Marion K : I take a lot of close up pictures of fine jewelry.. will this camera meet those needs?ZACHARY E : This camera is perfect for taking close up shots of things like jewelry; I use it often on flowers and collectible coins. The macro setting is awesome- it even has a super-macro setting which allows you to focus on something even as close as 2.5 millimeters away. Pretty impressive for how cheap it is. CAROLYN R : Yes, it takes great close-up pictures but would recommend not using the flash. flash makes image look blurry.SANDRA S : Hi Marion, I have used FinePix for a long time. My FinePix camera is the S4000. That one is very good for close ups. The S4500 is the next up, so it should be even better! Good Luck!
Shopper : i got a new finepix but the screen keeps saying memory card error but it works in another camaera i've got and card from it works in this camera?CURTIS H : Buy yourself another memory card.GA W : I'm not sure this question should be directed to me, because it sounds more of a memory card question unrelated to the camera. It could be caused by an error on the part of the one installing the card or there may be a faulty contact in the camera, particularly if the message occurs with either card installed. Since I've not had the problem, you may need to re-ask the question and provide more details for someone else to diagnose. Details about what settings you have on the camera and what success or failure you have in taking pictures when that message appears on the screen, etc. Hope this helps as you continue to find an answer.
alyssa m : how do you charge the camera batteries?PATRICIA B : first of all ypur batties have to be the recharble ones...and you have to have a charger for the batteries..put the batteries in the charger with the + pointing up worth in the charger..all four batteries will and the light on the bottom will turn green when charged..hope this works for you.. thanks ..DAVIS S : I assume if you already loaded the camera with batteries if you are chaning the batteries. You open the bottom latch and take out the old ones and put in the new ones.CORALIE D : Just put them in the charger and plug into the wall. Red lights will turn green when they are ready.ANDREW R : I'm not sure I understand your question. This camera uses standard "AA" batteries. This bundle includes 4 rechargeable "AA" batteries and a suitable charger.
