bought it from Bestbuy, picture is great and smooth, but after 3 weeks, the light was never on, when i pushed On button, i only heard it running with the fan, but the light wasnt on, tried so many times and seem like the light for screen never on again, what is that problem? sometime i want to get another one like 1080, but worry about that issue will happen again.

I unboxed and plugged the device in and it was stuck on a blank blue screen I pressed the menu button on the remote control and also on the projector itself and nothing I connected it to 2 different consoles and 2 laptops still nothing whatsoever I am very disappointed so far

my first time using a projector When I received the email from Epson to test one of their projectors I was super excited, since I was going to have the experience of being the first time to use a projector, and what better if it is with Epson, if I have tried a lot of their products and not I can complain they are of excellent quality and super recommended. One of the things that I liked a lot is its easy configuration, we can adjust the language to which it is easier for us to understand, I love the option of connecting via WIFI I imagine that many in this time will be given in the same way. The image was amazing even in broad daylight. The 3300 lumens really make a big difference no matter the lighting, you can still see it vividly! The fan is very quiet and not distracting and its compact size. I plugged in an HDMI cable to allow me to switch between inputs and avoid having to unplug and plug things in. The projector comes with a remote control that can do all the image adjustments, make the image clear, and zoom. The image can be sharpened by using the focus ring on the projector. The image is clear and sharp, I was quite impressed with the image quality. I must say that this Epson Home Cinema 880 1080p projector is a must have. If you like a sharp image and easy setup, this is it. You can configure this projector to work from your computer and mobile device. I arrive just in time to use it at my baby shower and to be able to entertain family and friends.

Got the Epson Cinema 880 to try and replaced it with my old projector I was currently using. First off the setup was quick and simple and I love the compact size it?s about half the size of my old projector. The resolution was amazing and I immediately noticed a huge difference. The 3,300 lumens really help give off a crisp 1080 image. Comes with everything to get you started projector , power cable , remote and batteries. I also noticed it comes on much quicker then my old projector and the blacks and colors are so vivid. Also for the price point it?s real bargain for what you get compared to other projectors on the market. So far I?m really enjoying it and my movie watching experience has totally been enhanced. I have mine obviously counted to my home theater setup but if you did want to take mobile it does have a built in speaker and the size would make it easy to transport. 2 thumbs up and really a great projector. ?This is a review for the Epson Home Cinema 880 1080p projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.?

First, upon taking it out of the box I was quite pleased with the size. It?s compact (just the right size) and not too big or too small. Also, it?s very light weight. I used this particular one indoors in the family room. The set up process was fairly easy which is a plus, because I?m not very tech savvy when it comes to some electronics. Once it was finally set up I was happy with the color and image projected on the screen. The colors were vibrant and the image was very clear. I think what I liked the most is that I could use this projector with and without the lights on. Prior projectors that I?ve had did not show very well with the lights on. They kind of reminded me of the old school overheads and projectors from elementary school. This one was 1 million times better. Also, I was able to enhance my viewing experience with the included audio jack. By adding my own speakers (surround sound) I actually created a theatre like experience. The projector wasn?t noisy at all. It was fairly low and quiet. Although some settings made the fan noise a little louder, but not to the point of it being bothersome. I was able to use my fire stick as well as Roku with it. It worked great and I?m satisfied. I use it in the basement, as i have a big empty wall there. No natural light but this projector is bright enough. Good for family movie night. big screen for good entertainment lol the important thing is image quality is good too.

At first glance this projector looked very complicated out of the box. I set it up in my bedroom on a plain white wall. The directions that come with the Epson Home Cinema 880 1080p projector are easy to read and neatly packaged. I had to attach my HDMI as the projector does not come with one. The quick set up directions are easy to read, and the pictures help tremendously. We decided to watch a movie, I connected my ROKU using my HDMI and was able to stream the movie with no problem. I have external speakers and they can be plugged up an RCA cable. The sound can also be heard from the projector if you don?t want to hook up external speakers. The projector comes with a remote control you can do all the picture adjustments, make the image clear and zoom. The image can be sharpened by using the focus ring on the projector. The image is clear and sharp, I was pretty blown away with the picture quality. I would have to say that this Epson Home Cinema 880 1080p projector is a must have. If you like a sharp picture and an easy setup, this is it. You can set this projector to work from your computer and mobile device. Coming from a 720p projector, this Epson 1080p projector blows my old one out of the water. I use this projector on a 120 inch screen in my backyard, and LOVE the picture quality. The colors are very vibrant and it?s super clear; the manual focus is extremely easy to adjust. I like that it has built in audio for the nights it?s just my family and me, and it sounds pretty good for a built in speaker. It?s really user friendly and the set up is simple. I love that it?s portable so I can easily bring it to friends houses without it being a hassle to set up. The machine itself is really quiet, you can?t hear the fan running, and the overall look of it is sleek and doesn?t take up too much space. My family and I have been loving having movie nights in my backyard with this awesome projector, and can?t wait for many more this summer.

This projector is awesome. You can mirror screen with your smart phone, has one hdmi port to connect to gaming systems, and it has a very high resolution making the picture extremely clear, also has internal speakers and it also has audio out for external speakers, we hooked up our sorround sound, highly recommend.

I received this and have been super impressed! I love to use it for work when I need to have additional screens and want it to be a little bigger than my monitor. It has a crisp clear picture and you can make out the fine details! It also works amazing for home use! We turn our big white wall into a movie theater and have movie nights with my kiddo! The picture is absolutely fabulous and it has a feel of being at an actual theater! I highly recommend this for a business atmosphere or for home use to have an awesome theater room!

