I just got this today (Sep 4, 2024) and I love it. Lots of saving options for the receipts/invoices. Since I save my receipts to a file on my computer, it makes me happy. You can also save to CSV, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, etc. I am also able to name files the way I want. It's a single sheet feed, but you can either 'stitch' pages together OR combine them. Unit is small so I can keep it by my side and do receipts in the evening. Oh - I bought this model because I really didn't need wireless.

I purchased this as I was coming over from NeatReciepts, and couldn't put up any longer with their ridiculous subscription! So of course when I saw epson's idea for a receipt scanner/software package I jumped on board! Now a year later the software no longer converts the receipts after scanning!

Needed this type of scanner ASAP. It arrived very well packaged in a very short time. I needed to scan some papers for a Congressman's office immediately and was able to do so right away. The software is easy to download and made scanning and categorizing within my laptop very easy. It even took multi-page documents and allows the user to keep all pages in one file or will store each page individually should you need to do that.

I was sceptical at first in buying this after the big failure of NeatReciepts going to a subscription base model. Not only is RapidReceipts better at identifing the information on documents it scans, but the scanner is way better and faster than my old scanner.

I love this scanner. I have several bed scanners where you have to put your receipts face down on the glass to scan them. It is cumbersome, since the scanner is not right next to my keyboard. With the RR-60, the scanner is sitting just to my left. I can feed receipts into it without getting out of my chair. The image is pulled directly into the Invoice/Receipt Manager software where you can edit and classify the receipts. Because the scanner is continuous feed, you can feed long receipts (more than 11 inches) into it. With the bed scanners, you have to either cut up those long receipts or reposition the receipt to get a full image. It does have a few little flaws or at least, some items I wish were different. When feeding in the receipt, you press the button on the top of the scanner. The feed rollers start up but it does not seem to catch the receipt. I always have to give the receipt a little push to have the scanner continue to feed. I thought it might be the way I am positioning the receipt but nothing I do seems to work. My only other complaints/recommendations have to do with the software. I end up doing a lot of repetitive mouse clicks when doing multiple receipts. For example, when I go to save the image, it defaults to JPEG. I want to save it as a PDF. Once I select PDF, the file name format is not what I want. I have to retype the file name. (If you select JPEG, you have more flexibility on file name format.) None of these little blemishes would prevent me from buying this scanner or recommending it. I finally able to eliminate the piles of paper on my desk.

I use this to digitize important documents and receipts. It makes it super easy, quick, and I love how compact it is because it fits perfectly my my office desk. I wish it had wireless connectivity like the next model, but I don't mind plugging it in as I only connect it to one PC anyways. The text recognition software is what makes it worth it for me as it makes search really easy. Definitely recommend it to stay organized. It will save you money in the long run!

If you've been through an audit, you'll know the headache it can cause while trying to search through receipts and other documents. This literally solved all of my problems. It quickly scans and uploads. I did not need a color scanner, but I like the feature. I haven't has an issue with jamming or scans being unreadable. This works as described and I'm enjoying not having to keep a shoebox full of receipts!

I received this item a few weeks ago and just started using it to scan in receipts and it works well I'm satisfied with it's function. I like how easy the setup was to connect to my laptop and how easy it was to scan

Listen I love an office gadget from my laminator to my favorite stapler and now this little scanner. It is slim and light weight which makes it fantastic. I can toss it in my backpack when I go to my rental property out of state to do maintenance work and any receipt I can just go ahead and scan right in or save them up and scan them in when I get home. I actually just used it to scan all of my tax docs for this year so I could upload them to turbo tax. Epson has always been a brand name that I could stand behind. I have had various Epson printers over the years because they always print the best photos. I am so happy to add this little scanner to my office. It was super simple to setup and start scanning. I have a scanning app on my phone but I will use this any day over an app. Love Love Love. Oh and if remote learning continues into the next school year my kids will be using this to submit hand written homework as well.

