The keyboard lacked features that I wanted, such as the ability to create shortcuts, so I called HP to arrange a return. They immediately wiped out the charge on my credit card, and then said there was no need to ship it back to them. I now use a Logitech keyboard.

Not an easy keyboard to use, at least for me. I have had trouble getting it to accept all of my keystrokes, it seems very fussy about how you strike the keys. I have reverted to my former wireless keyboard. A waste of money....

The HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300 failed to meet expectations and ultimately proved to be not worth the time or money. My main concerns include the short battery life and the lack of a power-off option when not in use, which leads to unnecessary battery drain. While using the keyboard, it often seemed as though keystrokes were being altered words appeared differently than I had typed, even when typing slowly and carefully. Initially, I suspected low battery power as the cause, so I replaced the batteries with fresh ones, but the problem persisted. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I ultimately discontinued use and reverted to the original keyboard that came with my HP desktop. Given the inconvenience and poor performance, returning the product would likely cost more than it's worth. For those considering this wireless keyboard and mouse combo, I would not recommend it based on my experience. A more reliable alternative may be necessary for consistent and accurate performance.

I sent this back it was like a toy keyboard and mouse. Looks great in photos but it's a piece of crap and waste of my time and money. Their return policy sucks too.

I ordered this as part of a bundle with a laptop. The order just continuously showed in transit. After following up repeated with the shipper I finally talked to someone at HP. Apparently, the package was priced wrong so after it shipped they recalled this product without telling me. The person I talked to said the money for the keyboard should have been refunded, but I never received it.

You can feel cheap plastic and clicking keys, not quiet or smooth. But over time these become unimportant. I've used many keyboards over the decades. This is about middling. Not sure about durability.

This product is ok, but its not what i ordered. My order was for a bag pack and this product. I have received two of these keyboards instead. After 3 chats with customer support, did not receive bag pack.

The keyboard and mouse are adequate. The mouse is a bit compact but still functional. Keyboard backlighting would've been nice. Regardless of mouse size and no backlighting, I'd recommend them.

Happy with the product once I received a replacement. The first order had a reversed mouse - e.g. if I moved the mouse up it went down, if I moved the mouse to the right it went to the left. After working with an HP rep via email then via phone (remote access to my computer's settings) it was determined that a replacement would be sent. The new keyboard/mouse work as they should - Yay!

Keyboard works great, mouse works but very sluggish with the pointer movement. It was so bad I had to reverted back to my wired mouse. Could not find on the HP website who to call for support.

Works well but set up was a little tricky as I didn't know which way to put the batteries in the mouse. I also wonder if I should shut off the mouse when I'm done with the computer. Does it sleep when the computer does? Otherwise I am glad I got this set as it gives me more choices of how I work.

I had a little problem ordering my wireless keyboard and mouse. The one I wanted was out of stock. The one I have works for me just not how I have to use it being smaller and lighter. It does what it is supposed to. The mouse works fine too. I have a slight problem with the on and off switch being I feel it is not made well enough to last long. I could be wrong.

Too many keys I never use. Both sets of vertical keys on the far outside left and right sides of the keyboard are unknown to me and I never use them except by accident. I have searched in vain for an explanation of them. The booklet that I got with the keyboard and mouse should at least tell me where to get an explanation of these keys. I am sorry I am such a novice (I really am not) that needs some guidance in this area. TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO KNOW !!!!!!
