For a lightweight fluid head with no adjustments, the K5 sings with quality and utility. The head is almost entirely built with well-crafter metal. One of the first things you notice is how dense it is. For a small head it seems heavy, yet it weighs in at only 1.5 lbs. Though they seem a little stiff at first, you quickly get used to its factory tension settings for pan and tilt, which offer ultra-smooth results within just a few practice runs. Best of all, this head oozes quality, urging confidence in its field behavior. Indeed, the Komodo K-5 is top-flight, professional gear that will help you reduce the size and weight in your video gear, which is already bulky and heavy enough when you are on the run! A great piece of gear for the price. Don't hesitate.
