converting and firmware upgrafe very easy. only wish the picture included the ribbon holder and cd needed to use this product. was not sure if it came with it till i opened the box

If you send employees out to run your photobooth, make sure you properly train them to change the ribbon. As simple as it actually is, for some reason, most people dont "get it". They drop a loose ribbon on the floor in a panic with a line of people ready to use the photo booth, thats basically a $50 loss for you. Train train train.

I have been ordering this product for over a year now. And this particular package was absolutely terrible. The way it was presented is different so that its a manual insertion of the ink into the cartridge. It did not last very long, and one of the ink cartridges actually did not fit into the cartridge case. I'm extremely disappointed in this purchase. Obviously I have this printer, so I have to buy this paper and ink, I hope the quality gets better.

It's never failed me once and i keep my equipment in the garage in freezing cold weather and throughout the year.(I probably wouldn't recommend that)

I keep a stash of these for my photo booth business. Hiti Printers are work horses and their supplies are top notch. I have gone through box after box and no breakage or jams. Always keep my printer clean using the supplied cleaner.

We use this paper in our Hiti printer for our "Open Air" photo booth. We have used this same type paper for 50 events without having any problems! I like the Hiti printer specifically because of their paper and ribon design that only fits one way into the printer so assistants always run without problems!

I have been using this product for a little over a year and I am extremely happy with the finished product it generates. Pictures print quickly and very sharp. I use it almost on a daily basis and it has never failed me.

I use a lot of the HiTi Paper/Ribbons in our two photo booths. I usually keep 3-4 on-hand, but we got very busy and need a case shipped overnight for a couple of events. Adorama was able to deliver overnight at a reasonable price. Nice to know they are there where I might need them!

The only issue I have is the printer uses more ribbon than paper. You would think it would come with the same amount, I have 7 new rolls of paper sitting on the shelf.

I like the printer for event photo sales, and use it to print my internet orders. The majority of my sold prints are 4x6. I use a different printer for 5x7 and 8x10 prints, but would probably switch over to Hiti if they made a dyesub 8x10 or 11x14 printer. The only problem is with the printer, not the print pack. The interface requires you to make the printer fill the whole print area each time you print, or you get a thin white area at the bottom of the print. Overall much better than the other three printers I've owned. The speed of printing is twice as fast as the others were.

The 4x6" prints shoot out fast, are instantly dry and have a great glossy finish. Super easy to install and I haven't had a single paper jam yet (knock on wood) and I'm on my 5th roll.
