Terrible customer service
I ordered black epson ink in January because I knew I would be running out soon. Well today I ran out of the black ink and I opened the new ink and tried to put it in my Epson printer, and it wouldn't go in, it did not fit, so I looked at it, and sure enough, little things in the back are not the proper fitting for my printer, the sales receipt. Apparently Epson makes another 157 LLK black ink for probably another machine. I don't know but I did call today. The man hung up on me. He would not let me talk to a manager and then he called me back and asked me if I opened it and I said yes I told you I tried to make it fit today and it wouldn't fit and he just told me it's not returnable. And I'm like what? And then and he already hung up and I was still talking. This is very very bad service that adorama is having I'm 69 years old. Don't need to sit here and wonder why Epson made two ink cartridges with the same look and the same number on it I should not have to pay. Taken advantage of.

Professional Quality Ink
My printer is an Epson R3000, and I always use Epson ink. I have been told many times that the photos produced using this ink & printer combination rival the quality of professional printing companies. Whether color or monotone, images come out crisp and clean. When they don't, the fault rests with the photographer (me). I also love the fact that images produced with these Epson inks last for a very long time.

The Only Ink I Use in My Epson R3000 Printer
This is the only Ink I use in my Epson R3000 Printer. I have used the entire K-157 series of ink colors with superior results.

Ink is required
The ink is great, as expected. Of course it's too expensive but Adorama's prices are as good as it gets. I just wish my printer didn't waste so much. Oh well, what are you gonna do?
