I couldn't see paying full price for a brand-new office jet printer when you can get it for less simply buying the certified refurbished one. There is a better QC check and whatever was wrong has been fixed. Also you still get a warranty on that printer as well. So if your ever in doubt about buying a certified refurbished printer don't be.

Set up was easy enough. More compact than previous HP Office Jet Pro. The top tray's extending feature is too small for longer paper like 14" x 8.5". The paper falls off the tray.

I purchased this printer to replace my tried and true HP OfficeJet Pro 8630. I had figured that this would be a better machine but the jury is still out on that. I have had significant issues trying to get the driver installed on a basic Windows 11 machine (also HP) and had to call for help a couple of times to get that far, and then had to switch from my wired LAN connection to WiFi to get it to work. Now I can't seem to get envelopes to print so I will have to call again. I am not a fan of the HP Smart app approach to drivers now as the old style was working fine. I am sure HP will help me get it working eventually but this has taken way longer than any of my previous HP printers.

First, I have been an HP customer for decades, but this new printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is really making me a very disgruntled customer for the first time. I am 70 years old and have always been able to purchase my HP computers/printers and additionally set them up on my own - this made me proud! But currently, I am having "horrific" printer problems with (1) internet connections; (2) loading the Set-Up program; (3) problems with scanning program; (4) problems with "Touch-Screen; and (5) problems printing. If I had not thrown away the box... I would be repacking it to return for a refund. I really feel let down. I will try to reload this " Printer Set-Up Program" one more time but will seek outside help if this time it does not work! I am glad I kept my 10+ year old HP printer because I may have to reinstall it.

This is the worst HP Officejet/AIO I have owned in the last 20 years. Previous models provided OCR scanning as advertised. This one does not, either with HP Smart, HP Scan, Microsoft Scan, or Adobe Acrobat. HP Smart provides Scan without OCR (unless you register with HP+). The other software, including HP Scan, cannot even find the scanner.

This machine is a challenge to set up. Worse, if you find it impossible to complete the setup it will dun you for days telling you to complete the set-up which you can't. It's customer support is worse than useless. They give you bad information and rush to get off the line. Far different from their laptop support who stay on the line until they are sure to solve the problem. I think the nub of the problem is that the setup requires you to connect wirelessly, at least that is what their useless tech told me. The issue is the printer is located in and area with poor internet connectivity so I have it connect by a direct cable which is fine. The printer jams a little but other than that it is fast and the print quality is very good.

Printer is great. Haven't used it in 2 weeks since I went over my allotted pages for the month and they started to charge me. Replacement ink stuck at Canada Post, so the experience has not been wonderful, however, the printer is good.

This printer is an improvement over the last couple of printers I've owned. It's definitely faster, it was easier to set up out of the box. So far we have set up all the applications except for the fax portion; the printer is set up far away from the phone line and that's why we haven't been able to connect; this was the problem with the previous two printers; I'm going to have to get a very long telephone extension cord to be able to connect the telephone line to the printer. Hopefully I'll be able to accomplish this process soon

I have bought several HP printers, and I have never been disappointed by HP products quality and features. And this HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e have advanced features and capability than previous HP OfficeJet printers I owned. Setting up the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is very easy, using HP printer software.

It is a big printer that has two trays, but it won't use both trays, so I'm not sure why there are two. I printed a 30 page document and it took 10 minutes to print. I've never had a printer this slow. It has a nice print when it is done printing. There are consistent error messages if it has more than one job in que. I'm not sure how I feel about the price and the speed of this one.

This was an upgrade from the printer I had. I like the options screen better on this one. A concern I have is that it makes a lot of noise when it starts up. It takes a few minutes for the noises to stop. It does its job well for other tasks.

Love the speed of the scanner and two sides at a time. The one problem I see is the catch tray is too short to catch all sheets.

I did not get a chance to use it. It came with a defective setup print cartridge. I don't understand why they need a dedicated setup cartridge. I worked with service and they sent me the wrong. Cartridge. I even bought a new cartridge at the store . But it did not work because see it was not a set version.

This printer is unusually slow. Plus, the default paper tray should be on top, not on the bottom, which is more difficult to access. The touch screen needs to be larger, or at least the keyboard needs to be larger.

The printer is much faster than I expected, both printing and scanning. The print quality is excellent. The software is unchanged from what was available with my old HP printer. It is a huge disappointment and the main reason for the poorer rating. The scanning software, quite frankly, is bush league. No cudos to HP for spending $0 on even the most rudimentary improvements to the user experience.

I was able to set the printer up without any issues, however it paper jams constantly! Every other page is jamming! It is bending the top right corner of each printed page. So far, I have not found a solution for the issue and may need to send it back under warranty. Disappointed but will replace with a like model if the issue is not fixable.

The paper catcher only catches 2-3 pages. When printing a 5 page document 5 x, paper is all over the floor.
