Great product, service OK
Love the printer so far! It does exactly what we need and the wireless feature is wonderful. I am deducting a few stars as it arrived a week later than it was supposed to, and customer service was unhelpful. I ended up having to pay for a print job outside of the home even though I purposely purchased from their website to get the fast shipping.

DON'T waste your MONEY!
Can not print in black and white or grayscale if you don't have ink in all cartridges. My HP always allowed me to print in black or grayscale without other cartridges having ink in them.

I would not buy this printer
I bought this printer as it was small and thought it would be easy to use and to help save my large printer from wear and tear. What I found is that this is not user friendly. I need to punch much information into the printer, which has become tiresome. I am also having a hard time having it connect to my computer, by both the internet and by direct UBS connection. I would not recommend buying this printer.

Nice little printet
It's a nice little printer. A little louder than my previous small epson that finally stopped going. It's a nice little printer though for those that don't print too often.

Like the great festures.
I had an Epson XP-300 and liked it so wanted to stay with the same make and am happy I did. I feel comfortable using the Epson Printer Make.

Great value
Great value at the sale price. I finally have a wifi printer. Responds quickly. Resolution not the greatest but it's all I need for my use. Hopefully the ink lasts and nozzles don't dry up like other printers I've had.

Great and easy to set up printer
Great printer that doesn't require big brother to use. I returned the HP I bought, because I HAD to be logged on to the HP site to use it. The wifi side never worked, I had to link directly with the printer to print. Their easy to set up program was the worse I've ever seen. Crazy that HP needs to know what I'm doing.

Just what I needed.
Set up was pretty easy and it works just like it's supposed to. It's not too big so it fits on a shelf in my condo. I'm happy with my purchase.

Great printer
I love this printer. It was a replacement for my Epson XP 440 which I have had for years. Fast delivery. Super easy set-up and the two-sided printing is my favorite function!

I like the wireless connectivity feature to print stuff from mobile phones, iPads, or PCs. I wish I could print business cards though.

quit working after having for less than a year
I bought this in April. I used a lot but maybe too much because now it's not even working. I can't take it back or get it fixed. I use it for my small business everyday. I guess I should have known since it was pretty inexpensive

I have made a rookie mistake. I bought one of these after the first one inexplicably stopped working after 3 months. The same thing happened with this one. It's a piece of crap.

Annoying after only three weeks of use
We bought this printer for my daughter to use in college. She calls me and says it keeps disconnecting from her computer. It will print one and then stop. This is the third time it has happened and now and its midterms. I told her to order another one HP, Canon but not an Epson.

Frustrating
Impossible to figure out how to print double sided. Print quality is good, but usually takes 4-6 times to get something to print. I usually have to turn the printer off, then on again, then try to print a couple more times before it actually works!

If you're not using the printer on a regular basis, the ink cartridge(s) will dry out so quickly. . Don't waste your money.
