I've owned HiTi S420's for years and have never worked with a 630ps. I tried to look up for you the answer and, while the pictured cassette looks similar, I can't say with assurance it will work. As difficult to communicate as it is with HiTi, I think you should ask them directly.

Perhaps there is a mismatch between the region code for your printer and the paper/ribbon. Check the region codes on your printer and your paper/ribbon.
AP = Asia, Pacific & Others
CN = China
EU = Europe & Russia
IN = India
ME = Middle East & Africa
NA = North America
SA = South America
If printer region code and paper/ribbon code do not match, you will get an error message.RANDALL R : Jose,
Sometimes a cartridge is defective. Try a different cartridge from the set you ordered. If you do have a defective cartridge, Adorama will credit or refund you.KEVIN D : ¿Adorama I need to work ....the cartridges not working..

thanks?FRANK S : Jose M, what type of printer do you have? This paper and ribbon pack ONLY fit the S400/420 Printer. If you do have the S400/420 Printer the paper should fit perfectly in the tray and the ink ribbon fits perfectly in the ribbon compartment. When you plug the printer into your computer, it should automatically recognize the printer. Do you have the ID Desiree software?MARK H : That happened to me once before; I have 2 printers, and it would not work in either. I sent an email to HiTi, but never received a reply. and assumed it was just a defective cartridge. It probably was.
Adorama was very nice about replacing the cartridge, and it never happened again.CHUAN D : works on our machine, no issues.
