Arrived frozen solid.  Cartridge was unusable and went it the trash.

We found out that the local stores do not carry Epson 277 series inks and i looked around on line.   Adorama sells authentic Epson ink and at a very good price.   We ordered and the ink was delivered in less than time estimated.  This is the way on-line shopping should happen.

As advertised and fast delivery

Epson Ink is always great and provides excellent prints, of course, using their printers. The only complaint, not a unique one, is that the XL cartridge is too small. 

It appears that the price of ink pays for the true cost of any printer times, at lest, two.
