I bought this as an office printer. I like the price for printing and that for large amounts of pages it copies and prints very fast?.but that is true of any laserjet. That is where my love for this printer ends. Alongside countless paper jams, there are hardly any good ways of retrieving the jammed page. As such, you can easily damage the toner cylinder just simply by touching it trying to get the paper out. Now it prints with a finger print ever 2-3 inches down the page. There is no replacement parts so a 6-month old printer already is faulting.

The printer lasted one year then died after warranty. HP offers nothing after warranty it is basically a brick. Thank you HP

Purchased February 2020, died October 2022 with a crackle and a puff of smoke. Very short life span for a "Neverstop".

It broke after 6 months of light working. Contacted HP for the replacement. The second one broke just 20 days after the warranty expired. Straight out bad product.

The printer constantly goes "offline" and will not print. Turning it off/on doesn't work. The wi-fi on the panel show's it is connected but I usually have to remove and reinstall the software to get it to print. It's a very annoying problem and after looking online it appears I'm not the only one with this issue. HP used to be great quality but now I am second guessing that.

I knew I needed a multi-function laser printer, copier, and scanner---and HP had the perfect solution! The NeverStop laser printer-copier-scanner is marvelous. Not too big, easy to set up. And at the right price, too!

The printer takes a while to print and you can only scan one page of document at a time. For that price (?) Look elsewhere. It's not worth the amount.

I bought one from Amazon and fortunately they allowed a return a few days after the window period. The print quality was just ok, I was looking for something sharper. The speed was not good- very slow and we do need something that prints reasonably quickly. The scan was horrendous and I would think 90 seconds to scan a one page document. I do not know if it was the equipment or the software that they have you install. All I know is that it was a huge mistake on my part to buy this printer. I have a small financial service practice, print mainly black and white and scan daily. I have had other HP products and none were ever as bad as this printer. To compound matters, customer service was below expectations,

I have owned numerous HP computers. This MFP 1202 was the easiest to install on our network. We just made the connections, and it knew what to do. My wife and I were not on our computers, and the printer just started printing. Our son was visiting and frond it on our network.

I bought this printer with an understanding that it is an auto duplex printing. When I received and try duplex printing, it printed one side and required you to manually put this page in the paper carriage to print the other side.

I like that I no longer need to buy ink. I noticed the print details were better than my brothers color printer. I may miss having color. I will not miss the expense of having color

The only complaint I have and this may just be because we live in a rural area, but it was a little difficult to set up with our mobile phones, but we accomplished it using a USB cord and haven't had any difficulty since.

Set up was easy and operation quite intuitive. Lots of unnecessary commercial promotion with HPSmart, but it works for set up. Wish I could afford ADF.

4 tech smart ment could not install it. Called their tech support and was on the phone one hour they couldn?t help. Called the store they couldn?t help. My husband is a tech guy and he could not install it. We returned and for a totally different brand name. He said never HP again. Six wasted hours with this. Got a Brother and it took ten minutes to set up.

Setup was easy. This machine prints and scans and does double sided. Further, I can download documents from my mobile phone wirelessly as well. The quality is super clear and sharp. No complaints. Works fine and replaced a machine that was on it's last legs. Wow, what an improvement.

My original review was not published because it was AWFUL! Printer will not power one, could not get ahold of customer service via website. Called two numbers and got disconnected. Opened a dispute with my cc company. Just want to return it. Will never purchase an HP again.

Have had printer for less than two months. Took tech help to set Up the wireless feature. We have too busy to use printer due to Being really busy. Might have printed 15 pages (counting test during set up). Tonight I found time to attempt to print a few things. unfortunately, the pages feed about 3 inches, print everything on one unreadable line and paper jams. The paper tray is one of the cheapest I have ever seen. Holder is useless.

Unfortunately this printer does not automatically do two sided printing. It is manual. That is the only issue I have with this printer. Everything else is great.

I love this printer, I HATE HP software. When the printer connects without issue, and prints, it is fantastic and I have no issues. UNFORTUNATELY this is rarely the case. I generally have to struggle with my network and connection issues for about half an hour or so to get it to print. The HP Smart software is a nightmare, and this printer would be 5/5 without the software. If HP eliminated the HP Smart software, and ensured the easy connection of their printer to your computer over wifi, then this printer would be the best. Unfortunately, trying to use the HP Smart software leads to a frustrating rabbit hole where the printer says it is connected and ready, yet unable to print. Not to mention the fact you need to create an account with them to use the software... In summary, fire your software team, and give your hardware guys a raise and you'll be back to making some of the best computers and accessories on the market.
