Not received items I purchased.
Item not received. Poor customer service and website. Repeated mistake of delivered in wrong address. Need HP has to take necessary action to fix their website. Last week they completed a refund of the printer I ordered.
I am waiting for my other items includes a laptop for refund. I am not at all happy with any HP for their services. Wasted my time and money. Because of I purchased from HP, I lose the chance to buy from other brands with their deals.
I believe HP will take necessary action to escalate the error happened. I am not willing to give any rating of my purchase from HP.

This printer does everything that a big expensive one does. Easy setup and easy to use from phone, tablet, laptop. Great print quality. Highly recommend.

Constant connectivity issues.
Oh the time you'll spend on connectivity issues with this series of printers. Bring a whole boat load of patience with you. You'll need it.

OfficeJet Pro 8135e replaced my HP4560 printer that died after 10 years! HP product's are the best!!
My HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e wireless printer was easy to install, prints are perfect and instant ink os fantastic!!

Slow and noisy
My officejet 8135e was well priced for the features it has, and I got 3 months of instant ink for free. Whenever I print something it seems to click and clank for quite a long time before it actually prints the page. Because it comes with virtually no instruction manual, I don't know whether this is a defect or a feature. Print quality is good.

It's just ok
I have printed a few pages with this new printer. It's ok, just not very professional looking. I replaced an older printer - flat scanner type - that printed better.

Print quality is good but AI based installation is a little time consuming
I got a new HP (ProBook) laptop and have two printers each on a different local network. My older printer just came up and ran on the new computer. This printer took some effort to install. I used the HP AI tool to guide me through the issues. It took about an hour which required a couple of cycles through the process to get it right. The AI tool changed the process slightly on each iteration, but it did succeed.
After I got it installed its quality is as expected and has not exhibited any issues to date though scanning documents are a little more difficult on the new system.
I have not tried photo copping as yet. I use medium resolution generally.

Ink consumption terrible
The printer does everything I need to do with it. Average Printer. One thing I don't like
and would not of purchased is it runs out of ink very quickly.

Exactly what I wanted
It was time for a new printer, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Not only does it do everything I needed, but I love that it prints on both sides of the page, saving paper.

Perfect Printer for a Small User
Just what I need for my printing. Two sided prints, makes copies, Color copies are good as I like to print off recipes and documents.

Setup did not go smoothly with an ethernet cable.
I sent a note to HP shortly after setup was done -- something like this:
Setup did not go smoothly. I connected the printer to my laptop with an ethernet cable, but no connection was detected. The printer's display window was frozen on something like "install and run the setup app" with no way to get to the home page. The laptop was stuck with "no connection".
After a lot of fiddling on the laptop, I found the option to enter the printer's IP address. Now the problem was how to find it.
I powered down the printer and then back on. After a couple of tries I was able to press the "home" icon before it disappeared. From home I could get to settings and find the IP address. Finally a connection.
I ended the note to HP with something like: Did anyone in the HP labs ever run into this setup problem? That is, try to run setup using an ethernet cable? I added contact information. I really didn't expect a response, nor did I get one.

HP OfficeJet 8139e
My experience with this printer has been very disappointing. It started with difficulty getting setup help. It took me an entire day to setup this printer. Using paper of different sizes is also frustrating. The latest issue is, for some reason, the printer does not work when I have laptop VPN enabled. I currently have no issue printing to my older HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 when VPN is enabled. This will be the last HP printer I buy.

I love the printer
I hated giving up my old printer which is the predecessor to this one (8130). I enjoyed years of good service and look forward to years of good service from the new one. One thing - I was on the phone with customer service for an hour getting it hooked up. It's a good investment though, as it's been printing fabulously.

We don't like this one.
You don't want a review if you limit it to 100 letters. Neither me nor my husband could set it up. My Son had to come over and he set it up in a few minutes. We have had many HP printers and set them up ourselves. We may be getting older but not stupid.
I have trouble printing! First it prints from the back to the front-I don't like that. It did pint the whole document and now it prints only 3 pages and stops. Even when I write down the numbers I want it to print, it started at the back and printed 3 of the last page last night. I don't like not having print preview and I don't like the box that comes up when I ask it to print. I like my last printer which was a HP7900; but it died and I thought we had a better one when we bought this one. Oh No. I would love to get my hands on a HP7200 again with the big ink wells and everything. I love that one.

Good printer except for connectivity issues
This printer is a good value for the money and generally prints well. Unfortunately, it seems to have a lot of connectivity issues. It frequently disappears from my network and needs to be reconnected.

Best HP printer
This is the best HP printer I've had to date.
Easy set up. Runs via our wireless WI-FI effectively. Is quiet. Only draw back it only one feeder tray. I use letter size & 4x6 card stock. Would like 2 trays one for each.

Smooth and easy setup!
Set up went smoothly and was easy. Note that I was replacing the former 8030e printer that was very similar so I was familiar with the process. I used my iPad for the installation with no problems. Time will tell if this printer proves to be as durable and robust as its predecessor.

I was told I was getting ink when I purchased and they did the bait and switch. "We're sorry you were told the wrong information." Never buy HP. They're frauds. I returned and will go with an honorable company.
