Title is fine
The adaptor is doing ok , my gripe is from day of ordering to delivery was 9 days when i was told 3 day bad customer service knowlage and use of usps just to save a buck

I am very disappointed in the product I recieved since it did not fit my laptop. Part number as provided by HP Sales Team. Product has to be returned.

Assistance with getting a replacement cord!
So far so good! I am very pleased at this point. I was surprised that it was more of a universal cord as opposed to a regular replacement cord. At any rate it appears to be doing the job and I am happy that I can once again use my laptop. Thank you so much and of course for the expediency of getting it sent out to me.

Poor customer service
Salesman sold me the wrong adapter. And now Customer service is unresponsive. It's very difficult to speak to a person and when that does finally happen they are unable to help me- A total run around. I was told that the adapter would be fully refundable if there was a problem. Not true.

Wrong Charger for my HP Spectre.
This charger looks good, but is unsatisfactory. My HP Spectre laptop says it is a "low voltage " charger and incorrect. My charger also seem unusually hot. I would like a refund and better replacement.

How is this supposed to work?
I got it, I needed a charger cord since my puppy ate mine while it was plugged into the wall outlet. I have yet to figure out how exactly it is supposed to be plugged into the laptop, the wall outlet, and be intact at the same time. I have yet to get my laptop powered up,
