 work with the 4000. The 4000 is really the new version of the 3020 in 4K, but check out the size of the 4000, it is huge so beware. I have been a large screen projector fan for 15 years and I have a 150 screen.

I bought this projector from BHPhotovideo. Less than a month after i got it professionally installed in my home theater it stopped working, not turning on. Lamp has hardly 20 hours of usage. Called epson and they sent a refurbished replacement. You bought it new and used nothing and now you have to live with a refurbished product - not sure how many days it will work. Hate to say EPSON has horrible customer service - esp when it comes to warranty. They don't accept that there is an issue with this model and upgrade customer to a different stable model.

Like others have stated here. 6 months and the projector isn't powering up. Image and performance are great but it's unreliable. Had an older model Epson before no issues but this one not even a year old and it's toast. What a pain this will be to swap out.

I upgraded a aging 10 year old HD projector that was exiting some issues. I paid double for it 10 years ago and for the money I paid for this Epson wow i got a steal! A lot of bang for the buck! The 3D experience is crazy!!! No lie its a better experience than my local theaters 3D. The 3D was the selling point to me, hard to fins a 3D anything for home these days, weird! 3D blu-rays are scares and thats unfortunate, the new 3D tech this thing has is far far advanced from years past. The 4K enhancement mode is on par! Up-converted 4K from HD progressive images... You can tell someone your watching 4K ad they would believe you. 3D upconverted is so clear in fact its mind blowing. My old projector was nowhere near this impressive when it was in its prime. It will brighten the picture when using 3D so with 3rd party active shutter glasses it look very similar to the brightness you would watch a 2D picture in. Its so bright in fact if you take the glasses ff during 3D its blinding, so that a good thing. 3D need brightness in order to function properly. I recommend!!! I am projecting a 110" screen, with the projector 10 and half feet away. Lens shifting is pro level... being able to place the projector right side up in a ceiling box and shifting the screen down is a huge need for me and plus. Cheaper projectors do not allow for this type of installation. The color is unbelievably good and bright!

I bought this Epson Home Cinema 4000 brand new from amazon in Oct 2017 and professionally installed it in my basement. My usage was very less and all of a sudden it stopped while watching something. I have contacted the local Epson authorized center, dropped my projector and within 1 week got the replacement projector. It's not even 2 months I got this, it stopped working again. It doesn't power up when I try to switch on. Tried everything and now again going to send this back to Epson. Something is wrong with this model and I still need to find out why all of a sudden they stop working. I might have to check with Epson on a extended warranty for this model as it's very unreliable and can stop working any time.

This is a great Projector, except it took me longer then expected to figure out all the settings. Its not very user friendly, the menu has a really old look and almost feels outdated and is hard to navigate in the beginning.

I previously owned a Home cinema 3000 so I'll describe the Home Cinema features over those of the afore-mentioned model. The Home Cinema 4000 is quieter. The detail is much better and at 60k to 140k my eyes can see the difference. The blacks are improved with less grays and more defined degrees of black. The power lens focus and shift and built-in power cover have saved me the inconvenience of manual adjustments. And the 4K Enhancement upscales my theater experience.

Be straightforward about it.The 2nd port of HDMI through a spark out at me and hasn't work after that.both ports will not work with 12 foot hdim cord. But I do get a great picture through the first port. All an all I Love it 120" diagonal sceen even with a lighted room.
