Very sturdy and reliable, easy to use. Mostly use for work but found I can watch my favorite shows with such great quality with my apps.

I bought this laptop two years ago and for the first year it was fine. Starting in the second year I had all sorts of problems with it. There would be numerous errors when I try to start it up. The keyboard just didn't work one day. It randomly shuts off. The battery life is not good. As a student in college, my laptop is essential to attending classes, doing homework, studying and even taking exams. I also can't afford to just buy a new laptop after my one year warranty expires and suddenly my laptop has a whole list of issues. I don't recommend buying this product.

Fast laptop. It works great for editing pictures which is what I need it for. Colors on the screen are pretty close to real life.

Everything about this computer is awful. It's flimsy, the weight in it is weird it's like one side of the keyboard has more of a weight than the other in a weird way; sometimes it feels like it could snap in two. The touchscreen would be nice, but it attracts EVERYTHING, even cathair gets stuck to it and it constantly has fingerprints that are hard to get off. It already has white spots on the screen after a couple months of use. Six months in the trackpad barely words. I've done all the driver updates and fixes I can find. It's to the point where I almost dread having to use the computer because it's so annoying. The 2 and 1 feature should be nice, but the soundbar is above the keyboard so the sound is too muted. I cannot believe I spent this much money on this laptop. I liked HP pavilion years ago but clearly their quality has gone severly downhill. This is a joke of a laptop.

I bought a similar model a while ago. Lasted a decent amount of time but broke twice. Second time was out of warranty and now my case has been open for two months with not even a response. Won't be buying an HP again. In case you're wondering, the issue is the hinges. Many computers have hinge issues. I wouldn't be surprised if the manufacturers did it on purpose in order to make you get a new one. That or they're just cutting prices. Anyway, HP support is horrible. They don't get back to you and they don't listen to your requests. Won't be buying from them again.

Bought this to replace a 5 year old laptop that bit the big one. Very fast with lots of nice features, especially considering the price. Will use the "tablet mode" only occasionally but it's nice to have the capability.

I really do like my new computer except that it won't update when I am asked to do so. It reaches a certain point, and then the message is that it can't complete the update so must undo all of the updates it had made so far. I am not happy about having to take it in to be fixed when I only had it for a few weeks.

needed to get a new version of the old one that has what I need on it. Note: I am not tech savvy. It is much easier to turn off. Has a key on key board that is easy to use. Tiny button on side of old one was very difficult. Only has 2 UBS ports rather than 3. Does put off a lot of heat. I use 4 small plastic cups to elevate it and help the heat dissipate. Hp did not transfer stuff (files, apps etc.) from old to new. For some one with very limited computer skills this was a near disaster.

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace an old HP ProBook that simply wore out. The upgrade is amazing. Boot speed is ridiculously fast, size and weight factor is wonderful, SSD is so much quicker than HDD and the display is beyond vivid. This is a work machine, not a game machine, so I am thrilled not to have to pay for graphics processing capability that could never be utilized by any photo, video or engineering application used in a productivity environment. Every photo, video, office software and communication app works quickly and flawlessly. I thought I would not use the touchscreen (and it's still not my go-to) but it has advantages in certain situations. All in all, I am delighted with this laptop. Tech reviews rank this near, but not at, the top, yet in my experience, tech reviewers are absolutely skewed to gaming machines and fail to consider properly how most people use computers for work and not play. In my view, this is an outstanding real-world workhorse to replace a former workhouse that earned its way many times over. I expect to duplicate that same scenario with this magnificent small-size tool! Thanks to HP for consistently producing high-quality products!

Great buy at this price, semi optane drive is kinda dumb and slower than newest pcie m2. If ryzen 5000 had been out i would have gotten that over my 11th gen, this is better than a 10th gen i5 by a significant margin when including the graphics improvements. Graphics weakness can be seen on Google Earth pro even with G7 graphics, but its more than useable.

Bought for my college student. No more chokes and crashes; meets needs including videoing and digital art design. Would have wanted features as a pen and fingerprint sign in, but let go for this price.

After 2 months this laptop doesn?t disappoint. I?m not a power user but did want a computer that provided the flexibility of a keyboard or touchscreen tablet. The variety of ports is a big plus.

So I?ve had this laptop for about two months now and it has been nothing more than a headache to deal with. I really wanted to like this laptop and was very excited when it first arrived, but I?ve grown to resent my purchase over time. First of all, it has continuously had problems with connectivity. Every single time I turn it on, it won?t even recognize any internet sources for at least 10 minutes. Not to mention that it disconnects from the internet at random as well. This is the only device in my house that I have this problem with. Secondly, it freezes up and crashes constantly when trying to run some of the programs I use for school. Right now I am a college student and, given everything going on in the world right now, most of my classes are remote online classes. Therefore, I heavily rely on my laptop in order to attend class, complete assignments and take tests and quizzes. This has become incredibly frustrating given all the issues I just mentioned. The final straw came today, when my laptop died in the middle of a midterm despite being plugged in. I checked all the connections, made sure everything was properly plugged in, tried multiple outlets, yet nothing will make this thing charge. I?m beyond fed up at this point and I can?t even return it because the 30 day return period has ended. Major regret in this purchase, stay away.

Completely satisfied with the new HP laptop. This is my first with touch screen feature and it is very responsive, similar to an I-pad. Laptop is quick to respond when downloading from internet. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The graphics on my new HP make my work computer look dull & the screen dimly lit. My HP is amazing & easy to navigate. It took forever to get to me, but was well worth the wait. It's a little heavier than I expected, but I absolutely love it. Compact, efficient & great graphics! <3 the touchscreen

I've had this computer for 3 years now and I can't even do basic tasks on it. It won't connect to wifi, and when it does, it is super slow and shuts off for no reason. It doesn't work for streaming, video calls, or even typing my notes for my classes. If you want a long-lasting computer, this is NOT the computer for you.

I use it to watch videos and do non load demanding work, works at expected. - It's loaded with bloatwares, some which I can't uninstall. - The TouchPad and the buttons could be a little more smooth to touch. I don't like grainy surface.
