Can't change internet connection

It worked great at first, but when I moved I got a router that doesn't have a WPS button on it and juste because of that, my printer became useless. There is a lot of people complaining of the same thing and HP doesn't help or answer. HP offers 10ways to help you as long as your printer is connected to internet, "can't connect? Oh well, can't help, sucks to be you"

This printer is the worse printer I've ever bought

I bought this printer brand new and have had nothing but problems with it since day one. First it didn't want to connect to my network, then it would connect but not print, then it didn't recognize the cartridges, then it would have error messages constantly. This thing is a PAIN to deal with. It's so frustrating. Customer support was no help either. They couldn't even figure out what was wrong with it and by the time someone actually did think they figured out what the problem was my warranty had expired on the stupid thing. I will never buy an Hp product again.

I ABHOR THIS PRINTER -Wish I COULD PUT ZERO STARS

This printer is a piece of crap. It will work like it is suppose to one day and then shut down the next. We bought this printer for my daughter to use for school. It is absolutely the worst thing we have ever bought her. It is so sad for what we paid for this thing. I want to put it in the firepit and start over.

I would give it negative stars if it were possible

I was given this printer for free. Now I know why it was free. I want to run it over with a truck. Do not get this printer even if it is free because it is the most god awful piece of crap ever made. This is not the only HP product I have owned and they are all crap. I will never buy anything from HP again and will return anything anyone ever gives me because I HATE HP SO MUCH. THE END.

Do not buy this printer- does not work

I guess you get what you pay for. I can never simply just print something. There is always an issue and takes an hour before the printer comes 'online'. There are days where the printer just won't work. I try and print test pages and then get emails saying I'm using more ink/paper than I should on my instant ink plan, well all those pages are test prints because this thing doesn't work!

very nice printer

My Daughter gave this DeskJet #2652 to me about a month ago and I found it was relatively easy to set up. The only problem is that I cannot find how to print multiple pages that I bring to the printer?

Great for the price.

I bought this a year ago and it's done really good. The only thing is that it fails to successfully/ easily connect to WiFi for wireless printing. It's good for basic printing from a computer.

Couldn't get it to work

After I did all the necessary computer input loading it couldn't find the printer even though the WIFI is fine. It said to plug the unit in with a USB cord but it didn't come with one. I don't have one, will more than likely have to go and purchase one. I wish it came with what it said I needed.

A total piece of garbage

This is hands down the absolute worst printer I have ever owned. It constantly refuses to feed paper, even after extensive cleaning. It leaves black streaks when it does finally decide to spit something out, despite replacing the cartridges, and the clarity and color of pictures is horrendous. Support is a complete joke, all they can do is read a script with extremely basic suggestions and then suggest you buy a new printer. I've had it with this piece of utter trash, and will be treating it as such. Then I'm going to go spend a little more money on a non-HP brand printer that is able to actually function correctly. Bottom line: do NOT buy this printer.

Horrible

Purchased the printer in February 2020 and in April It stop connecting to wifi. I really like, like HP products because the ink is more reasonable. I wouldn't want my family or friends feel lost as I do today about my printer and the services I'm still paying for such as the fax service.

HP Deskjet 2652

I bought my printer about a year ago. It has been a G R E A T device. I haven't had any major problems with anything. Not problem with wireless printin. We print from 3 different cell phones, IPDA Pro, laptop, and Kindle with absolutely NO problem. I love it. I can't believe there are 3 reviews with a rating of one. What do they expect? Maybe serve them lunch.

Very user friendly

I bought this a month or so ago & I absolutely love it. It's really, really easy to set up as well as use. It's surprisingly light, given it's size, but still sturdy enough to simply sit on a box table near my desk. It also offers an auto-order feature for the ink cartridges so the printer ITSELF keeps track of your ink levels and orders replacements before you actually run out. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS FEATURE!!!

Worst HP Printer I've ever owned

I've been buying HP printers for decades now and have always had good luck with them. The print quality and speed are fine on this DeskJet 2655, but it eats ink like it's a starving animal. I've had this printer for several months and I've already surpassed the cost of the printer itself in ink cartridges. I'll be selling it soon and maybe trying an Epson this time.

Very Disappointed

I purchased this printer for 1 reason only. the Ink ready Program. After spending 2 days trying to hook the printer up, picking the level of ink, keying in my debit card #, I now find out that I can not use the program because of where I live. Apparently because I live in an extended stay hotel the WIFI is not stable enough to allow me to use the program. I was given 2 months use of the service at no charge as well as a $5 coupon. I feel like it was a waste of my time and money to make this purchase. The way I feel about the printer and the service received in trying to rectify the situation, makes me want to pack it up and send it back for a refund. My feeling is that I could still be on the program with the company sending me the Ink each month to cover the paged I say I would be printing, and if I needed more I then could order it.

Chinsy

Not too happy I was kind of down sold on this printer. We had a 6448 or something so this was somewhat of a downgrade for sure! It feels really cheap, our old one had a nice heavy lift door, this one is super flimsy. Don’t get me started on the paper tray. Disappointing to say the least. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a downgrade. All we wanted was a printer that wasn’t color!! Can’t HP make a quality printer that only takes black??

FEATURED REVIEWS

It is an excellent printer. Great quality.

By Robotic

It is very easy to use. Changing cartridges is a cinch.

A good machine, with just one draw back.

The scan function's default setting is to only operate vie a mobile device, and not via the scan button. So scanned material can't readily be saved to a computer. Fortunately adjustments can be made so scanning can be done via the computer, and the scanned material saved there, but it takes some doing. Once set-up it is then easy to use.
