This Epson cartridge gives you most bang for your money. Colors are accurate and vivid. The ink tanks are either larger or they use a technology that is more efficient than most newer ones. I much prefer to use this old printer than my 388o model that sucks ink. Also, Adorama's price is lower than any other retailer or e-tailer offers. I recommend this product and Adorama's good service to any online shopper

This is old technology that bundles all the colors but Black into one cartridge. Comparing print ease and cost to newer printers that have individual small cartriges, the all-in-one is a Winner! I get more full coverage Art prints per dollar than the newer technology, with less hassle about running out of a single color.

I have been using the original Epson Ink Cartridges in my photo printer for more than 10 years, and have never had any problem with this printer. Adorama has been my supplier for most of my photographic and printing equipments.

I get about 20 8x10 prints from each set of cartridges (1 5-Color plus Black). Prints I have kept in plastic sheet protectors in a 3-ring binder, look good after up to 15 years storage. I am not aware of any fading of other prints except in direct sunlight. Much easier to use than small individual ink cartridges.

Reliable quality product. Adorama price is the best around. The older printer has since been replaced but worked well with the Epson inks which did not last long but at least were relatively inexpensive.

I'm a retired artist/photographer and corporate executive, still active photographing nature and restoring photos with Photoshop. I appreciate the consistent quality of Epson inks, but can't afford the "luxury' of constant printing, especially for larger exhibit images.

The price of Epson inks is outrageously high. I average $700/year for inks. In other words, the printer itself is an incidental cost. Law suits by Epson have eliminated less-expensive alternatives.

A reliable dye based ink which produces richly colored photos on a somewhat dated 1280 printer. Small volume multi color cartridge, unfortunately, means the whole cartridge gets replace when one of the color cells runs out so it is terribly wasteful. It is a secondary printer not used too much so that is not such a bad thing and the replacement cartridge, particularly at the Adorama price is fairly cheap.

There is nothing worse then finding out the printer is clogged up because of cheap ink. Getting the printer fixed cost more than the Epson ink. Using Epson ink will save money in the long run.

Five color inks in one cartridge means entire color cartridge must be replaced when just one color is depleted. Expensive! Otherwise, great printing results!

the only ink that should be used in Epson printer because the others will clog the printer if not used everyday. then you will use a lot of ink to try and unclog it if your lucky it will work. but i lost a printer that way.
