Bought for use with HP Spectre x360-13-ac075nr (Orig purchase 2017). Works seamlessly with Ethernet, USB printer, USB Mouse and Keyboard, and brand new 24" Monitor with HDMI. Saw it on Amazon but not details on model number; so Ichose HP website to make sure I got the latest iteration of the docking port.

Bought this for my new Spectre360 which is 4 k, along with my new HP U28 high res monitor, only to learn that this unit won't support 4k :( HP took the product back without issue so no problems. Now if HP would only get some inventory so I can actually get the right thing we'd be in good shape!

device itself is good looking but has a VGA port, which I don't need and only two USB ports. but they don't tell you on the site what they have so only found out when I got it delivered. also it has two ports for display but it wont work displaying two monitors.

There was a small delay in shipping but was kept informed, arrived 4 days later than scheduled, the product is excellent and works very well with my HP Computer, I recommend this product.

I haven't used the monitor outputs yet, but the dock is plug-n-play and fast. Been using my laptop power to power the dock, but considering on a 90W charger to power ext. monitors. Instructions state only a single monitor is supported at a time.

Don't be fooled. This is not a current product, and in fact generates an error when used with the latest HP Spectre series laptop.

Having one port used to add LAN, HDMI, VGA, ect makes it easy. I wish it had one more HDMI to attach multiple monitors. The design is interesting but the loop just takes up space and snags on items in my bag. I would like to have seen the short cord wrap around the device and not creating a loop. It is the only reason so far for losing one star.

I bought this dock specifically to support two external monitors. It will only support one even though it has two video ports. Makes the product almost useless to me. This limitation should be very clearly and obviously reported in the advertising and product descriptions.

The specifications for this unit are very poor. The HDMI port at 4K only supports a refresh rate of 30 frames/sec which was not listed on the web site nor does it provide refresh rates at other resolutions. The other issues is I left it plug into the laptop with it being powered off and it drained the laptop battery - this is really bad. The other issue when I unplugged the hub it took a while for the wifi to turn on.

After several conversations with Techs that are supposed to KNOW something about the products and accessories, I conclude that they don't know JACK about HP accessories. This is the 2nd docking station model and it doesn't work either for external video.

Only compatable with a USB-C charger, and my HP Spectre laptop came with an AC charger. So, you have to buy another charger to make the pass through charging feature work. Called customer support to complain / ask why they would do this, and they were extremely unhelpful. Will be returning the product because I don't want to buy another charger.

The HDMI port does not work. I am not sure if it is my PC or the adapter. The PC is brand new HP. The monitor works when plugged in to the PC HDMI port.

I bought this in addition to a new HP laptop which required USB-C ports. This dock features two USB-A ports which I needed for my external drive, keyboard, and mouse. The connection strap is very high quality, durable, and stays connected.

I bought it a month ago along with the laptop with which it is to used. The laptop has been delay until sometime in March after I was told it would ship on 11/18. Why did that happen? I now have a docking station I can't use. I tried to purchase the laptop last Spring 2020. It was delayed twice then out of nowhere HP cancelled the order. It appears you are doing the same thing.
