Rolling "Paper" love!!

When I bought the printer last year, I was told the roll paper attachment was an extra $250+? I didn't think I would ever use or need it? WAS I WRONG!!! This part was so easy to attach and use Plus I now have access to many more papers!!!! AND!! when you don't need store back in a dust free box. Love this roll paper attachment!!!

Good but problematic

For the most part, I am happy with this attachment once I get the printer to finally recognize the paper has been inserted. Sometimes this takes five attempts. Sometimes, I have to use my slicer to cut off the edge of the paper for a new clean edge. Then, as long as I am only printing using the roll attachment, it works fine. If I need to switch to the rear feeder, the problem starts all over again. The paper that I am using is Epson Hot Pressed. I will try the Epson Matte Canvas to see if the problem continues.

Print quality equal to my beloved 7900.

I had an Epson 7900 for almost 10 years and it was a dependable workhorse that consistently produced outstanding prints. But, my needs changed, and I sold it and "downsized" to the SC P900. The first thing I printed was one of my favorite images that I had printed with the 7900, and I could not see a difference between the two prints. In some ways, the P900 is easier to use, but I do miss the 7900's roll paper handling and 24" paper width.

17? roll paper accessory for P900

Item do as its suggested. Thicker paper might have a hard time being inserted. Overall good accessory to the p900.

Great adapter for panoramas

Great adapter if you?re planning on doing panoramas. I read a few reviews about it being hard to use but I have had no problems loading film at all. It?s a great way to save money on paper if you buy the 17? rolls.

Huge improvement for paper feeding , roll paper to p900

I had a p600 and was able to maximize cost quite effectively with roll paper, however the apparatus was very flimsy and just would not stay on , so the roll paper had to be put on something that was similar in height and fed in. This unit solves this problem in a big way by actually connecting to the printer and covers everything so that no dust gets in . a 100percent improvement
