The print quality is outstanding. Took me awhile to get it set up, but once everything was done no problems. Had to call service for help, they were very helpful.

HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw Printer

I have used HP products for over 30 years and I still think they make a quality product. After having Officejet Pro's for many years, this is my first laser jet and I'm very happy with it. It's fast, efficient and very clean. The print is sharp and precise, the colors vibrant and best of all, no damp pages. So far, it's proven invaluable in my home office. I would recommend this product.

HP Still Stands Strong

This printer performs very well. Prints beautifully and fast. The setup instruction is a little sparse. Also could use a better integration/instruction for HP ink subscription. But overall it is a very good color laser printer at a very good price.

Very Nice Color Laser at a Good Price

My HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw is a great upgrade to my previous printer, the quality of printing is incredible, and the speed seems quite right for a HomeOffice printer. It is a bit larger than the average printers, but it fits perfectly in my counter. I would recommend it to my friends and family of course!

Easy to use and great quality

The HP Color Laser Jet Pro 3201dw was very simple to set up out of the box. Setup was very simple but the connection to the internet and the app took a little bit to complete. Overall it is a very easy printer to use. I have printed simple text documents as well as detailed flyers for music events and the images were clean and detailed even on regular paper. I would absolutely recommend this printer to someone looking for a quality printer with minimal cost. The toner tray makes changing ink simple. And with the size of the toner cartridges they will last for a while. Printing from your phone is great from the app. And the app will allow you to setup auto shipments for ink. There are also multiple options to connect the printer to your home internet via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable. Over I like the printer and its options and absolutely recommend the printer.

Simple with Quality

I've been so happy with my printer! The color payout is fantastic and has trucked right along with all of the printing I need to get done for homeschooling. I'm anxious to see how long the ink lasts, but I'm thrilled so far!

Great printer!

This a a fantastic printer.

Awful. Our printer arrived and hasn't been working. I bought a HP Care Package but haven't been able to even get through to anyone on the phone. When I type in our Serial Number into the HP Support website, I get an error message "Please enter a valid serial number." This is very frustrating. Please pass this along to your Technical Department so they can please help.

Terrible.

The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw is a great addition to work from home small businesses. I am thoroughly impressed buy its ease of use and operability. It is a complete multifunctional printer that prints clean color and B?W pages. It is perfect for both small businesses and for school-aged kids in the family.

Superb printer for small businesses

While I have had HP color inkjet printers for decades, the 3201dw brings color printing to another level allowing me to appear professional and polished. The color is rich and the detail is outstanding. I often have to make multiple copies and the 3201dw ensures the originals are true to color with great clarity. It prints very quickly and the user interface is intuitive. Everything needed for the initial set up is included and the directions are easy to follow. Exceptional printer!

Rich Color and Fast

My husband is the techy one in the house, but I know what I like. And what I like, make that love, is our new HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw Printer. He tells me this is designed for small business and up to 7 people can share the printer. I say it is designed for people like me who love to print photos, make greeting cards and even brochures. The colors are bright and true with excellent clarity. I really love that it does 2 sided printing without my having to do anything beyond setting it to do so. I have no issues sending print jobs from my phone or computer. He says the phone app can be used to scan things' and even send a fax, is that still a thing?? Any way in summation it is an excellent printer for business and home use and I simply love it. Highly recommend you go grab yours now.

Fast, quiet, great print quality

I really love the new printer. It's so easy to send print jobs to it remotely. It's really helpful when I have to print shipping labels. I like that it allows for double sided printing so I can save paper. Unlike my old printer, it doesn't jam and makes printing so easy.

So Convenient!

Set-up was super easy. Everything was on the screen, and I didn't even open the instruction book. I am pleased to say that it runs more smoothly and generates even better prints than the older version. It was easy to set up to work wireless. I also like the white color is comes in. A little noisy when it's printing but only last for about 15 seconds per page. I also like the touch screen menu which tilts for optimal viewing.

Color Laser Printer with built in WiFi

The Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw is an exceptional addition to our family with two school-age kids and a teacher mom. We needed a replacement printer for an older one that broke and decided to try a color laser jet for longevity and speed. The WiFi connectivity was a must with multiple people in the household needing to printing from their devices. The connectivity is seamless, allowing us to print from anywhere in the house using the HP app, which has proven to be incredibly user-friendly. We've been very pleased with the quality for school projects as well as when I need it for professional use. However, the print speed is really what makes this printer stand out from others. It is impressively fast, making our printing tasks quick and efficient. This is essential in a household where we often need to print documents that are comprised of several pages for both personal and professional use. I also appreciate the auto 2-sided printing and the large 250-sheet input tray, which saves us time and hassle. Overall, the Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw printer's performance and reliability is perfect for our needs.

Fast and high quality

For as long as I can remember, HP has been synonymous with quality and excellence in printers, both ink and laser. The HP Color Laser Jet Pro 3201dw is no exception. I set up my printer using a WiFi connection, both USB cable and Cat5 are also available options though the cables are not included. It found my WiFi immediately and walked me through the setup process, quickly and without issue.