Epson delivered a state of the art projector with the Home Cinema 880 3LCD 1080p projector. I was super excited for this to come in the mail, because I had so many ideas for when and where we could use it. The first was for my daughters birthday. Right out of the box, the setup was very simple and easy that anyone could do it. I plugged it in, adjusted to the proper height with the adjustable stand and was ready to watch within minutes! We love to get together as a family and watch movies and had been searching for the right projector that could be used either indoors or outdoors. This past weekend we had a few of my daughters friends over for her birthday and I wanted to setup an outdoor movie theater for the kids to enjoy. Again, simple and easy and it?s ability to project on nearly anything helped a ton! The picture was incredible even in the bright daylight. The 3300 lumens truly make a world of difference no matter the lighting, you can still see it vividly! With the ability to project up to 320? it makes any wall a great canvass. The outdoor movie theater was such a hit, that even the parents sat down to enjoy and I couldn?t have done it without Epson! Now we know how we will spend our summer nights outside. Since the party is over, I?ve since mounted it in the man cave to continue enjoying movies, sports and playing video games. The fan is very quiet and isn?t a distraction and it?s compact size even mounted doesn?t make for an eye sore. I loved that the projector auto adjusts the picture to be square so you don?t have to mess around with the settings when moving it. The HC 880 comes with 1 HDMI, 1 USB Type A, 1 USB Type B and a 3.5mm Audio Jack allowing for easy connecting options for any type of input. I plugged in an HDMI splitter to allow me to toggle between inputs and avoid having to unplug and plug stuff in. The audio from the projector alone is great and could be heard clearly, but the 3.5mm and HDMI ports allows for simple surround sound hookup. Overall, I?m more than excited with this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a projector for your home or office! Top notch quality and a great price!

As a family, we love going to the movie theater. The Epson Home Cinema 880 3LCD 1080p Projector has fulfilled our need to go to the theater, but at home. We use a large white wall in our family/ game room. It works well in daylight and with lights on at night if you wish to leave the lights on. Works well in the dark too. It also comes with an audio jack that we can hook into our speaker system to really give us that home theater feel. This projector is really easy to set up. You could hook it up to the ceiling if you wish, but we just have ours on a small table and it is perfect. There are onscreen settings that allow you to set the brightness, contrast, etc. It also comes with a remote that is very easy to use. The images when projected with this projector are very clear and sharp. We now have a weekly movie night with family and friends and they are even impressed with our Home Cinema projector.

We used this outside on our patio (no, it?s not outdoor rated) for backyard movie night! The lumens are enough to see even at dusk with no issues. We projected onto a sheet, but will also use a 12 ft inflatable movie screen. The keystone correction on this is so much better than our previous models. We took it right out of the box, used the remote, Roku plug in and Bluetooth to a portable speaker. No issues at all and no complaints. The picture is very crisp and beautiful. Can also do 3D if that?s an option for your plug in media. Use eco mode. It?s much quieter and the picture doesn?t degrade.

I've set this up in my room since I usually watch TV or movies on my laptop in bed, and this way I can project a nice large picture on my wall. Easy to learn and amazing picture, even on a wall that isn't perfectly smooth. Possibly thinking of using this also at Halloween to project a movie outside or something fun for trick or treaters when they go by.

We got this product to use for both indoor and outdoor video. The bright cinema setting is very bright and can be used in daytime. We generally use the (normal) cinema option that is perfect for nighttime or in a dark room. When using the cinema video mode (or the two others - game or dynamic), the fan speed slows down to the eco setting and it's very quiet. It's much louder on bright cinema but still very tolerable. I am one of those folks that see the "rainbow effect" from DLP technologies used in other projector brands but the 3LCD technology from Epson is simply amazing. None of the banding that I have experienced with other projectors. Note that this particular model does not include wireless capabilities or an optical zoom. However, these features are present in the next model up - the 1080. The wireless option on the upgrade model allows casting from phones but not video. While the optical zoom would have been nice to have, I put a Amazon Fire Stick Lite in the HDMI port and it's fantastic! Quick and easy access to all my streaming content for a very small additional investment. There is a single speaker on the projector and while it can get loud, the sound quality is only satisfactory. Instead, I used the 3.5mm audio output and paired it with a nice set of powered computer speakers, and couldn't be happier with the output. Finally, Epson makes a nice case that I ordered to complement the projector and hold the remote and power cord. I highly recommend it as an accessory.

This projector is simple to setup and has just a few port options in the back to make setup a breeze. It has HDMI, audio out, USB-A and USB-B. Plug it in and connect your player and you are ready to go. Picture is bright and quality is very good. You can't go wrong with a trusted brand like Epson. Highly recommend. A++

I am so glad I decided to get this projector to try it out, it is absolutely amazing! It has an incredible, clear picture with vivid colors- as well as built-in speakers that hold a lot of power and provide all of the sound you need. They are also clear and crisp, and you aren't struggling to hear what is coming through. This projector is also amazing in the sense that you can play it anywhere -whether light or dark - and have an equally great experience. The kids love it and enjoy being able to watch movies on a big screen outdoors. You don't need to go out and buy a huge, expensive projector screen- you can use a blank wall if you want to!! It's perfect for get-togethers and parties, too. We are the envy of the neighborhood. The remote is really nice to have, as well, and it is easy to use so anyone can do it. The projector is simple to get up and running, too. You don't need to be a tech wizard to be able to set up and use this. I would absolutely recommend picking one up! Very nice quality, well designed projector with amazing picture and sound! It does not disappoint! Check it out!
