Disappointed that you cannot make borderless photos. Also do not like having to change paper sizes.

I bought this last year. Work fine for a while. Now it keeps saying out of paper and there is paper in it. Also says ink is low, but ink is fine. Can I return it. Who do I send it too. I can't find the original box

I have it running in my office as a backup unit or when I need color printing. Hooked up wirelessly. Curiously the wireless linkage has been rocky. Had to uninstall printer a couple of times to get it to work. Also takes forever (3 minutes) to print to from my laptop wirelessly. Love the tanks. Been six months with a fair amount of printing but tank levels have moved very little. I probably will never buy a cartridge printer again.

My original Epson ET-4550 lasted about a year before printing began to malfunction, leaving me with lines through the pages. I called for help, and had to remain on the phone for 45 min with a rep to try and troubleshoot unsuccessfully. He/She would finally realize I needed a replacement. I have gone through this process of swapping out my computer, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES! I'm on my 4th computer. Black ink works fine but colored ink still has the same problem. Its beyond frustrating to continue to receive a used/refurbished replacement versus a new one that I know I've MORE than earned at this point. My time and money has been wasted, and the problem still has not been fully resolved. I dread calling tech support again, which is why I continue to use this faulty computer. Respectfully, I do not intend to buy another Epson product again.

I bought an Epson ET-4550, which seems to be a good printer when it is working. I am on my second replacement, which has not cost me additional money but has taken time effort.

Overall love the printer. I hate the ridiculous cost of print cartridges. This printer eliminates that expense! This a business printer so we make lots of copies between 5 workers. The only negative I can think of is its quite noisy....

We have had 3 of these printers in 3 months. Every one of them the document feeder stops working. Very annoying when trying to run your business with what you thought was an economical option only to find it falls very short of your expectations! Do not buy this printer!!

I bought this printer after i kept using too much ink in my last one. i love that I don't have to replace the ink cartridges every 2 - 3 weeks. It looks like i haven't used any ink with this machine but have printed like crazy. The only down side is that i have thin work orders that get caught when scanning them.

I bought this printer over a year ago and I’m extremely satisfied with it’s performance & ease of use. I don’t have to continually purchase ink cartridges. I’m still using the original cartridges provided with the printer and although I do a lot of printing, I still have a lot of ink left.

I bought this over 6 months ago and recently, the settings for color printing went haywire and I have not been able to correct. Just down loaded software on to my new Surface Pro and with new drivers color is still off. Looks like I paid the Color cost for and Black & Grey printer.

The printer is working perfectly. It was a replacement for an HP which was very expensive to operate. Should save a bunch on print costs

I have been wanting one of these EcoTank printers for a while as it seems to be an idea whos time has come. I unpacked the printer box which it turns out was the most difficult part. Setting up this printer was very easy, and it worked wonderfully right out of the box and the very first print. Both text and photo printing are great.

I bought this printer about 9 months ago to replace my other Epson (which was awesome) because of the refillable ink. While the ink well is awesome the printer itself is not worth owning. So far at least once a week I have to clean the printer heads, the scanner keeps getting jammed up and won't scan, and the ADF will not feed paper thru without getting jammed. I have emailed Epson to find out about getting it repaired and have not gotten a response from them. I did however get an email asking me to take a survey on their customer service. If I could I would throw it out the window while I am driving down the road.

I bought this about a month ago and I love the 4550 series printer. You can set it up locally or on the network accessibility from all computers without software for basic printing and how many pages you get even in color is still unknown to me as I filled the tanks and the level has gone down about 5% and I have printers many colored photos of DVD covers and much more. Best printer I have ever invested in he price is worth it. and the full features are usable from any computer on the network if you install the software. CAN"T BE BEAT!

I have had this 4 months and having the ECO Tank ink supply is really great. ******* The software on the tiny screen is atrocious, and the instructions on line are atrocious. I switched from HP who has printers that always default to the most obvious use and only requires the instructions when the printing gets more complicated, but I wanted the ECO-TANK ink supply. But I find the software instructions for the EPSON so difficult to use with the MAC OS and the iPAD pro series awful (I prefer printing from mobile devices) I use this at home and have just 3 requirements. Setup to print a full scale photos on what ever paper I put into the letter paper tray in 1 easy steps (I do not want the machine to tell me what size paper to use) and 1 more step if I want to use a different scale print and paper. in addition, then 1 easy step to get back to 2 sided normal letter size printing. If the software was easier, I would have given the machine a 5; I almost gave it a 1 because of the software.

I bought this printer to replace an Epson Workforce. The web site said it copies 2-sided to 2-sided, but it doesn't. This is an important feature to me. Also, it prints exceedingly slowly, and sounds as if it is stopping to pump ink every few lines. Last, the color is faded--even in "vivid" mode, it is much les vivid that the Workforce.

Had the printer 10 months. The double side duplex feature is a must have. Photos on photo paper are amazing. Downside is it is a slow scanner compared to the Samsung all in one it replaced and is slow to print. Biggest issue is the print heads clogging even though I use the printer every day. Consumed almost 1/8"/3mm out of the ink tanks to do the power purge to clear the head.

Hoping it starts working right , every time I go to print wireless, doesn't work until I hook it up to computer once , than after that works , haven't been able to scan wireless at all. I;m hoping it starts working right , because the ink savinfs would be great