There is a small LCD screen on the front of the printer that allow you to find and modify settings and also notifies you of any issues as well as paper available and status of toner cartridges.. The printer is capable of using a variety of paper sizes such as Letter and Legal as well as others. It has a little confusing, but neat feature with print trays. It reports it has 2 print trays, but one of them is actually a one paper sheet slot. This allows you to use a different paper type such as color without having to make any changes to the main tray.

Another advanced feature that I find very cool, is the android and IOS app "HP Smart". This allows you to use your phone to perform functions such as printing documents and photos, but cooler is that you can use it to scan documents and my favorite, Mobile Fax. Mobile Fax allows you to send a fax from your phone and for the time being there is no charge for this service.

All and all, what can I say, It is an HP!

What Can I say, It's an HP

I just love this printer. So easy to setup. Prints great in color and black and white. Easy to print from any phone or tablet wirelessly. The printer 
Is very fast, I press print in one room and by the time I walk into the printer room it is in the tray waiting for me! The printing is so crisp not smudged at all and pictures seem to jump off the page. Everything really pops on the page . Just a wonderful machine .

Great printer

I ordered this printer and must've misread the description as I thought it was going to be an all in one color laser. In fact it's just a printer. So no scanning, etc. aside from that fact it's my first laser and I have to say I'm nothing but impressed with both the quality of the print as well as the speed and vibrancy of the color. I've done documents and photos, and they shoot out immediately. I also like how it has 2 drawers for different paper sizes and types. Works great printing from my mobile devices as well as my Mac's. I'd recommended this printer if you're not needing all of the other office features that this device lacks.

Great printer, limited functionality

I love my new printer! It was super easy to set up, I just had to connect to my WiFi. I can print directly from my iPhone and change the settings on my phone (color, black and white, double sided, etc.). It prints quickly and prints look great.

I love this printer

Is there really a better printer maker than HP? I think not.

I was nervous to take down my old HP black and white laser printer and replace it with this one... but excited at the same time. My old printer was loyal, never had an issue, and was SO old.

To my surprise, installation of this new printer was a cinch. I'm able to connect to it wirelessly from my phone, from my work laptop, from my husband's laptop in another office. It's amazing.

I didn't know what to expect with the color ink. It's pretty cool how the drawer comes out and there's an ink cartridge for every single color main color - pink, cyan, yellow, black. It reminds me of an old office color copier... BUT.. without the headache and hassle of replacing the cartridge ink. Nothing will spill on me. I don't have to change clothes or avoid wearing white! lol

The printing capability of being able to print two sided without issue is amazing. The amount of paper I will save is amazing.

Unlike my older printers, this printer will update the software using the wireless capability. I chose to auto update, and I don't even have to think about it! It's awesome to be able to have the most up to date capabilities without any work on my side.

Unlock a former inkjet printer, the ink is dry when it comes off the printer instantly. No worries.

If you can't tell by now, I'm impressed.... again.

Another Great by HP

Set-up was SUPER easy Everything was on the screen, and I didnt even open the instruction book until I had set it up! The hardest part was getting it out of the box! It was packed in very well. The printer connected to my wi-fi easily and I then did a test print of lined paper from the available templates. It was crisp and well printed. I then sent one of my photos to the printer and before I could walk from the living room to the office it had printed. The color was vibrant and detailed. My first impression is that it's going to be a great printer.

Great First Impression

After starting a small home business that required label printing, I decided a laser printer would probably be the best way to go, but I was very put off by the prices of laser ink cartridges when compared to inkjet. When I saw the HP 3201dw I felt the price of the printer was worth the gamble and decided to jump on board. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that while more expensive the black xl laser cartridge can print 3,100 pages so despite the high price this still made it a good value. 
The first thing I noticed when the printer arrived was the size and weight, this thing is large and heavy. I was actually a little concerned my flimsy printer stand would not be able to handle it. Once I got it out of the box and made a space for it, the setup was surprisingly easy. I have always had to download large software packs and jump through hoops to install a printer, but with this one, all I had to do was connect it to WIFI and search for it on my windows printer and scanner application. I was able to find the printer and connect within minutes. After a quick software update, I was printing my first sheet. 
This printer is FAST! I had 5 pages printed before I even realized it, I honestly thought the printer had paused to think, but no it was done! I love the easy auto feed front tray for using different types of papers. This tray comes in really handy for me because I print out a lot of label stickers and usually do different-sized sheets. All I have to do is feed the sheet into the little slot, select the tray and it prints my sheets without fail. I had no plans to download the app for my phone, but I decided to try it out and was very happy to find that I can utilize my phone as a scanner with the app. I thought I had lost the ability to scan. 
Overall, I am really enjoying this printer as an easy-to-use, no-frills, entry-level laser printer. I love that it is not complicated by excessive buttons or even a touch screen, it does exactly what I need it to do for my small home business and it does it well.

