Good value, some bugs

Capable machine. Running Baldur's Gate 3 on Ultra on a 1440p monitor at >60 FPS. AMD adrenaline software needed install and update to set properties of graphics card. Bluetooth issues after sleep after Windows update. Needed to roll back to fix, otherwise reset by unplugging power supply for a few minutes. Suffers from sleep bug where it wakes up every few minutes and turns on fans etc. Switched to Hibernate mode to save power/heat/noise when not in use.

waste of money and time

waste of money/ buy a ibuypower or any other kind. this tower is bloated, slow, and not worth the money. CS does not exist and will take your money without helping you at all. seriously go to best buy go to any other store. if you are desperate for a crappy omen any other store has them for cheaper but i would suggest actually getting a nice computer

Really beautiful laptop. Some bloatware bug much less than I expected. Shipped with a brace for the graphics card so it wouldn't bend or get destroyed. There are no proprietary parts, no cables were loose and the box came undamaged. One fan is kind of squeaky though but that is the only negative

HP Omen 25L with AMD Ryzen 7

I was looking for a gaming PC for my son and while looking for a reasonably priced set up, I found this one on sale. At retail it's comparable to others but on sale it was a great deal for what you are getting. What my son loves most about this rig is the clean white case with the simplistic design on the front coupled with an exceptionally easy to remove clear side panel. He's spent quite a bit of time fine tuning it for the specific games he loves playing (FIFA23) and it's been preforming really well. What impresses me so far is how quite (I believe) it is. A lot of gamers talk about how noisy the fans get while running but I walk in when he's playing and I don't hear it. It's only been a couple of weeks but so far it's checked all the boxes 1) great price for what we got, 2) great build, design and look 3) quite operation 4) great gaming experience. P.S. if you want to use a good gaming controller to go with this, my son recommends the PS5 controller.

For the price...........

For the price, this is the best gaming tower PC. Again, for the price. You can run Cyberpunk 2077 at all ultra-settings with ray tracing off and still get well above 60fps at 1080p.

Speed demon!

I was extremely unhappy with my HP all-in-one because it is slow as molasses. The rep told me this one would be 3 times as fast. I would bet that it is at least 4 times as fast. I do not play games, but my computer is fundamental to my business. Now this Omen keeps my pace, restarts in a couple of minutes, and is overall a great machine, at least after only two months. I simply cover the lights because they are a distraction.
