I just had this notebook for a month but i can already feel the power. the design, performance is really impressing the people beside me. each of my friend will say good, amazing laptop. HP ROCKZZ!!

ive had this computer i lil over a week now and i can honestly say its the best computer ive ever had.the keyboard feels very responsive and is quite is easy to type with considering its a little biit smaller than average (about 92% average size). i use this computer for gaming as well as for college and it refuses to let me down, when gaming with huge game engines it runs like a charm and when typing a 52 page essay its even better. however i did upgrade to office home and school 2007. i have the checkerboard black and all my friends thinks its the coolest looking laptop ever haha. if your liikin for a new pc get this one.....NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have used this pc and i find it works very well, it looks nice and sleek and i really love it. It is my first laptop but not the firsttime i am using one and i love its great performance.

its a all-in-one in a package u ever wanted. i got the DV4-1430us with INTEL CORE 2DUO " its like a new corvette zr1 on a test track". PROs: EVERTHING. CONs: the battery life only 3 hours "later im goin to get the 12 cell battery" i would recommend this to EVERYone. from GAMERS to BUSINESSmen.

I did research for a couple weeks before deciding on this computer. I just kept going back to it in the store because I loved the color and the feel of the keyboard...I guess just the whole look of it. Of course they were out of stock, which I thought was a good sign, until I actually got it. Let's just say I loved it while it lasted...which was less than a week. I went to turn it on after the battery had died (yes, the battery life is NOT the best) and it kept starting up and going to a bunch of screens...but then restarting itself again. I couldn't get it to stop so we took it back to the store, Apparently the "blue screen" isn't a good sign. Don't know what happened or what went wrong but something was definitely not right...and I had nothing to do with it. Of course they were out of stock and I now have to wait another 5 days to get a new one! Kind of a pain since it was brand new and I shouldn't have had a problem so soon. Hopefully I wont have any problems with the second one...it will definitely be a shame considering how badly I wanted this computer! Hopefully it was just a bug that needed to be worked out...we shall see!

I have tried two samples of this model and found problems with both. When using the HDMI connection, there are lots of cracklng sounds with the audio, wheather it is a DVD or just playing music files. If you plan on using this laptop to watch movies on a tv, you will be dissapointed

not a good computer at all. I got it for a month now. i don't know if i can still return it, but it runs so slow sometimes and doesn't pick up internet very well. I always thought that's some external problems. now i have to face it. it's the computer.

I bought this laptop in need of a new one and im very impressed. i needed it for school and internet, it does everything fast. i wouldve rated it all 5 stars but i rated 4 (meaning 4.5) because the mousepad since its a different piece than the plastic it kinda "bounces" after about 10 days. its probably becuz my friend taps to hard so DONT TAP IT TO HARD! but other than that this is almost better then most macs. maybe not pro but pretty high up on the charts...

Have had computer for a week and am very happy with it. I had an HP AMD Athlon 14" display computer for 2 years and this is much better. I love the feel of the keyboard and the ease with which it types. I have become convinced tht you take 2 evenly matched computers and put an AMD in one and comparable Pentium in the other and the Pentium is a better performer. The increased venting works fantastically. This computer stays much cooler than my older one and I even used a dual fan cooling pad with the old one I got the Moonlight White because it caught my eye and after investigating other comps. was able to get a sharp looking model that also works very well.

Pros: Small yet big. Keys are soft an is awesome. Touch bottom for on/off internet is great when I am using my Sprint Aircard. Cons: The sound volume scroll touch. OK let me be the first one This is a new product, I chose it because its cpu (t6500) is a little bit faster than the traditional one DV4 (t6400), and it's cheaper! I don't know why ! Just because it can't upgrade by my self? But I think it is enough for me to use~ I love the color also. The shipping is very fast and when I opend it, it was just like what I thougt. Elegant, small ,light.. It suits girls. I do not love the keybord very much. It feels like too much plastic. And the total metiral of the laptop is kind of plastic coz it is very light. I mean it looks a little bit cheap. Just a little. The screen, and sound is good. Nothing special. My boyfriend has a 17', I used him a lot and they are more or less the same. Vista is really not fast. My last laptop was Hp and I used Xp. Ok. Hp is really good. I love the set up software.I can easily do it myself.
