Nice laptop but??

I really like the laptop. My computer IQ is relatively low, but I find it easy to navigate. The battery drains quite quickly. That is why I just gave it four stars.

Value for money, still scope for doing even better

awesome laptop with intel processor. Could be made better by introducing c port thunderbolt charging, intel i5 processor having 12 gen at-least. Good work by providing samsung ssd instead of intel ssd that are slower and cause read and write speed issues.

Good Small and Light Laptop

Purchased this laptop during the Black Friday sale. It was easy to get going and to set-up a few things as per my old HP laptop. What I noticed the most is the poor quality keyboard, it doesn't feel good when typing a letter! If you're going to do a lot of typing, I would not recommend this laptop. Compare to my old HP laptop, this one has no CD/DVD player and because it's a smaller laptop, the numbers are only found at the top of the keyboard and not on the right side.

Very nice device with backlit keyboard as I wanted. It is also light comparing to some other brands with similar specs. However i found the battery is drying a little to fast, about 7hrs. I need at least 9-10 hrs autonomy. Good after sale service. thx

Great Laptop Computer

I bought this computer over a week ago and find it to be the best computer I've owned to date. It replaces an ailing Dell laptop computer that I've owned for a number of years. Size is right for pre-teen

Bought for each of my kids for online schooling if they end up doing it. Computer itself seems to work good. The initial setup process though to setup for my kids was difficult and confusing. Guessing this was due to the age of my kids but had so many processes setup thru Microsoft that made it near impossible to complete. Too much red tape for kids.