Great entry into laser printing

I first noticed how well HP packaged this printer !! It's pretty big so you're going to need a sturdy table to set it onto. It's wrapped and packaged well to ensure it arrives safelt and it definitely did , despite the box being a little roughed up, the printer was in PERFECT condition. It was so far the easiest of all of my printers to set up, including ZERO issues connecting to the wifi router which is a HUGE plus. The printer is FAST and the color is SUPER BRIGHT and CRISP and it has the paper exit at the top so no need to pull out a tray. So far I am impressed with this amazing new addition.

I recently had the opportunity to use the HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw, and I have to say that it exceeded expectations in every way. As a person who does a lot of printing for both personal and professional purposes, finding a printer that delivers on speed, quality, and reliability is paramount; well, the 3201dw doesn't disappoint on any of these fronts.

First of all, let me say something about speed. The 3201dw is reasonably fast when printing and can dispose of even large jobs in a few seconds. Fortunately, the 3201dw excels here, too. Colors are vibrant and accurate in printing. It takes my documents and images and brings them alive with incredible clarity. 

A feature I appreciate is this printer's connectivity options. It can be connected wirelessly and can print wirelessly, either locally or from around the globe. It is so convenient to print your documents and photos from a smartphone or a tablet. This makes it much easier to print and adds a whole extra level of flexibility to the already fantastic machine.

Efficiency and Vibrancy

The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw far exceeded my expectations. I have had great HP printers for years but this one surpasses all of them. The print speed is incredible. In seconds, a high quality printout is ready for my portfolio to show buyers. It comes out dry, and ready to put into a sheet protector. As a sports card dealer, accurate depictions of high-end cards are crucial to my success and the detail in the printout shows the condition of corners, wear, etc. perfectly. Setting up the printer was easy and took about 20 minutes plus the firmware update. When printing, the unit is solid and smooth. I have not experienced any paper jams and the color is true to the file sent. The wi-fi connection is reliable and whether printing from the app or the computer, it is reliable. Very impressed with every aspect of this printer and am confident it will serve me well.

Outstanding Printer

If you're in the market for a color laser printer that prints quick, high quality pictures and is Wifi accessible, look no further! The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw is the perfect printer for you. I've been wanting a color laser printer for a while now and have finally had a chance to try one. 

QUALITY: I've been testing this printer for about two days now and have printed around 30 pages of photos, stickers, and documents. I can say that my prints have come out very vivid, despite not changing any settings. Other printers I've tried needed me to change the settings before getting ideal prints. 

NOISE: I did notice that the printer may be a bit loud when printing. There is a setting you can choose to select Quiet Print Mode and it definitely helps tone it down. It also prints pretty fast so it doesn't stay noisy for long.

SETUP: The only reason this review lost a star was because of the setup. The struggle I had was the recommended driver when I was initially setting the printer up. When I started printing, the printer kept giving me an error message. However, upon Googling solutions, I was able to solve the issue. The amazing part of setup was that though the printer does not come with a printer cable to connect directly to my PC, I was able to easily connect it via Wifi. This makes it so much easier and it's one less cable to manage!

OVERALL: I am really enjoying this printer and will be using it for my small business. Though the initial setup was messy, I'm glad I got through that hurdle to enjoy these prints! Definitely look into this printer if you are in the market.

Amazing Color Laser Printer!

This HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw has been a joy right from the box. Took from the box, connected power, downloaded and installed drivers, connected to internet and I was printing. Toner was even pre-installed from factory. It is quiet, prints duplex, collates, and has wonderful color; everything I wanted.

Great addition to my office

I used this printer Hp 3201dw for a week, so far I think it's a nice printer for family. The quality of printing is pretty good. Setup is quite easy and convenient. Printing is fast. 
One disadvantage is that you have to use a USB cable to setup the wireless option. 
Overall it is a good printer.

Great printer for family

Nice looking, compact design and easy to use!
The setup was a breeze. Nice little screen where you can complete the setup, input WiFi settings and set up everything within 10 minutes.
Print quality is really good and I do print on different type of paper including recycled - it comes out great. The second tray has a nice little feature - the printer pulls in the paper/envelope/card and aligns it perfectly so the printout comes out perfectly straight.
Printer is very fast and not noisy like my previous one.
I don't see any cons so far, I am really happy with this one and would recommend it to everyone.

Great quality and compact design

I got this printer to replace an aging printer. I have bought several printers and returned them because the setup process was impossible. The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw was the exception. Setup took less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed! This is just one of the reasons that I would recommend to my friends. The flyers that I printed came out crisp and clear. There was no color bleeding. This will be a great printer for daily use in my support for local music. 
The touch screen is very easy to use and very responsive. Something else that was not on my old printer. The size is great and it seems to be built very well. 
I will definitely recommend this printer to anyone currently looking for a LaserJet printer.
