Good, Reliable Scanner

We've done quite a lot of color and b&w scanning over the past few years, and it has not failed in its simple task of producing clear scans at a reasonable fast rate. We do a lot of archival preservation of documents to 300 dpi TIFF files. Although it is not considered an archival-quality scanner, it does a fair job. It doesn't have a lot of features, and can only scan up to 8.5 x 11 5/8" size, so i give it only four of five stars.

What a great product.. at a great deal!

The quality of the Epson Perfection V37 Scanner is beyond my expection. It's thin style makes it perfect for placement beneath my keyboard on the slideout tray (where most keyboards are actually placed).. however, with my desk configuration, the V37 works perfectly for me. In addition, the definition and color of the photos I've scanned are excellent. I highly recommend this proudct.
