I've been using Epson printers for over 16 years in my business and now that I'm retired, for personal use. I am very happy with Epson products.

I bought this printer less than 3 months ago and i have been having so many problems with it. First It didn’t want to print and when it did there was blotches of black ink all over the paper. Then it would stay on an error state and would not let me print even after checking to make sure everything was correct. And now it prints very bad regarding the color especially because it prints the wrong colors. The colors also came out very uneven in each print and even after multiple attempts at running nozzle checks and much time and ink wasted on trying to get it figured out I think I might just have to move on to something else. I had really high hopes for this printer as I read many great reviews on it but I have had nothing but bad experiences with it.

First let me say I am such an Epson lover! I am so happy with my printer! I am so happy to have Epson printers back in my home. My company bought me another brand with enough ink for almost 7 years. I was just waiting or a reason to buy and justify my purchase and now I have bought the 2720 as well. One is for my business and the other is a personal for the house to use. I just love your products! I wish I could afford to have some of your other products as well. (Projector, Smart Glasses, and ET Pro) I am trying to save to get them. (LOL) I am looking forward to what is next.

This model was sent to me as a replacement for my old 7610WF model. It is working better than the old model. Type is clear and sharp. Printed a photo to check and am happy with the result.

Have a new computer that has a 9th gen i7. Opened up the Epson WF7710 and unfortunately when I download internal revenue service forms, it does not want me to be able to print them. And several tablets do not print effortlessly. HewP printer did not seem to have as much issue connecting. When it prints it is quiet and does a nice job. I think the problem may be jointly with Microsoft and Epson. I would be checking yes to recommend this product but after reading such a strange nonbinding statement from some 3rd party that may not want anyone to make useful comments toward fixing problems obviously I have to check no so that perhaps a vice president of tech support will decide to not to Boeing Epson which is after all a fantastic company.

I bought this from BestBuy about 18 months ago and its worked flawlessly since then. I work mostly from my home Office and use the printer everyday. It works as advertised even with non Epson inks. Now its time to change the maintenance tank, which I will buy from Epson. Double sided printing is flawless but manual feed needs better control from the software. It is definitely not a photo printer as the Durabrite inks are flat and there are no light colors with this setup. I paid around $275 for it so it's costing me 42 cents a day to run this printer at this point. What a deal!

Had some issues with the rear feeder using the 13x19 paper since it cannot fit in the cassette, but ultimately resolved the issue in preferences but nowhere in the guide would someone have known to resolve this troubleshooting issue. Other than that, good quality for the price.

I bought for sublimation conversion. Love this printer!! Easy to use. The only downside is that it’s kind of loud. Great buy.

Handles thick card stock really well and its one of the only printers that has the feed from the back to accommodate for thick paper. Use it for my ecommerce business to print my products. Very high quality. Good wireless and other features.

This printed has paid for itself in less than 1 month. I converted it to a Sublimation printer and it has truly added a lot of value to my companies studio. The scanner works great, it prints up to 11 x 17, the print quality is great. I am very happy with this. I don't fax but the printer does that too. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this almost a month ago and i love it! The standard print quality is so fast and beautiful that I did not even once have to use "high quality." If you thinking about getting this printer, whether to convert it or to keep it as it is, you will love it. It's much bigger than I thought so make sure you have space for it. Enjoy your printer.

This printer is easy to use. So far I have not used it to all of its capabilities, but I'm sure I'll love it. As a prior Epson user, I know they have great customer service if I should need them.
