Bought this for my husband, wish I bought it for me. It is beautiful. Only problem is electrical cord seems to be a little loose. Seems to disconnect with the slightest bump

I have a small office, small desk, but wanted the increased productivity of having a second monitor. This is perfect--great looking, super easy to adjust for a good ergonomic fit, and the resolution looks great. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my son who is Visually Impaired and need a large screen while doing remote learning for school. He loves how the monitor can adjust up and down and is big so he can see everything even in large font text. We have to adjust the brightness as it is too bright at the factory setting. This monitor fits perfect into his small desk space and we can close his laptop and hide it on the slide out tray so he has adequate workspace to use his external keyboard. It was easy put the monitor to the stand and cords were easy to connect and I wished the access was easier . They are behind and under the monitor for obvious reasons . What was necessary and I thought I was ordering, was a monitor with an internal camera. My mistake . We have ordered a web cam that we will hook up and hopefully that goes smooth, otherwise we will sadly have to return the monitor.

This is a great looking and easy use monitor. Box and packaging were in excellent shape and all the items inside were protected and organized. The only downfall is that I have two of the same monitor that were ordered at different times, they have different color monitors though. I have messed with all the settings and there is just a different view to each.

I bought two. One works well. The other is pixelated and the colors are off, even after manual display adjustment. The two sit side-by-side and are very clearly not matching. Buyer beware - you may only have a 50% chance of getting a good one.

I purchased this monitor for a second display to my Envy 27 AIO. I was quite disappointed in the quality of the display. The low resolution and strange yellow tint is not good at all.

I purchased an HP EliteDisplay E223 21.5" monitor to be used with a MacBook Air 2020. It's just what I was looking for, a plug and play monitor who automatically detects what input is receiving the signal and adjusts it to proper viewing. Excellent product.

Needed a second screen for my mac. Good purchase. Fast delivery. Well packaged. Easy to install. Looks great. Does the job. Was on discount too. Was unable to use it at first. Would not connect to my mac despite all the cable options provided by HP (4). Finally, needed to get a thunderbolt 2 adaptor for the hdmi cable provided by HP. I had to order it from a second vendor. Luckily enough, they had some on stock. The only downside is that I cannot use it vertically because my older version of mac would not allow for this in the setting options. I did not know that at the time of purchase. It takes more space on my desk. I am glad I did not go for a larger option of this screen because of that!

I’d like to buy another so i have a matching pair. The clarity of the images and text are much better than my other HP monitor so another one would be a nice upgrade for my setup. The price point is really good to get the better clarity and ability to change landscape to portrait. Using it with both a desktop and the laptop while working from is seem less because it auto senses the cable inputs and I’m not switching cables every day. Set it and forget it

I picked up two of the HP E223 21.5 in monitors on short notice so I could start working from home following the COVID19 pandemic. Setting up the monitors and their stands was so easy. The display required no adjustments at all. I connected the monitors to my dock and was up running within 5 minutes after unboxing. I've been using the product for 3 weeks now, and I have no complaints at all.

This monitor replaced an very old 17" monitor so it has taken a bit getting used to the larger screen and far more vibrant colors but so far (30 days) the unit is great. Delivery was rapid and ahead of the date promised by HP. The unit comes with all cables necessary for installation which is a plus. Setup was easy and the monitor interfaced with the new CPU without issue. An installation CD is included but was not necessary. The stand is well balanced, reasonably weighted, and very stable. I'm not sure where HP thought this unit was being sold since the accompanying warranty paperwork is in multiple languages, but English isn't one of them. I docked the unit one star for the control buttons being on the bottom, out of sight, where the can only be operated by feel. Hopefully I won't need to utliize them very often so maybe this wont be a problem. They need to be on the face somewhere so that they can be seen and readily accessed. The star was also docked for not including a hardcopy of the instruction manual.

Images are clear and crisp. With 21.5 inches of desktop space, I can easily work with two windows side-by-side. The default brightness was a little too bright, but it is fine on the multi-media setting.
