I would have to say that I am 100% satisfied with my new HP Touch Smart PC. Its fast, reliable, and smart. I would suggest this computer to everyone. I especially enjoy the wireless keyboard and mouse.

I bought this computer at Best Buy after my own thorogh research. My son is only 2 years but is developing great interest with computers so I thought a touch screem might excite him which it did. Unfortunately when I got home and finished setting it up the internet(wire) connection wouldn't function. I struggled with it for a while, called my internet provider but wasn't helpful. They concluded that something was wrong with the computer. I took it back to best buy and when they turned it on and plugged the internet wire, it worked perfectly well. I was frustrated because it felt like I couldn't make it work at home. Well, the BB Geek squad installed all the updates, and gave it back to me hoping that it would work when I get home. Guess what! It didn't work as it wouldn't connect to the internet. I decided to return the computer and exchanged it for another one. I must confess, I was distressed and disappointed and the Geek Squad weren't helpful because they couldn't figure out what the problem was, other than suspecting something was wrong with my internet provide which I was sure wasn't the case because my laptop was working with the wire internet perfectly well. Serendipitously, the second computer was able to connect to the wire internet at home and worked perfectly well. My conclusion: something was wrong with the first computer's internet port! I am glad it is working and I've started enjoying it. I hope it lives to its billing and reputation after such a bumpy introduction to the product. Overall, it is a great product and would recommed it for any household especially with young chldren with computer interests.

When I first got the computer, I was really happy. I thought "I finally have a new PC, it has a touchscreen, Beats Audio, and it's an all-in-one, what's not to like?" I've had it for a little over a month now, and I've run into a couple of problems. The touch screen has been going out of calibration (regardless of how many times I re-calibrate it), the audio has been cutting out every so often, and that's about it complaint wise. I have troubleshooted the issues over and over, with no results. I would completely recommend this computer, if those two problems didn't exist. Before now, it was hands down, the best computer I've used.

Wife really wanted a all in one with touch screen. Found this one and she really likes it , more so than her last computer. She thought she would use the touch features a lot but hasn`t. It was really easy to set up , just plug it in !

It is better designed & is a better price than most of its all-in-one touch-screen competitors. Although it's sometimes much slower than it should be until it's rebooted. Its Windows volume control & all printers don't always show up. But they work anyway. And one out of 6 of this model that I bought for one of my clients had an intermittent wired Internet disconnection problem. But the others are working correctly so far.

I have had a computer for many, many years . I did a lot of research before buying this PC. I am more than satisfied with the HP Touch PC! It is everything that HP claims... and more!

I bought HP because my last computer was HP and lasted 6 years without any issues and it took a beating. I also purchased this as it was reviewed well. Higher priced models were reviewed as better, but this is what I could afford. Set up was easy and so far it has been great. I also was able to easily transfer my information from my old HP to this one using a transfer cable I purchased on ebay for $10.

This was an amazingly easy pc to set up- take it out of the box and plug it in- that's it! No drivers to load, no wireless synching. It took longer for me to realize there *was* no set up required, than to actually set up. This is my first TouchSmart PC and the first PC that I am truely, fully wireless and it is awesome. My family is jealous, and we are going to replace hubby's with a TouchScreen, too. Getting these for the kids is still under consideration though(they are 5, 5, & 3). In my preference, I wish the scrolling desktop was seamless- more like the Touchpad. So I am not sure I will use it (unless I stay forced to share with kids, that is!). Overall I am wonderfully impressed with this TouchSmart PC, and as much as I love my large HD monitor, I may never go back to the old-style PC!

I bought my wife one of these units for Christmas and she liked so well we decided to buy another for her office work as well! Super easy setup and file transfer, even wirelessly. I would recommend this product highly!

Screen size is wonderful. Setup was easy--except that we didn't realize that every wireless addition required a call to either HP or our internet provider. Have much to learn about all the features, but for the two months I've owned it, it's been great, and everyone who sees it wants one of their own--including my husband and granddaughters!

I've only ever had 2 other computers (non HP) in my life to compare it to, but this PC blows them all out of the water. I love the all in one design, the touch screen & the large bright monitor. Setup could not have been easier! It's so much fun to use!

Overall I was pleased with my computer. It was very easy to set up. Performance is doing great so far. For the price of $529 a week ago and two - day free shipping, I have no complains at all.
