Excellent Printer
The compact and powerful Epson WorkForce Pro 3720 is an excellent printer for fast and crisp b/w/c printing of documents. The WF-3720 conveniently fits on the corner of my desk for hands-reach features and operations. I am very pleased with the functionality of this quality Epson printer.

I have never bought a printer and it only last me 4 years. Bought a expensive combo ink and the printer died before I could even open the package. I am so disappointed.

Expensive Ink and Finicky Printer
I bought this printer about 2 years ago and it will only successfully connect to one laptop in our organization. The ink seems to run out very quickly even when we purchase the EXPENSIVE XL version. The printer will not accept any generic brands, only Epson ink. It has already had a clogged print head twice with almost 3-4 days use in a week.

Epson WF-3720
This is our second Epson Printer. We love our Epson. The WF-3720 we had problems with and this site helped to restart it after I replaced all ink.

Never worked
I purchased this one year ago, I hardly use it because I don't live at my residence full time.
It won't print, did all the testing , replaced the ink, still dent work. Not worth the money.
Cant return it, didn't buy the replacement plan.

EPSON GREAT!
It is a great printer product. It is easy to manage. It has great color, excellent printer product, and not issues with self repairs. I recommend it for home product for school or small business.

It's nice that it's a scanner, but thats it.
I have had nothing but issues with the printer printing. I struggled with this printer. At first I really liked it. But, as it approached it warranty window I started having issues. Yes, just one year in and the printer would get glitchy with ink carts. Now, it wont recognize them at all. So, no warranty and no way to print. I am disappointed although this wasn't my firs choice printer. Due to COVID this was the only one Best Buy had. I would have gone with an HP B/W

Good Ol' Epson WF-3720 still going strong, print & scan.
Had this Epson for about5 years. Just updated drivers etc.

Won?t print from either of our laptops
I bought this specifically to use Wifi features and it won?t print from either of our laptops. Most of the time i can get it to print from my iphone but otherwise it has been more headache than help!

Hardware issues
I've had the problem twice with 2 different printers. Support says it's an hardware issue. Now they have no resolution. The error message reads cannot recognize ink cartridge

Ink disappears into thin air!
Purchased this 2 years ago and have spent over $200 in ink cartridges. The meter says I've only printed 203 copies! I don't know where the ink goes, but I'm ready to take the printer out back and beat the daylights out of it because I AM DONE!!!! I can't even get the thing to print grayscale when magenta is out! Worst printer I've ever had!

Quality not as good at my old Workforce
I had a great Epson Workforce but it was 10-12 years old and the roller was drying out so I had to adjust it if I did not print every day. So, I got this new one. It is pretty flimsy but seemed to print ok. However, now I still have to adjust the print heads, etc. Not the quality that I was expecting of this company.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
Had it for 1 1/2 yrs - now it won't print images. Past the warranty phase - of course. Also their customer service stinks - had to wait 1 hr on the phone - and no one could solve the problem. Going back to Cannon. Never had this problem with Cannon before.

A wonderful Surprise
I bought this machine once it was discontinued. But I needed something quick and inexpensive. It was the best printer I have ever owned! I use it for my business and its so easy to use and set up, and its wireless. I could not be happier.

this is the most poorly made printer i have owned
It jams, it feeds 10 page at once now it is feeding almost the whole tray of paper. And when the paper isnt jamming (1 out of every 4 times i print) then there is something wrong with the printerhead ant wants me to turn it on and off. I have owned less than 1 year.
