Not impressive

The T570 is pretty easy to setup with the P720L printer but it really lacks in the overall user experience of the software. It was programmed by Asian people that do not understand english very well. Lots of broken english is used in the command & navigation screens which makes it very confusing for the person trying to purchase prints from the Kiosk. Also, we have found that there is very little assistance available for this hardware in the US. The person we reached at HITI was able to help us but it was not easy. Must of our frustration comes from the lack of options to remove the asian art and templets. Blue tooth does not work and newer versions of the Iphone do not work. Plus, only specific types of USB sticks will work. Not very impressed with this one. Prints are very nice despite the bad kiosk.
