I use the Epson Workforce 840 for general document printing, scanning and copying. Works well. The print quality is ok for an ink jet. Set up with Mac Lion was fairly easy.

Fast, easy to use. My only issue is, when scanning, the document feeder does not handle unusually small pages well.

a very functional and easy to use product. Print quality is great. Easiest scanner I have used with several options. Am purchasing another for home. Wish there was a source for less expensive ink cartridges.

Love the overall capabilities. Scan to pdf and to laptop is great. Wireless for multiple users consolidated multiple devices. Copy is great. Had some issues with scanning setup for a non-admin but think it is a laptop issue, not printer issue. Color is good. Speed is faster than I can react to. Love the auto duplex printing (you choose if you want simplex or duplex) and you don't have to go and turn the pages over yourself. I have not tried the OCR yet and I know there are features I haven't tried yet but am looking forward to trying. Ink costs seem to be reasonable. [...]
