DANELLE M : Can it scan? Can a scanner be hooked up to it? Has anyone used the Disk publisher with it? How does that work? Do you need to change paper to print from 4x6 to 5x7 or does machine store both in it. Thanks!HOLLI G : The machine cannot scan. I don't think you can hook up a scanner to it. I have never used disk publisher. You have to change the paper from 4x6 to 5x7 every time you need to print the different size.GRANT P : No it does not scan however can print from a scanned image. Paper roll inside would have to be changed from 4x6 to 5x7 or buy two machines 1-dedicated for 4x6 and the other for 5x7. Very economical and useful for minimal investment. grant paul grantpaulphotographyANDREW R : Unfortunately no this unit does not include a scanner. Only one paper size may be installed at one time. I'm afraid I don't understand your question regarding a "disc publisher". This unit does not appear to have the ability to write data to an external media source.
francisco g : i cant print direct from my PC?ALFRED J : I have never tried. I use my 510 as a kiosk for my wife and family to print from their camera media. I use my HiTi 710 as a network printer to print directly from all the pc's in my house. GRANT P : Simply install your driver software that came with your printer. This is a marvelous machine that can print from cards, lap tops, PCs or camera directly after shooting.HOLLI G : No, you can only insert flash drives and camera cards. It is basically the same type of photo machine you would see in a Walmart or Walgreens.ARNOLD C : this kind of machine dont need pc....u hqve to put the files in a usb flash drive and print or any memory ship.....but u can print out blothtoot but take long time if the file is too big..... tha kiosko have a cable conection on the back part but is for control a second printer ...not for the computer....i hope this information help u out. ....regards

Great replacement for the Sony Snap Lab

I purchased this printer to replace the now extinct Sony Snap Lab UPCR20L (which was an incredible printer). I am about 90% as happy with this one as I was with that one. We will see as time goes on...possibly I will like it better.
