I've owned two pairs of these now and they are by far the best headset I've used. I have a whole drawer of more expensive ones that are not near the quality of these.

Pros: Big, comfortable, good quality and durable wires, nice color choice of black and red, overall good quality and clear sound when I use it. Would purchase again. Cons: An issue with the right headphone slightly louder than the left headphone sometimes

I needed a good headphone with a decent microphone to use with a language learning program. I find that this set works well with the older program which I had down-loaded on my laptop. However, a later advanced version does not work well at all. This is an on-line version of the language program and has extremely loud disturbance in the speaking mode. Whether this is a problem with the headphones or the on-line program I can't say.

it fits over my ears and does not apply any pressure. I have had many cancer operations on my ears and what a relief. Sound is awesome also

This headset is quite tampered with. The lows are deep but quiet, the highs come off as a little distant and the mids are pretty standard. Coming from my closed-back Audio-Technica headphone the fidelity is not on par and I got those for $50! I prefer a flat EQ on headphones but these are nowhere near that. The open-back design was off-putting for me and I'm still getting used to it. The sound stage is more wide and airy furthermore, with these pair a bit too quiet. What I could hear in Warzone before with my cheap $20 headset is now a guessing game. A great feature of this headset is the ear cushions. They are substantial and big, I can listen on them all day without any pain. I will say the mic on this headset is decent, with no special software going into it to reduce background noise and it being retractable is just a gimmick, absolutely no reason for it being there. I always have my ceiling fan on the lowest setting and the mic still catches it. One last thing when you mute the headset it will occasionally buzz for a split second

Sounds great for games, movies, and music too. I really like the microphone design, and how it's all together in the headphone. As far as comfort, you can wear it for hours easily. They look nice, a little bulky but great color combination. I also use it to produce music, so theres that. Definitely reccomend these headphones!

I've really enjoyed these so far (about a month now). I wear them for work (so a LOT) and they're very comfortable on my ears and head after long days. Sound is good in them and, while they don't have actual noise cancelling, they do ok drowning out outside noises. Not too much gets picked up in the mic on calls except for my mechanical keyboard typing (which is expected). I recommend these.

Outstanding gaming headset especially for the money. The build is amazing, solid, lightweight, comfortable, sound just about everything you want. I use them on PS4, they plug right into the controller and are roomy if you have a larger head like me. They feel like a $150+ headset and look great.

Bought this as a gift a couple years ago after this came recommended by quite a few people I know, and after I gifted it I even got to test it out during game play to hear the difference for myself. Good quality sound, and the retractable mic is a cool feature. Bought it again this year as another gift.

Headphone is comfortable to wear. However it is bulky. Sound quality is below average. High and mid range is muffled. Good for conversation but not for listening to music. Mine came with faulty volume control. Only one side will work. You have to fiddle with the volume control to get the other side to work. Typical made in china quality issue.

I don't usually use headphones, but my living situation "forced" me to so I bought this pair-not realizing they were designed and intended for game playing. However it doesn't matter. The sound quality-especially regarding music is top notch. I've also done a little singing with the telescoping mic and and am very impressed with the sound-quality I get out of it.

I recently bought these headphones to replace a long series of headphones I have acquired since 1967. With my aging ears have resulted in severe hearing loss. I have to wear hearing aids all waking hours to even understand conversations. I have been using 3 different sets of expensive headphones OVER the top of my current hearing aids but they each amplify the base tones for a "fuller" sound". This base amplification is exactly what I don't want. My hearing aids were designed to amplify the upper range of tones where my loss is. This is typical of age related hearing loss. The best thing about these new HP_ OMEN 800 headphones is that they amplify ALL the tonal ranges equally so that when I am using these phones while wearing my hearing my hearing aids the voice or music I am listening to comes through with full fidelity. Speech is very understandable. The overall quality and comfort is excellent. My wife has excellent hearing (she does not wear hearing aids) and she has used these phones and agrees that the fidelity across all tonal ranges is balanced, full and free of any background noise. These headphones are an excellent buy. Priced very reasonably for the quality. I highly recommend!
