I purchased this printer over ten years ago as, at the time, I needed a good, compact printer to use while we travel in our r.v. The printer hooked up flawlessly to my laptop and now with my Samsung tablets. I sat it aside for about five years and the inkjets clogged up and it wouldn't print, even with new cartridges and numerous jet cleaning cycles. I finally used some denatured alcohol and a syringe to place a "bubble" of alcohol on top of each jet opening where the cartridges connect to the jet system. I let the alcohol sit for about five minutes and voila, it prints again. It's a nice, compact printer but not really designed for large scale print jobs. It works well for our travel use when I need to print out seveal pages of documents, general information, instructions, etc. It works well for us.

I've tried everything that I can and I cannot get yellow print. I've had this printer for several years and it gave me problems right away. I wish I returned it since it was so overpriced. I would never recommend this printer to anyone.

I need to download and install epson driver WF-100_Lite_NA about once or twice a month. The WIFI connection is to weak and is constantly interfered with so I need to use USB connection. even with direct connection my computer still shows' offline until I download drivers again.

I bought this printer a couple months ago, printing fine at the beginning, then realized ink and maintenance box have to be replaced since they wear or run out quickly

I had an HP 340 till I could no longer get ink for it. I went on the hunt for something to replace it. Ran across this little gem. In epsons usual style, they are holding the drivers hostage from Microsoft. Download them and put them on a flash drive, and you will be good to go. I say go buy one, you wont be disappointed.

This would be a great printer - good print quality, small, wireless, rechargeable - if it worked regularly. Ink cartridges are preposterously expensive and don?t last long, which would be a problem if the printer worked long enough to use up the ink. The printer has constant error message, most often that the ridiculously expensive ink cartridges are ?not recognized.? Please, do not buy this printer. Don?t even think about buying it.

I love this small Printer. However, this ink runs out fast when or if you need to do a nozzle clean. I went through 2 Maintenance box and each time when a new one replaced it tells me it needs to be replace. I took the paper off one and it shows that it's good as it should since I didn't get the chance to us it. I am in need of this small printer, and now I am NOT able to use. As well as the Ink getting low each time I try to run a test. WHY now?

I am so glad I bought this printer before the pandemic. I needed it when I was attended college and all the printers lab printer had some type of problems or the next lab office was far from my classes. So I decided to buy this printer to carry with me to have my assignment printed for my instructor. Even thought I did not use it for my purpose at that time, I recently open my printer box this semester and I love it! This printer is all I use now. Only one problem it makes a loud noise when it begin to print but otherwise I like it. I mean I love! I plan to call Epson and ask if the noise is normal or not. The price was cheaper than now if you can even fine one now.

This printer contains nothing but headaches. I have replaced ink cartridges twice, maintenance box once already and I am now unable to print something greyscale because the color cartridge is empty (yes, I followed the directions on "how to bypass" but it doesn't work. Surprise surprise, the monitoring software does nothing to help. It only forces you to their website to buy something new.) All told, I think I've only ACTUALLY printed around 25 pages with this thing. I bought it because it's small and portable. So it gets a star for the compact size, portability and battery life. But this already expensive printer has become a money pit of constantly replacing cartridges and spending more time with a paperweight then a printer.

I love this printer! I do not need to print at home too often but this I live this printer because I can tuck it away nicely when it is not in use. And the fact that it connect with my phone is a hige help when I?m on the go.

My husband brought me this printer as a Christmas gift and I am extremely happy with it. I love the fact that it is wireless and I can take it with me wherever I go. That is the best feature of having a portable printer. The wi-fi is a great feature to have. I am extremely happy with this product. Good job Epson!

I have had this printer for several years. My work required I travel to a supplier site, over-check product, then generate packing slips and certifications to the product could ship. The printer allowed me to not need help from the supplier for printing. The printer is so portable, there were times I would be outside a FedEx office printing documents with the printer on the dashboard of the car.

I was told this printer worked great with iPhone and iPad, but the printer didn’t recognize the iPhone or iPad. Verizon said they couldn’t help with a printer and Epson said they couldn’t help with the iPhone and iPad. In other words, you figure it out ... you’re on your own. So much for good technical support, I’m disappointed with Epson and Verizon.