The scanner scans perfectly. It is easy to connect to a desktop or laptop. The documents enter straight into the scanner and are downloaded easily. It is easy to do small business cards to regular sized documents. The documents do not get ruined while passing through the scanner and scan really quick.

Hands down the best portable receipt and document scanner. I've used a product from Neat for a long time; but this one is way easier to use and the clarity of the scans is amazing. Love the automatic loading feature for multiple scans. Great product !

The RapidReceipt? RR-60 Mobile Receipt and Color Document Scanner is so great to have on hand. This thing is really nice! I have already scanned documents onto my computer using this. It is very easy to use. You do need to download the software to use it, but once you do that you are ready to go. Put your documents right in the scanner and push scan. Very simple to use. I also like that it comes with a software that can easily access where you do your taxes and upload documents to your tax software, that is so cool. It's nicely made, and it is not big, doesn't take up alot of space. Even scans in color, perfect for your everyday scanning! I would definitely recommend this thing is very perfect and useful! .

Easy to scan your receipts or documents. However, I did have a problem getting started. There wasn't a lot of instructions. Took me about 45 minutes before I figured it out. Lightweight so you can easy take in the go with you. Once you get things going it's very easy to use. Battery life is good as well lasted a couple days for me but I also want using it heavily.

This scanner is great! At first, I thought it was only small enough for small papers such as receipts, etc., but when I opened it, I found that I can also scan full sized documents without having a giant printer taking up my whole desk! The charging cord is a mini usb, and I have a ton of those laying around the house. The instructions and installation was simple and it came with the necessary software for the computer. All in all, this is a great product!

I absolutely LOVE this scanner. its so small and light weight and scan FAST !! It easily scans everything from Receipts to Ids. You can export to programs and itemize those receipts. You can even make a searchable PDF out of the scans. How cool is that feature. Highly recommend.

Having to scan receipts is nobody's favorite thing to do. Expense reports are a huge pain, but this portable scanner makes it a lot easier to keep track of receipts. Simply put them through the scanner, save them to a folder and you are done. Very easy to use and simple to set up. If you are in sales or some other field that requires you to keep track of receipts, or if you itemize on your taxes....this is definitely worth the money!

I started using the Epson RR-60 Mobile Receipt and color document scanner about a week ago. This product is very compact making it easy to travel with and requires limited storage space in a home office. The RR-60 was easy to setup and the scans are hig quality. I would recommend this product to anyone looking a high quality scanner option.

It is a great little scanner. Great for on the go and it is very light weight and so easy to hook up. I installed on my computer and my cell phone and was super easy. Great way to keep everything organized. It is really easy to save to your computer or to export your scans. No more papers everywhere and easy way to get organized.

This is a great addition to my desk at home! It is really easy to scan any receipts and pdf documents. All you have to do is hook it up to your computer and your good to go. It's a quick and simple way to put stuff you need into your computer. I totally recommend this!

This is a fantastic reciept scanner! I have been on the fence about it for quite some time- but I finally got one and I am so happy that I did! I have had scanners in the past but nothing like this! It is very compact and requires minimal space to set up. It is very nicely designed and has helped me stay significantly more organized. It's more than just reciepts- you can scan other documents, buisness cards and more. I no longer have to search through piles of paper reciepts to find what I am looking for, they are all nicely filed away and labeled. It saves me time, hassle, space, and a lot of frustration. I am buying another one for the family buisness! It would make a great gift, too! I highly recommend picking one up and trying it out, you will wonder why you haven't gotten one sooner.

I enjoy this scanner a lot. Before I was super unorganized, had important documents thrown everywhere and in all types of random drives ( I know, I know). Because it was so small I was expecting it to be difficult and tiresome to use, however this thing is better than a lot of the larger size scanners. Wifi works great and never need to keep reconnecting /disconnecting. Anything you scan can be uploaded right to quickbooks,excel, which saves time Everyone at my job now wants their own because they're tired of crappy office machines. The only draw backs is that some of my receipts/papers kept getting jammed (this might be human error). I noticed that after doing a large number of papers , thats when it was doing it. You may have to give it a bit of a rest in between large uses.
